I am renting a house in the Palmdale area. The landlord picked the company and based on reviews I would have picked the same company. They showed up on a Thursday evening. My wife was home and I was on my way home. I showed up and their truck was parked diagonally in the driveway blocking the driveway preventing me from driving into the garage. The technician was polite and apologized multiple times for parking in the driveway. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that they would need to come to replace the AC. They called me later and told me that they could be out there on Monday between 8am-12pm. I told them I would have to take the day off to wait on them.On Monday, I waited until 12 PM and no one showed up. I called the business and they told me that they were down a technician and were running behind. I explained to the lady that it would have been nice to get a phone call and let me know that they were running late. I had errands to run but now I must spend the rest of the day waiting on the company to show up. I will definitely find a different company when I buy my next house. It seems businesses now days don’t care about their customers but still going to want full payment for waisting my day.

Over the weekend our AC was leaking water under the floor warping it and needed service quickly. Called Monday morning and Betty got us in 48 hours later. We had no idea what was wrong or needed. The technician was there over 2 hours early, diagnosed and fixed the problems and was out the door in less than an hour. $65 later we have our AC fixed. JLC Air is the ONLY AC business I trust anymore. The technician could have told us anything but its not the way they operate. Another great experience with JLC Air.

JlcAir gave a quote. I Called on Aug 5 saying go for it, The schedule for that week was clear on Aug 8. They showed up starting about 8:15am,They were done by 4pm. Cool again after two weeks. They covered stuff with plastic, and cleaned up pretty well, Good Job guys...

I highly recommend JLC Air. This is the second time they have been called to fix A/C Heating in the past three years. Customer service and quality of work are excellent!

Great service over the phone and in-person.Our furnace broke down after Christmas when it was snowing in Palmdale. I told them the problem over the phone that evening and the next day they sent over two technicians and a box of parts. They were friendly and able to fix the furnace quickly.The cost of repair was exactly what they quoted me over the phone (I thought the blower wheel needed to be replaced and that’s exactly what it turned out to be). Excellent service!

Our air quit working, late Friday night. Fourth of July weekend. We had a company set up to come to our house between 2 and 7 pm on Saturday. At 6:33pm, we got a text they were on their way. A few phone calls and texts later with no reply, they never showed. It was 9:30 pm, and our house was still 90 degrees. Carolyn, the receptionist was SO sweet. She called her tech, and unfortunately he was still on a job about an hour and a half away and couldnt make it that night. About 20 minutes later (we were feeling defeated at that point) Carolyn called back, she could send someone out!!! Her tech showed up promptly when she said he would. Mike the tech was SUPER kind, very thorough, and very fast! He replaced our capacitor and super charged the unit in less than half an hour. Great prices, even at emergency rate... And even better, actually phenomenal, customer service. Carolyn and Mike really went above and beyond for us, especially so late at night on a holiday weekend. We will never call anyone else.

My AC needed replacement. JLC replaced it competently, on time, and for the price they quoted. Workmanship appears excellent to visual inspection. 5 Stars.

Had issue with drainage and called Jlc on a Saturday midday. Spoke to Carolyn and she set me up with appointment within a couple of hours. Cliff came out for the call and fixed it up within 45 minutes. Appreciate their help. Great team. Thanks a lot.

This place works with integrity and while many other companies are out to gouge you, JLC is not out to do more than a good job. They will be upfront and honest about their pricing and what you need vs. what you don’t need. I would recommend this company over any other we looked at, including Rowland Air who changed their price with us 3 or 4 times, each time increasing! Thank you so much for a job well done!

All I can say is Wow. Had to have my entire system replaced in the middle of the summer. I went with all their recommendations and can not believe the difference. They know what They are doing. They covered everything to protect it from getting damaged. Added vents, replaced ducting and installed zones to heat and cool more efficiently.There was people up in the attic running new ductwork in the middle of the day.Most companys wont even go up in the attic in the summer.They made sure everything was clean afterwards and hauled off all the trash.These guys are the best in the business and will recommend them to everyone I know.Need to add a 6th star to the rating system because this company deserves it.

I could be another landlord who could be giving them a five star, but after so many years of being loyal to them, Carolyn Luthern, the owner, all of the sudden decided to not to provide service nor answering my calls.She has been the first one to call on my list for years but today she changed all of that. Thare are many reliable AC repair shops here and someone will do the Job and will get paid.In fact a new implacable owner took my call, stopped by, fixed and got paid.I am writing this because her conduct this time arround is unprofessional on many levels.Having said that, Ill see what will transpire in future. For now, JLC is off our vendor list.
