Cancelled my policy due to rude people. Louis wont even respond to emails, just forwards them to Breanna who obviously doesnt care either. Her baby screaming in my ear on the phone while trying to sort out my issue. Nope, two months later after cancelling my insurance, im getting cancellation notices, my car loan added ins due to gap in coverage which there wasnt. Ive sent my policy 4 times now and nothing. My new insurance with Liberty Mutual has also sent my policy to them, 3xs now and still, nothing, no refund since I pay yearly.Just sucks.
