Jeff came out within 20 minutes and had my dryer fixed before I even got back from the bank. Excellent service and a great price. I will definitely be using his company again.

I am in the service business. I ask guys I contract with who is the best at repairing appliances. Jeff and sons was the recommendation. I need 3 appliances repaired. Refrigerator dish washer and dryer. They show up on time. Give the estimate and only repair my dryer. Price was fair all is well when they leave. Run my dryer the next day and it makes a squeaking noise. I call and leave a message. I wait a few days and.no return message. I call again and again no return message. Well the repair was done 2 months ago Ive called numerous times with no return call. I finally get ahold of someone and they said they will call me right back. Still waiting. I call today someone picks up does not say hello and hangs up. I called back 5 straight times and no answer. It takes alot to have me give a bad review. Not even sure why I gave 2 stars. I will never use this company again and will never recommend then to anyone. Remember a happy customer will tell his good friends an unhappy customer will tell everyone. I wish Jeff and sons the best of luck and hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Related my wash machine. Very professional and courteous demeanor. Parts were very reasonable. They researched on the Internet for best prices for parts. Recommended others to solicit their business. Father and son worked on my refrigerator and provided excellent service.

I called Jeff from Jeff and Sons Appliance Repairs on 4/14/2014. Jeff and his father were at my door before 8 am, 4/15/2014. Jeff described two possible problems and quoted me two prices. I was pleasantly surprised when it was the least expensive quote! woo hoo. Jeff was extremely professional as well as personable and he completed the job in less than an hour. I was even given a FREE refrigerator magnet with their information on it. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends! Thanks Jeff and Dad! It was a pleasure working with you!

Wonderful experience. Extremely competent and honest, very reasonable financially. Our 1970s wall oven stopped working and our repair man managed to find the needed no longer manufactured parts online, saving us over a thousand dollars. The needed repairs caused him to return to our home over and over again, without pay, until he was sure the job was done perfectly. These guys really go that extra mile.

Jeff & Sons was punctual, professional and willing to go the extra mile to fix my refrigerator in the most economical way possible for me. They acutally tried to help me fix my problem for no charge over the phone since everything these days runs by some computer program. They are really nice people to work with and I will recommend them to friends and family with no hesitation.

Ive had Jeff & Sons Appliance repair come to my home several times this year.They are fast and efficient. They are knowledgable, have fair prices and are very personable and professional.Whenever I need a repair they are the only company I will be calling and I highly recommend them.

They came out to service our dryer and quickly identified the issue. After that they said that theyd be back in a day or two to fix it. They called the next day to schedule a time but never showed up and then disappeared off the face of the earth, not returning calls or emails.

I could not say enough great things about Jeff and Sons Appliance Repairs. I called them around 10:30 am and left a message letting them know that our dryer needed serviced. Jeff called back within 10 minutes to let me know that his brother David would give me a call and set up a time to come take a look at it. We set up a time and David arrived within the timeframe he gave me. Not only did he fix our dryer, but he went out of his way to give us tips on maintaining both our washer and dryer. David was very friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend them!! Thank you again!

Take advantage of senior citizens the young man works for his father he overcharges customers refuse to make repairs on Services they provide... not sure if theyre even license and certified because they will not make good on it they will take your money and leave you hanging.. wish there was a way that I could give them 0 Stars horrible would not even recommend this company to Satan

I haveused Jeff and Sons before with great results.This time however, hemade an appointment for Saturday August 4th..between 9-12.... He wasnt here by 1...called him and it was like he totally forgot, so, he said he would be here 2 on Sunday the 5th....so here I am waiting again...still no show 50 minutes later....never mind...I will call someone else.TerryQuartz Hill

I gave this guy two stars because i have used his services before and they were great. This time however was the complete opposite. He was four hours late to the appointment, in fact he never showed up. he called us after many phone calls to him.He was rude to my wife, and said that its not even worth the money to come out. Time to find a new repairman.

We made an appointment for Monday morning, they said they would be here between 8-10, didn’t hear from them until almost 1 and they just said sorry can we come tomorrow between 8-9am, I said yes we’d be home. It is now 10 am with no call from them. I will be using another company now, very disappointing and unprofessional.
