I enjoy washing my car, and this is a very peaceful place to do it. The only thing I dont like about it is that they dont clean the area that often, and it smells like trash.

The first person you encounter should be the most important person here NOT he was very unconcerned about my dirty car as if he could care less if I got it washed or not that should have been the first RED FLAG and the the cashier gets a zero also no customer service skill either. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GET PIMPED BY A LOW GRADE CAR WASH 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 ZERO RATING I sure hope YELP gave them a zero too. 😝😝

They did a really good job.

Paid top dollar for detail job. Told extra to get water spots out. 90 percent good on spots, but as far as the detail aspects horrible job. Items lacking include dirt on seats, trims partially cleaned. Took it back next day. Told paid for water spots not full interior. They finished on spots not removed but required 2nd trip and complaint. If you want a basic clean I would say they are ok. Do not expect detailed work.

Left swirl marks on my car! I just had it painted and I chose this place because it was hand wash service!!! Now my paint job is ruined and my car looks like terrible. You would think for 160 dollars they would use fresh clean towels that didnt ruin your paint job.

It was a good wash but it coulda been better holding out on certain things that should come with the package for $160

Its a cool car wash, it seems have changed MGMT maybe, its got expensive and they use to do awesome inside and outside your car, some of those employee you really need to watch inside your car

What happened. Went back to VIP about a month ago and it was all new people. The price went up and the quality went down. I went today 7/28/19 and the whole place was closed on a Sunday?. Guess I have to find another place

I could have went to the Cruz driver thru car wash up the street and paid $6 for the same wash that I paid $20 for. I went to this wash expecting to get the parts of my car cleaned more thoroughly that a drive thru car wash wouldnt get.But, NONE of my windows, including windshield were cleaned. I still had bird feces on my windshield when they gave me the keys and said all done. The body of my car still had marks on them that I could get off with some spit and a rough thumb rub. The inside was not cleaned of lent and tiny pieces of debris.And Im not exaggerating or hard to please. It was a terrible job. It looks like they ran it through the drive thru part of their wash and dried it and said they were done. NEVER GOING BACK.

Took my 2014 chevy for oil xhange drove off car stopped 1 block away had to have it towed home called vip they were closed called today they say its not their problem REALLY MY CAR DROVE PERFECTLY FINE NOW I HAVE MO CAR ARE YOU SERIOUS NEVER AGAIN DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Had my van washed here and it left still looking dirty. Asked the guy who gave me my keys what was up and he just shrugged his shoulders. Luckily Im from out of town that way I never have to go back there again..

Good place to get your car washed

Had my 2004 ram taken here and they couldnt fix it due to not having the software to fix truck. And I got truck back apart and with a die battery. I will never take anything here again. It seems like they dont know whats going on. And I tried looking up lic and had no luck so it might be under different name.

They didnt clean the interior of the car after we payed around $30. They just halfassed it and didnt even clean anything inside.

I got the detail special for $149.00 and Im disappointed.Not only did they say it would only take 3 hrs which turned into 5 1/2 but here it is the next day and my car is still soak and wet 😠😠😠😠 I wouldnt recommend this place at all.
