Terrible service. I wish I would’ve spoken to the lady that works there instead of Tony. He assumed my Insurance lapsed, then when I asked if I can call back while I shopped around for cheaper insurance he assumed It was because I didn’t have a down payment. Very unprofessional so I won’t be calling back or doing business with them.

We had my insurance with the agent for many years; when Paul Sr retired and Paul Jr took over the agency services went downhill.We notified them when we moved, gave them new address, phone, etc.But just now got a new policy for this up coming year with OLD info!!The address we no longer live at, the phone is disconnected, and I HAD NOTIFIED Paul Jr ofour new information several MONTHS AGO.This is unprofessional and incompetent.Any future correspondence would have gone to wrong address, etc.Called Erie Insurance main agency to let them know, switching local agents ASAP.
