Hands down, THE best place to do business with! From Tom to Jason, they know what theyre doing... Had a fuel oil furnace installed 4 days before the date they were supposed to start work! Super disappointed with my experience with David White. They were recommended to me by my dad and my grandpa. I heard so many good things about them. Jason who came and checked my furnaces ( I have two) did a great job. One of my furnaces needed replaced. I paid a lot of money for David White to replace it and they damaged my property when they did. We were really upset to come home to walls scraped up and our kitchen floor damaged. I contacted David White and the installation manager wanted to come look at the damage. He arrived late and didn’t really seem to know what to do about the situation. They did send someone to come touch up the paint (they also arrived 30 minutes late) and offered to give us some money back which I have yet to receive. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I will not be getting any other services from them unfortunately. I’m super disappointed especially with the amount of money that I paid to have a new furnace.

Looks like the guy that was working on the inside just threw the furnace in the space and spilled suet in the hallway where he removed the old furnace. called manager chris and there going to try and clean it the next time their out. my wife already tried scrubbing without removing the stain. also the furnace is not level at all, its tilted back into the wall. put a level on it and its way off. hope this doesnt affect anything. never recommend this service to anyone.

From our initial call to our tech completion was top notch. Making our appointment, scheduling a time where I didnt have to miss work, and the knowledge and personal skills of our tech Tom. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He even took the time to meet our Chihuahua and make him feel comfortable. David White has their employees on more of a personable level than weve ever seen. They will do any and all work at our Home. They should be your only call.

I have used David White Services in the past for a major install and they were great so I called them for a recurring problem this morning. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and had someone at the house in about an hour! Tom the service person actually listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed it and confirmed my thoughts ( from what I read in the manual). He has to order the part but I have confidence that it is the problem but we will know in a couple of days. I have to say Tom was very neat and professional looking and had an air of confidence about him that I found reassuring.

Called today to get a estimate and an appt to get my ducts cleaned out. I was transferred to a voice mail. I understand people are busy, but when someone is trying to gain you services, please do not send them to voicemail. Will use another company from this point on

I will never recommend this company to anyone. There technicians failed to show up on May 20 for our fist appointment that I scheduled with them. I never received a call stating they couldn’t make it, I had to call to reschedule. Then today May 31 there technicians where supposed to be at my house at 9:00 this morning I called them at 9:45 to see what happened and they stated they where on there way. I told them I would have to reschedule because they where not there on time they told me the technicians would call me to reschedule they never did this is ridiculous!!!! Communication could have saved this them from this bad review.

The field service men Joe and Jeff are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They are professional and helped solve a problem for our heating and cooling, in addition to installing a new generator.

David White Services installed a new HVAC in my home. Tom C. was my Comfort Adviser. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what would work best in my home. He informed me of the different rebates that were available and parts warranty. I decided to purchase a new HVAC not only because the pricing was excellent but Tom seemed like he genuinely cared about me. The new equipment arrived and was installed within a matter of a few days. The installers, Joe & Josh, were courteous of my home and laid drop clothes were they need to walk. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was running efficiently before they left. I will continue to use David White Services and highly recommended them to any friend or family member.

We previous had our Lennox furnace installed by David White. We called David White Services recently to convert this 3 year old furnace from propane to natural gas. They were very accommodating and performed the work quickly. I would recommend them highly.

Be careful as they will not stand behind their install or product if you have any issues after the install. You have to file a claim on your own insurance to fix the damage done by them.

We purchased a maintenance contract with David White. The contract includes a Spring and a Fall checkup, 2 free filters a year and all parts and labor are covered if a break down was to occur.Our unit was due for the Spring checkup and the friendly office staff scheduled a time that would work best for us. Tommy S. was our service technician that day. He called us when he was on his way which was much appreciated since we have pets. He arrived during the time frame that was provided by the office staff. He removed his shoes to make sure he didnt track anything into our home. David White had installed a new Lennox HVAC this year for us. He ensured it was working properly and that we didnt have any questions on how to operate our smart thermostat (icomfort S30). I am extremely satisfied with David White and would like recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

A company that does not care about its own employees cant possibly care about its customers. All they are worried about is where the next dollar is going to come from!!
