Gel nail polish does not last very long for the amount they charge. I will not go back again. For my toes (gel) and my hands (gel nail polish) cost me 65$. I have been to other places where I have not even spent close to that amount and the gel polish lasted me longer. The gel polish on the 3rd day started to chip and by the end of the week most of the gel polish had fallen off altogether. Their price list is not updated so you have no idea what theyre charging for. I would not recommend unless you like your $ to be wasted.

I had a full set of Manicure and was charged for $60: smh. I was not happy: nail color wasn’t even close to the color I chose. Pink and white are two different colors so how do they not tell the difference? SMH.🤦‍♀️

Came here by accident but it worked out to my advantage! I was meaning to go to another salon in the same shopping center but ended up here instead. It was a very enjoyable experience. The employees are very friendly and do a very good job with your nails. Their prices are also better then some of the other salons in the area.

I have went to this place many times for manicures and pedicures with my daughters and even grandkids. I have never had a bad incident but I just had my nails do E 3 days ago with my daughter we paid even higher price now at 55 dollars for each of us and I have had 3 break off on me and my daughter had 2. I have spent alot of money in this business, and have never felt more upset about it and cant get my MO ey back or my nails, beware cause a business should honor there mess ups as easily as the took 110 dollars for the nails to break of so easily and while she was trying to glue the tip it wasnt sticking, never seen that before was wk dering some of why, but they conversed back and forth laughing about something but I dont why since they dont speak English but it was very odd, but anyways I guess they will loose quite a bit of money from me and my family very sad to see how doing the right thing for the customer is not in need these days since the virus they jacked up the prices and have old product that even caused a finger to cause hardening of skin under my index finger very disappointed in the downside of a place I loved before.

I have been coming here for years. I, personally, like that the nail techs take time doing my nails. I always walk away satisfied and feeling like my nail tech ACTUALLY cared if I liked my nails or not. They have discounted me for things like waiting awhile when theyre busy, etc. They have always been friendly to me. Sometimes I have tipped. Sometimes I have not. I wasnt treated differently. I have moved to port orchard for a year now and STILL drive to Lakewood to have my nails done by them. I never make an appointment and even show up before closing. I am never treated as a burden or feel rushed. Hands down, best nail salon I have found and I have been getting my nails done since my teens. I will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you!!!!

Ive been coming here for years. Prices are the same as every other nail salon around but they are by far so much better. The deluxe pedicure I believe is $45 but they really do pay attention to detail and give very long massages

Ill always go to Queen Nails. They have the best price for all of the many services they offer. My nails always come out flawless. The customer service is outstanding and the nail techs always remember me! Theyre super sweet!

They are amazing they were able to get me and my sister in law in right before closing. They do an amazing job on my 3 year olds feet and nails. I will always go threw them

Careful getting waxed at this Salon, I got my eyebrows waxed here last Friday and walked out with a burning red bump on my left eye and the red bump has not healed and still burns now and I will need medical treatment to hopefully take care of whatever type of infection it is below my eyebrow. Not sure if the lady doubled dip but this is disgusting. Customers Beware.

I just moved to Washington and had no idea where to get my nails done - and no one to ask. I live around the corner and decided to try this place when I drove by yesterday morning. I liked it a lot.The lady who did my nails and my waxing (eyebrows) was super sweet and did a great job. She nicked my cuticles on two different fingers but Ive never gotten my nails done and NOT had my cuticles bleed - but this time, it was mainly my fault for moving. I will happily come back here next time I need my nails done or my eyebrows waxed.The charged $34 for my nails and both my waxes and Im happy with all three, especially for that price - my only complaint is a sore cuticle.

First place in a long time that I have fallen in love with a nail salon! Great service and made my toes look amazing after my pregnancy. I will return. :-)

We go in for our first time and they didnt listen to what I wanted. I wanted a coffin tip and it was square. We go home and go back not even 5 minutes later to fix them as we cant live with them. And the lady fixing my nails almost tore them off fililing them and then didnt paint them again as some of the polish came off. All on all will go somewhere else

Awesome place for manicure and pedicure! The ladies make me laugh. Very good at what they do....dont go elsewhere! They are the best!

I went there yesterday, 12/17/17 around 2PM, they close at 5PM on Sundays. The main lady (possibly the owner) wasnt there. The service was poor, the workers were slow and they had no sense of urgency and perfection with their work. I waited LITERALLY 1 hour and 12 minutes before actually being assisted for ONE THUMB NAIL THAT BROKE. All I needed was for my thumb nail to be fixed. THERE WAS NO COLOR ON MY NAILS, JUST A FILL....I paint them myself because theyre that slow. After I was finally assisted, they shaped my nail poorly and when I told them to correct the shaping they acted pissy. I spent $5 for one broken thumb nail which is fine, but aside from that, to wait 1 hour and 12 minutes before being assisted is outrageous. And not to mention, they had 2 chairs open, 4 workers, 6 ladies in there and 25 minutes into me waiting initially, they assisted an elderly lady before me under the guides that She called in when they accept walk in & appts. I wont argue about setting an appt but what I will say is in the meantime, I couldve been soaking my nail to speed up the process/waiting time. For ONE nail, that was horrible service to me. Ill only come back here out of pure last resort.

If you dont do hair anymore, then you might want to change the name of your shop on google. I called (on saturday around 9:20am) to make an appt. on sunday for a hair cut but was told they dont do hair anymore.

Had a mani/ pedi. During my pedi soak the tech did my mani while standing next to my chair while my feet were soaking. Not the least bit relaxing. I had to hold my hands up for her to work on. The pedi was quick, water cool and not enough massage done. I take good care of both my hands and feet so not a lot of time was needed for filing, cutting or working on the soles on my feet. I also had an appointment and wasn’t a walk in. It just was not worth it. If you want a relaxing service- go somewhere else.
