The site in Willow Street seemed to only have 1 person working while I was there at least. Took a minute for him to realize I was there. He was very nice and seemed fairly knowledgeable regarding window tinting. Only took less than 1 week to get scheduled for my car to get my few windows tinted

Very quick work on tinting the 2 front windows of my car. Ive only had them done for about 2 days now, but so far, so good! No bubbling and things look professionally done. I did end up sitting in their small A/Cd waiting room, which was helpful when I couldnt line up a drop off.Edit: Many weeks later, I am so happy to have used them! My front window tint still looks awesome!

Spoke with Neil and had both my and my wifes cars washed, clayed, polished and sealed. The package also included complete interior and engine bay cleaning. I’ve been wanting to get my 2020 RDX wrapped essentially from the A pillars up (and mirrors) in gloss black and inquired at a few different places asking if they could do the wrapping and for how much. A few of them never bothered to even respond. Urban Werks I texted in the evening and by the next morning I already had a response with a quote and a date. The price was very competitive and most importantly the finished product is absolutely awesome. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Looks like it came from the factory (which it should because it looks so much better). Cannot recommend Urban Werks enough!

When scheduled the service. They quoted a price. I was like ok, he then said it includes interior and exterior.Picked car up and only interior was done when I questioned he said I had level 2. Cleaning. Which did not include exterior..Very disappointed where I didnt need care to look bra d nee when I get in and see a huge wet spot on the passenger seat ... makes me question...

Two great experiences with them from getting my car coated in a ceramic coasting and then getting my maintenance wash.The only thing that I can say is that they are extremely professional. Took my car to get a ceramic coat, and picked it up a few days later and my car was looking slick and ready. Interior detailing was great. Came back for maintenance wash and they walked me through all of the steps that they do and how I should do it, if I want to do it at home in order to make sure that the coating stays fresh.Extremely friendly, and extremely informative. I have already told many of my friends about them and will continue to do so. They are great and awesome.

I have 2 labs so hair gets into places that I didn’t think was possible. Before I brought my car in, I was embarrassed for people to be in my car because of the excessive hair, dander and smell. My car now looks and smells brand new and it’s absolutely beautiful. Dropped it off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon and it’s a completely different car. Semi expensive ($300) but 100% worth it. You really do get what you pay for here. I am extremely happy with my car detail and will absolutely be going back for another deep cleaning.

Was disappointed in the thoroughness of the detail. Numerous overlooked spots and some obvious areas that were not cleaned. Very poor attention to detail. Had to spot clean the car right after picking it up.

I stopped in on a whim, at the end of the day, not realizing they were almost closed. Instead of being disgruntled, the employee patiently listened and looked over my car with me to give a rough estimate. He was very kind and not judgmental at all. At first I was concerned maybe they only worked on really nice cars. My used, well-loved, new-to-me car was pretty trashed with stains and odors so I was a little embarrassed! Now it really feels new to me! The same employee smiled and said I think youll be happy, it turned out even better than I expected! Upon greeting me at pick up. My only regret is forgetting that I wanted to take before and after pics for this review...and forgot a before pic this AM at drop off. I decided to let urban werks prep my Audi A3 for the harsh winter this past fall. ...all I have is kind words. They did a wash/clay bar/wax and a jet seal coating application to help protect my paint from the winter elements. Turned out fantastic. The paint was a smooth as new and the car remained easy to wipe clean for quite a long time. Will definitely be getting the same treatment as winter approaches this time around!
