This place is absolutely horrible!!! The employee directed me straight into the rails and my tire popped. I made the employee give me a incident report that clearly states it it their fault. The manager completely ignores it, stated they had to ‘investigate’ the camera footage yet the employee told me the cameras did not work when I was only told there is no way to prove it was their fault. I’ve called serval times to only have the phone just ringing. Avoid this place like a plague they do not care about the customers or the damage they do at all.

Its the Weekend and it looks like they cut down on staff, when you pull in the car the wash only one guy is there to brush the car as apposed to 2 guys before one for each side, also the vacuum some do not really work.. and the soap seems very watered down.. Not happy from this experience compared to before

Mixed feelings about this place. Its a good bargain and the people are always friendly but it is often closed. I like their subscription, its a good value but the last two out of three visits that Ive driven over, the place has been closed for either repairs or maintenance.

Their employee tells me that they don’t guaranty their service after I complaint that my car wasn’t dry. She also told me that the manager is busy after I asked to speak to one. I was put on hold until I hung up after I called the location. Uhhhhhhh

Its great that they offer free vacuum services but the suction of the vacuum is very mild it really didnt do anything it just took up some of the trash but it needs a harder suction

Went for a car wash and paid extra to get additional stuff done to my car, when I got to the store as I got out I saw my car was still dirty. I called them to inform them and they made up by washing it again. Second time around they did an excellent job. Ive been there a bunch of times and never had an issue until this day. So the reason Im writing this review is for the extra mile they went to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you for taking care of my car.

Gives a decent car wash. Like that there is a person before and after wash to dry your car off a bit. And you get unlimited time to vacuum your car.

First time here, recommended by a friend. I dont know if it was just the end of the day, but the didnt accept cards, cash only, and only had one wash option available. Trash was overflowing and vacs didnt have much suction.

The car wash machine broke the windshield wiper on my Tahoe’s rear window. It’s been over 2 months and the manager Erika will not return my calls. I have been back to the car wash 3 times trying to meet with Erika But she never seems to be there. There seems to be a complete disregard for customer service.

I really like the customer service here and the way they pre-wash my car with the soft brushes prior to entering the tunnel. It leaves my car sparkling clean!

I love going here its quick and very easy however their vacuums do not have the suction power that they should have so it leaves me with a mess in my car I hope that they correct that and get better suction for the vacuums

It ok for quick job

Worst car wash Ive ever had. A man washes your car in 30 seconds before you enter the worlds shortest drive through car rinse. There is no soap in the tunnel, just water to rinse off the 30 second soap. I have an suv and he didnt touch most of it. All the bugs and dirt still on the front of my car wasnt as disappointing as the dirt still all over the windshield. The worker was sweating and doing his best, but the equipment is inferior to the competition. No wait for good reason

Great place for washing. Convenient operating hours. They put some bug spray and then wash it. Also have free vacuuming. And have memberships with u limited car wash. Cant beat it. 👍

Terrible, you pay for a membership so that you can get unlimited carwashes and they close whenever they feel like it. They say it’s maintenance, but they should do that after hours. When something breaks they don’t worry about gettin it fixed right awayThey actually make more money when they are closed because people already paid for the membership and they don’t have to pay for materials or employeesI went today Saturday and it’s closed for maintenance but nobody is there working on equipment

$2.50 for 5 mins is not enough to wash your vehicle. I have a F150! Loosen up!

The car gets fairly clean but the vacuum hoses can fall apart repeatedly or have reduced suction.

Great nembership rates. Easy access. Does a good job sometimes I have to go through twice. Vacuum is great. I go about once a week sometimes twice. Cant beat it for the money.

If Im going to pay $5 to $10 for an automatic Caressa I expect the staff to be friendly, the wash to be thorough and the vacuums to have good suction. That is exactly what we get everytime we come here. They keep the place clean and we get done and move on.

Fast wash and gets car clean. Free vacuums when you wash your car is a plus. Does leave a few bugs on the bumper but nothing you can’t remove with a rag when vacuuming the car. They also offer memberships.

The are ok this one in Lancaster the machine left alot on car, and really didnt have room to clean out your car on the side, staff was ok, it was somewhat clean

Quick and efficient! ive been to other car washes and they leave streaky marks or dont clean ad thoroughly, but M1 gets the job done. they also dont have a time limit on parking at vacuums so you can vacuum as thoroughly as youd like.

I moved from Lancaster over 5 months ago and was on auto pay deducted from my account. Ive reached out and left voicemails 3 times since November and the auto payment continues to show up on my statement despite my repeated requests to cancel, they have yet to respond to my request.
