Switched to this dealer for service after having a bad experience at another one. Im so incredibly impressed. Literally everyone I walked by our dealt with was so friendly and kind. Bill was VERY helpful and patient. I know I needed a couple of major things, but they did their own inspection, recorded it and sent it to me with a very thorough explanation. I really felt like I knew what was necessary to get done now, and I trusted them to do the work. Will definitely be back!

Technician spilled oil all over the engine and didnt change the oil filter, which we didnt realize until we go the car home. Brought the car back and was told a certified technician would look it over (not sure who looked it over the first time). Was told they would clean the rest of the spilled oil but would have to keep the car so they could replace the undertray which got oil on it and was now heating up. Brought car home for the second time and found the filter was still not replaced.

Tom seems like an accommodating service center manager, but their service / labor charges seem incredibly high. I declined some additional fixes they suggested, including a brake light that was out. I usually change my own brake lights.The person following me to the service center made no mention of my brake light being out when I dropped the car off. When I picked up my car and got home to change the light, I saw that the screws were popped out, meaning that the service center opened the brake light. They did this to check if the light was out? Not necessary at all. Just step on the break.I checked the bulb and noticed it wasn’t pushed in all the way. I pushed it in further and the light worked. I’m not sure that they loosened the bulb on purpose to justify another fix to tack on, but opening the light and not checking to see if the bulb was loose seems like more than overlooking a basic fix and if that’s all that was required, they should have remedied that for free.
