They do things fast and make your their top priority when you call them.

Worst customer service ever..I feel Bad, I requested to speak with my agent Zachery or Zach and it seems that is imposible, I think this guy is just and invención I even ask a supervisor from All State he told me his real but even time I try to speak with him it seems that his never at the office, what I think is that he doesnt care but it seems that he like to take money. I had the worked customer service experience even Allstate agents didnt know about a charge for $45 no one advice me about my policy about the cancellation, and Allstate just cancelled my policy without any advice and in top of that requested a payment for $45 extra that they didnt even know, even last time I spoke with a manager on Feb 1 and she didnt told me anything what this agent Nancy Arciniega told me that unfortunually the charge was generated the next day and I need to pay nobody told me about that charge.

Workers and managers act like they are the owners, act with attitude and instead of helping you or answer your questions they act like they dont have to tell you or give you any information....you as a customer are supposed to know everything how dare you ask any questions..... very disappointed ....

Id been with Allstate for about 10 years by default since its what my parents had and I had never looked into alternatives. Made the mistake of renewing my policy before deciding to do some research. Found Geico with equivalent coverage but at about 50% of the cost of Allstate. Cancelled my plan with Allstate after 4 days after renewing. Was told by Sherell Adolphus (shes one of the 5-star reviews on here, are the other 5-star reviews from employees too?) I would receive no penalty for cancelling so soon. Only got refunded $69 when I paid $247, even though again I had the policy for 4 days out of a month. After 3 weeks of being passed around was finally told by someone that in California they have some kind of short rate that basically means you arent getting refunded the amount that you should get based on the simple math of how long you had the policy vs. how much time you paid for. I was not informed that this would happen if I cancelled. Basically threw away about $140. Im definitely encouraging my parents to look for another insurance company.

Do not go here, go somewhere else .When I try to contact them for any information they do not answer or return the calls back . When you call it goes straight to there voicemail automatically they have it programmed that way .
