These guys got us in quick when we were in a bind and needed a valve stem repaired on a flat tire. I used them another time for wheel alignment. Very efficient and get the job done fast. Highly recommend.

I took my car in just before a cross country road trip thinking Id need some maintenance for a squeaking tire due to worn wheel bearings. I wanted to get in same day with the trip coming up and avoid any fees if no repair was needed. Over the phone, the owner was upfront about being extra busy with a staff member on vacation, but asked additional questions about the squeaking and was able to say he could get the issue fixed within the same day or two. My issue was actually related to break corrosion and I got new tires which were badly needed. The owner kept me posted with all updates and made me aware of service/product options. I was able to pickup next day and my car drives like brand new! And Ill be glad to have the included roadside assistance. Overall, staff are super friendly, honest, and meet customers needs on an individual level - Ill be a returning customer.

Ive been here repeatedly for work on my car ranging from simple oil changes to brake repair and have never been disappointed. Reliable work from a professional staff with solid customer service. What I appreciate most though is the communication. I never feel pushed to get work done on my car that isnt necessary. If the staff sees something they think should be fixed, they point it out, communicate quickly and make honest recommendations, but dont try to oversell anything if you choose not to have it done. Would definitely recommend.

John assisted me when visiting this location. He help me save a lot of money. They actually helped me find a warranty for another tire company that I already had, when they could of just made a sale . Very honest business.

This is my go to place to fix anything with my car. The place is busy but I had never had any issues with the work completed. On several occasions, I had them offer me a ride home if I had to drop my car off. They will call you before they do any work so you know what to expect cost and time wise.

George and Rich Birsic and the techs at Lakewood Firestone are excellent and trustworthy. You will receive great service at fair and reasonable prices. Also, this Firestone is locally owned by the Birsics. You can trust their assessment of your cars needs. They will diagnose any issues and not oversell services. I use them exclusively for maintenance and if any issues would arise with my car I would not take it anywhere else. Additionally, they send a newsletter monthly that has coupons in it. I have referred friends and they have been very satisfied. When I was out of town last year, I had no choice but to replace tires. When I came back and had Lakewood Firestone do an oil change the tech noticed the tires and asked if I knew that the tires were not appropriate for my car. Turns out the previous tire dealers had replaced my tires with the wrong size and type while insisting to me that those tires were fine for my car. George helped me resolve the issue by telling me where to go and whom to call. The tires were returned and I was able to buy the correct tires at a corporate Firestone dealer in the area. Lakewood Firestone received no compensation or sale from helping me with this tire issue. Trust them!

I called this particular Firestone with several questions about an oil change and the customer service I received was completely unsatisfactory. The male I spoke with was rude and short about the scheduling.

As soon as I picked up my car after 2 thousand dollars worth of repair, I had service lights come up on my dashboard that did not happen prior to their work. The technician and the owner would not take any responsibility for it and were downright defensive and rude. I will avoid that place at all cost and am considering filing a report to Better Business Bureau.

Went in to have a leak checked. First they said I need a new power-train control module, then told me I need to replace the front transfer case and it would be $1,900 + tax and take 2 days or more. Luckily I got out of there and went to a dealer. It was a clogged breather tube - no parts, one hour of labor, done same day.

Curteous, Helpful, Offered to take me home (instead of sitting in waiting room), Communicative.

Tires were slipping all over the snow so I went to get a quote for tires. Was told I needed 4 new tires. Went and got a second quote somewhere else and was told the tires are fine, just over inflated. Very dishonest to say the least.

Fast service with appointment and good people working there

I can not believe how many good reviews there are for this location. I just took my car there to get a new tire because my regular repairman was booked until thursday and i HAD to get a new tire for work the next day. The place told me i needed 2 tires replaced then they told me the air pressure sensor needed replaced then they told me a ball joint needed replaced....1 tire and they tried to get 1000 dollars of work done. I lied and said i couldnt afford the wirk at time and THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN UP FIR THEIR CREDIT CARD!!! I have never felt so scammed. I thought Mr Tire was bad. Go to Bruces. They are great mechanics who never scam you.
