I am a happy customer. Service was fast and friendly, clean, calming environment....and the prices worth it. It felt good to be treated so kindly and like my capital is appreciated.

They now have 15 pedicure chairs and the same amount of nail stations so no waiting. The new larger space is nice!

Save you money and go somewhere that will appreciate their customers. I never really do reviews but this place deserved one. Don’t gooo here they rude, and overcharge for simple acrylic nails.

What on earth.... just save your money... I have to get my nails completely re done.Response to ownerNothing is wrong with me its these nails. The 1st bottle of polish you used was expired. So now less than 24 hours after getting them done the gel is bubbling. Not a single one of my square has a straight edge. The price of the service was more than I was quoted in the beginning and quite frankly my husband could have applied the polish neater. He has never said anything bad about my nails ever. Until this set. Even he was like... wow, baby when are you gonna get those fixed? And baby it looks like I did your nails.... this is coming from the nicest man ever. The decals are already coming off because they werent laid on flat... waste of time and money.Posted pics in photo gallery. Look for short white nails that arent fully polished, have messy tips and decals that where coming off right after I left the shop!!!!

Got my lashes done here. I get my lashes done all the time so I am aware of how to properly take care of them. 2 of them literally fell off the same night. I got a bump on my eyelid and the lashes started to hurt my eyes. BE CAREFUL. My gel acrylic set lasted a week before 2 nails fell off.

My experience there is always very enlightening and inviting. Top of the line service with a smile.

Waste of time and money. Nails broke. Also I came and told the owner I would like a full set and pedicure. She refuse to do my pedicure because she stated I was to picky with my nails. Very rude and I wouldnt recommend this place to no one.

My nails were not filled in at all and had large gaps on the sides and bed of the nails. within 3 days i had to get them fixed twice and my nail just fell off so i went to another aalon to get it fixed. And by comparison the new nail looks 20x nicer. Dont get your nails done here. Also they are closed way often.

I went in for Eyelash extension Fill and the lady didn’t even tape the bottom lashes down so my eyes were open the whole time. She started pulling the lashes that were currently on my lashes off and honestly I was shocked about how unprofessional this lady . This was my first time using this place and last time. I just had to vent about how bad of a service it was.

I have came to this nail shop for many services and they were so rude today. Very unprofessional woman who runs the shop, her husband just sits on the computer and they open up with one person while people wait for hrs. The owner lady never listens to what you ask her to do. She just tells you what shes going to do. Bad service! Do not go here!! Great prices for poor and unprofessional service. Look at the unprofessional reply my point exactly dont go there. I have gone there several times all times wo an appt. Crazy money people.

I got my nails done just last week and paid $65 for them to be lifting already. I will not be coming back here for my nails and the prices are ridiculous.

I came in with my daughters and grand daughter. The nail techs jumped around from one of us to the other. One daughter got three coats polish I got one coat and within 10 minutes the gems came off then they all vanished and left us there. We didnt know if we were done or not. Didnt like it

Been here a few times service was good. Today I left feeling unsatisfied with services AND violated. I cane I about quarter to 6, closing is at 7. I got the special fullest/brow &pedi with pedi decal and extra lip wax and was also paying for my girly friend she got regular polish and brow/lip wax. I also asked for my nails to be manicured before acrylics Im a car mechanic so its a must. No manicure. When 7 rolled around they were squeaking in a foreign language laughing. I could tell her did not want to do my nails. The acrylic are packed under the nail, I wanted white tips and 2fingers on each hand to have colors or a decal. I got only white tips my cuticles Re disgusting and the WORST PART I know the younger man took video or pics of me while getting my pedi! Long day at work I was almost falling asleep during leg massage😩😭. I could see him in the window nonody holds their lhones with one hand laughing! Little creep!I gave three stars for the young gal who did a great job in my feet and hopefully she gets the 10$ tip I left. Pics are right out the salon!

Absolutely live for the new DIP method! No polish, this is actual acrylic powder, and gel top coat LOVE IT and durable!

Where customer service is still in fashion. Customer service seems to be a lost art. But they are so nice at this salon. Ive had salons do a good job on my nails but they act like theyre doing you a favor. Not here. So glad Ive found this place.

Very happy with the service I received. I didnt want tips because I dont like the thickness of them so they suggested the dip powder instead. I like the way it looks and well see how it holds up to daily use.

Did my lashes there/ medium ones. The lady that did them went really fast. They are cute and sometimes last. My first time there my lashes didn’t last 3 days some came off. I feel like if they took the time to do them the lashes will last. And I gave a tip :/

Those pictures are AFTER she fixed them because I finally said something when the dip was completely off and she was putting the clear coat on. Had me bleeding too, lol. Would look at everything around her except for my nails... place is weird and def not recommended you guys!

I wouldnt go here for lash extensions. They are clusters and she glued one on sideways and now I cant get it off. I couldve done a better job myself.

3 times I have gone.. and in the middle of my service, the tech leaves to assist someone else.. without explanation.. I sit for at least 20 to 30 min before someone finishes my service.. today. I picked up and paid and left.. I like this place, so I hope this review is reviewed and things change.. my time is just as important as my money..

Fast and professional service! Normally when one goes to a nail place they only have maybe two people who can do designs, but here EVERYBODY does designs and does them well. I also get my eyebrows done here and have never once had a problem. Admittedly it is a bit of a drive for me, but its worth it!

I love this place, I haven’t been here for a while but coming back I don’t remember what why I ever stopped. The went beyond my expectations and even went as fat as to order the specific powders I want for my next set so that I get my moneys worth. I probably won’t be going anywhere else ever again! It’s a nice relaxing environment, everyone is soooo nice! I don’t know the ladies name that did my fill but let me tell you she is AMAZING!!! I wish I could post a pic 😭

Just went in for a basic pedicure and was SO pleased. The woman who did my nails was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the pedicure came out very nicely. I found them to be much friendlier than some of the other local salons, and Ill definitely be returning.

The owner done my pedicure and didnt put the oil on my feet ir legs that i paid for.He left me in the chair he done the pedicure in and went and fixed another persons nail never said hed be back to finish me off.I paid him and he never said miss am not done with you ir even said thank you.I will never go back there again.For him being the owner i expected him to be more exsperienced than the work he done..Nit a good look on his business at all to treat a paying customer.1😡😡

Love this nail salon. They do an excellent job every time and they are fast and efficient. They even have adult drinks for anyone wanting to relax 21 and over, haven’t seen this anywhere in Lakewood. I highly recommend this salon for manicures, pedicures, waxes, eyebrows and eyelashes extensions.

Stopped on my way home for a pedicure and very happy I did. Staff was pleasant, worked quickly but very thorough. Nice selection of colors and the price was great! Definitely adding this place as a stop on my list when I need another pedicure.

Got my nails done a week ago and multiple of my nails are breaking off. At first it looked nice now a week later I regret coming. I have worn nails for a month plus and none of them have broken off and I have done more then I did with my nails breaking off a few days later. SMH. Such a disgrace to be welcomed back into getting my nails done

The manager was amazing! Very professional, friendly and sweet. Im always a little nervous trying new nail places but this place is amazing. The color selection is huge! And they take the time to really go above and beyond, the waxing service is also great! Its not rushed, the wax is good quality and they shape them very nicely. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Hot my acrylic nails done on Monday for my wedding on Tuesday nails were off by wednesday and Thursday same week. My nails will usually last 2 weeks or more when I get the filled, only nails left are my thumbs and they have bubbles. I wont be back!

Got eyelash extensions they came off in 5 days !!!Yes I do know how to take care of them I get them all the time.. wanted to give this place a shot as it was closer to my house. Never again will I go here!

I found this nail salon based on other peoples reviews. I must say that I really like it there. They took great care in doing my nails and Ive yet to experience peeling and cracking of my gel nails. I have 3 young children, 1 of which is a baby. Meaning, I wash my hands a lot!The designs and quality of work is excellent! Although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. They are very friendly and polite. I already booked my appointment with them next time.

I went here because Im a painter. My hands get messed up from work, and my feet kill from the boots sometimes. Timmi (pardon spelling?) does an awesome job! They have very reasonable prices also; i think i paid $50 for a manicure, pedicure and foot massage, including the tip...

Staff did an amazing job on my gel manicure--Im pretty picky about how I like my nails shaped/filed and she was great about listening to me and executing just what I wanted, and so nice!

I called to ask prices for a short full set of glow in the dark powder while also trying to set up an appointment, the guy quoted me a price. My daughter and I show up to our appointment and a lady tells me they do not have that powder, so point at it and ask what is that then?? So the guys says oh no we have it, then tells me yet a different price. I ask to see the other acrylic powder colors and the lady hands me the gel nails, so seeing as She didnt know what I was talking about I tell her nevermind I will get reg nails. I then walk over to pick a polish and my daughter walks over to tell me she isnt sure about the colors, at this point the lady rudely tells us if we have a problem we can leave.... We were simply talking, mind you we have been here 4 other times getting 2/3 ppls nails and lashes done, I was Also going to go back next week to get 3 of us lashes as well as another $50+ set of nails, on top of the two of us getting ours tonight... But nope nevermind, since obviously I am not allowed to even talk to my daughter to decide on colors, without this uninformed lady being rude.... I will be telling my large following to avoid this place as well!!

So I got black coffin gel nails, they came out beautiful but I never recieved a hand massage which I thought was odd, every nail salon Ive been to they always have.Now on to the eyelash extensions, they lady literally glued my eyes shut, the extensions looked like a clown, they were way too thick, they were really nice about taking them off, even offered to do it again with a more natural look but by the time they were done taking them off I was in a lot of pain and my eyelids were very puffy and swollen. I think it was just an inexperienced young lady who did mine. I did get my money back, which was also nice but dont think Id ever go back.

I have tried SO many nail salons in the area; without question, this place is the BEST! My technician was ultra meticulous and gentle on my toes. I love these ladies.

I would always come in to get my eyelash extensions done and sometimes my nails. When I would go in for my nails, my nails will be completely uneven, crooked, painted poorly. Most of the time they’ll make my undernail bleed or cut my cuticles too much. When I go for my lashes one side would be more full then the other.

I have been going to this salon since moving to Washington 7 yrs ago. The service was always great. And Ive recommended a few friends who were also loyal costumers. But I walked in today and received the rudest greeting ever. On top of being completely unprofessional, they changed their specials to not accommodate people who work during the week. I dont know if its under new management or what the case may be but I wont be recommending anyone else. And will be taking my business elsewhere.

I dont get my nails done often, and I also believe everyone has off days. But everytime i come here someone is always impolite. The only person that keeps a great attitude is the older gentlemen.The younger man rushed through my paint job and through my drying process. I initally asked him the recommended time to sit under the nail dryer, he told me 10 minutes. I wanted to know because i had an event the next day and I always seem to mess up my nails by leaving too soon. As i proceeded to sit, after two minutes he wanted me to pay out the was like be careful. I politely told him, this is why i asked you the drying time and you are trying to rush me out. He instantly got defensive.I know this may seem minor but as I said before there always seems to be a problem. All in all, I hope they see this review and take it as constructive criticism and just learn better people skills.

They cut multiple fingers, making me bleed and still charged me full price. They were very rushed, leaving hairs in the Polish. I think for the work they do and the customer service I received its not even worth saving the $5.

Horrible experience. The lady cut my finger and I was bleeding, she was going way too fast like if she rushing or racing the person next to her. She missed up one nail and had to do it again. Doesn’t take her time. First and last time going here. Wouldn’t recommend.
