This place has gone down in washing your car, they use to scrub with a long handle brush, and then scrub with a hand scrubbing mitt. Now they only use the long handle brush. And this is for $22.99. Not Worth It.

They dont vacuum my car thoroughly and also the dust in little cubbies is not wiped good

Super clean inside and out. They even got that stubborn black filth of my wheel well cover protectors. They got so nasty and brown/black right after getting my car from the lot. Thank you guys for showing how to get rid of it myself.

VERY disappointed, I just came from there and got the gold package plus the shampoo for all 4 mats and when i looked at my car there was no tire dressing, it wasnt properly dried at all it looked like they just left it in the sun, and they even forgot to clean the interior I even had to ask the guy to shampoo my mats because it wasnt done! I dont even think they vacummed anything, I have photos to show what I mean. I came to them because of all the great reviews but I feel like I should of gone somewhere else I am so furious I tried looking for a manager but apparently he was on lunch! I am 37 weeks pregnant so obviously this was supposed to be a stress reliever by being something to mark off my to do list without over doing it since Im due any day now but of course now I have to go home and do what I PAID these guys to do for me!!!

Everytime I come here it never disappoints me, I always recommend it to friends whether youre looking for a carwash or service.I camed in on Sunday morning for an oil change, brake pads replacement, Alex & Daniel were very cool at explaining everything to me. Alex kept informing me on everything about the car and some suggestions that helped us in the end as this was our commuter car. Overall I couldnt be more happy always spending time at East Side Car wash. I feel at home here.🙂👍

Best spot for car washes and oil change. The guys there kick a$$.There all chill people. Make sure you bring some food or drinks for them as a courtesy and not only is it a kind act but watch how people go a little further when you show them appreciation like that.

Kid drying my car spends half the time talking to the other workers drying the car next to mine while i wait in 102 degree heat. finally when hes done, i get the car but the tires are not done and theres no air fresheners, he says he did the wrong package so i have to walk back to the manager to complain and he threatens me with body harm. worst place.

The exterior was cleaned well. The interior was okay and had some missed areas. Make sure you view before picking up the keys.

Ive only been here 3 times, and each time has been worse than the one before. They always leave an oily greasy film on my windows and they dont even dust off the heater/ac vents. Worst $50 spent on a wash EVER

East Side Car Wash & Quick Lube is my #1 go to spot they have always done a great job on my vehicles. The staff is great they explain issues that I have had ; and and my car wash is done perfect and smells great when they are done. My experience has always been great.

Definitely gonna withdraw from monthly charges. I have a brand new 2020 truck and my alignment is terrible now and I have scratches all on my car. Highly upset

Went n for oil change and s told that couldnt change my oil because they couldnt remove the screw because it was stripped on. So no oil change. As for the car wash. Poor vacuuming out my car. Didnt even touch the back seat. Didnt put any tire shine. Basically I paid $21.00 for poor to nothing job.

They always do a great job.

I took my car here on Saturday and had no problems. The same day my husband brought his truck and was shorted on oil. It was a quart lower then required so his truckstarted making a loud noise. Luckily a friend that is also a mechanic was a able to take a look at it but yes I would make sure to double check the work if you take your car here..

They did a great job detailing my car and the price was more than fair. Wash, hand wax, shampoo, and engine bay detail for $170. Will definitely go back!

The cashier needs some training in customer care. You dont talk on your cell phone in a personal call at the same time trying to help a paying customer in front of you, really bad taste!

The east side car wash did a great job the persons that wash the car valcuum and the person who dryed my car did a great job the cashier need a little more training with customer service and bad words should never be used in the work place

This is the best car wash in Lancaster! They do a great job and do it in a timely manner. I have my car waxed here annually and it looks like new. An annual hand wax does wonders for your car!!

This site offers the real hand car wash, although the price raises from time to time. Also the quality of the work differs a lot provided by different operators. Without eyes-on supervision, after the wash, you might still be getting some should-have-been-removed bugs, dirt, debris of the cleaning rags, water residue, etc., while some other operators do care about the quality of their work and what customers ask for. If you choose any package above the default silver package, you should get to choose one type of air freshener as included in the package. Sometimes you tell the manager what scent you want and he also marks your choice on the window to remind the operators, but there is still 50% chance that they will miss it in the work. When it comes to interior dressing, different operators perform very differently. Some may apply the dressing in some interior areas like central leather section on the steering wheel, shift knob, arm rest on the door, etc., while some may miss those areas on the same car.

This place is ok. I knew about this place because my husbands friend used to work here and it was good at the beginning but I feel like as time passes some of their employees get lazy. I would tell them to vacuum my trunk, I would even empty it before i go there and then open it for them. and then when I get the car and check, its the same dirt that was there. So most of the time I would vacuum my own car and just go there for a wash. And sometimes I feel like they dont wipe the car down good, like they would just wipe really quick and I understand sometimes it gets packed and they just want to get the job done but at least give the people what they paid for u know? Its not like we didnt worked hard for the money we used to pay for the wash. And then u will see that some parts of the car the water would be just dry already and then they would just leave it like they would hope that u wont see or notice it.

They do a ok job but they always seem to miss something when you ask them to do it or either they half do it but is not many full car washes around so you dont have a lot of choice but it would be nice if they did a more thorough job for the prices because they charge anywhere from 22 to 25 and up for the car wash.

They expect you to have the coupon printed out but won’t let you use their printers knowing everything else is closed very poor service

This car wash is probably the best I could find in antelope Valley I will be coming back didnt do an excellent job but they did a good enough job and I do appreciate that in the parts that theyd missed they gladly fixed.

I went get a oil change yesterday. They advertise a full service car wash with the oil change. when I got into my car the back seat wasnt vacuumed and there was no dressing on my tires, no air freshener. I went to let one of the attendants know, he apologized and said that he would take care of it right away. When I came out to get my car I over heard a assistant manger by the name of Javier asking the attendant what was the problem. I let him know what was wrong with my car and his answer was: what did I expect a full detail. I told him that I expected my car to be clean.😟 He was very rude and unprofessional. 😡I asked to speak to his manager: a man by the name of Joel, he apologized as well and told me that they will make sure my car was cleaned correctly the next time I took my car in.😡 I let him know that I have been a client there for the past 10+ years and I have never been treated this way.I wasnt expecting anything more then what I paid for.
