I went in as a walk in. It took them 40 minutes to get my nails done. I also got my eyebrows waxed and my top lip. My eyebrows came out great. My nails are so bomb. She gave me a design and I said she can do whatever. The nail tech is Kelly.

First time here today. I called before going in to check if I can do a walk-in pedi and mani gel, the lady said yes. I get there and everything was going well. I got the Simply Pedi with gel and Le princess Mani with gel. I didnt get the hot towel wrap like it describes on the service for both pedi and mani, neither did I get the Warm water soak for both. I paid $70 and they still ask you if they charge tip on the card. I handed the lady the cash tip portion.

I was happy with the pedicure great job by Jeff, but then they started to get busy so Kelly took over the manicure and it was rushed, terrible job was very disappointed. Very nice and clean though, and they are nice. Just disappointing. It was my first time back since it changed from the black owners they were great. I dont know if I will go back.

I tell you it really makes me mad that they won’t use the AC. In this blazing heat. Bad move 🥺

I have come to this nail salon twice now and both times I have been more than satisfied with the service and attention I received.The first time I came in with my stepdaughter to get gel manicures. I like to make it a girls day treat when shes done something worth celebrating. We used to go to a different nail salon, but I was very disappointed with the service she got last time. I guess that because she is young (10 y.o), they thought they didnt need to give her the same treatment (even though I was paying the full price for it). So, I looked up other places and found this wonderful place! Both my stepdaughter and I were treated very well and got the same attention to detail. They even gave us lemonade. My stepdaughter felt like a VIP and I was so happy with how happy she was.We went today for the second time. It was my stepdaughters birthday and I wanted to treat her so I brought her in for a gel manicure. We were attended to right away and the wonderful ladies did what they could to accommodate what she wanted. She wanted a unicorn design on her nail. At first, they told us it might not be possible because her nails were too small (and no way am I getting acrylics for a 10 y.o), but they tried it with a simple design. My stepdaughter loved it and Im so happy with their accommodation.I will most definitely be coming back. The pricing is always fair and the service is great! We did not have appointments either time and we were seen right away. I wish I had gotten the ladies names, but it seems like everyone there is great either way.

My mom and I went using a groupon and both received a manicure and pedicure. The next day my mom started itching uncontrollably and had to go to the doctor. It turned out that she has a bug from unclean utensils and had to get medication to get rid of the bug. Would not recommend.

Amazing nail shop! I got a fill which turned into a full set and a pedicure. Stacy was amazing she showed exactly why I need to take my previous nails off and start fresh, she was friendly and personable. I will definitely be back when I’m in town!!!!!

I called several nail salons before finding this cute place. Kelly was very nice and helpful on the phone. When I arrived it was different then your typical nail salon. I was getting a manicure and pedicure. Alex did my powder dip nails and did great, he worked hard and was very nice. Nikki did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Everyone at the salon was nice, helpful and easy to talk to. Looks like I found my new nail salon.

I have been here several times already. It is a comfortable atmosphere. Only once has here been a very loud screaming child that got into everything, the establishment handled it very well. There is a sign up not to bring your children with you unless they have an appointment. Very understanding that sometimes childcare falls through or is not feasible but do not depend on the staff to babysit your child. The staff at Savvy Chic handled professionally and as politely as possible. Must say love it here. Irene is the greatest. Although I did follow her from another salon. I would recommend this place regardless. Just happened to walk in one day to find that Irene was working here. It is wonderful!!!!

Ive seen this place a thousand times in passing. Its been a challenge finding a new nail shop or nail lady for that matter. On a Saturday afternoon, I made a call to see if they had any openings, and they did. I wanted to get dip powder done and was happy to hear they offered it, $35.Walking in, I mentioned I had an appt and gave them my name, the lady was a little confused so I wasnt sure if they even had me assigned to anyone, but then asked me to write my name on the list anyways. After about 10 mins wait, I got seated and had Stacey as my nail tech.She cleaned off the dark green polish I had, not completely thorough since she would be using the electric filer. I picked color #26. Im impressed by the shape she created for my nails. Ive said this in my other nail shop reviews how I am very particular with the shaping of my nails, but she did a really good job with them. I wanted a more rounded almond shape and she gave it to me even though she didnt quite understand what I was asking for. I still ended up reshaping a few at home, but like a said, Im really particular.Overall, I think she did a good job and kept the paint looking thin and not a bubble blob. The only thing I would ask her to be mindful of is how close she got with the electric filer and my skin. In getting the cuticles, she got too close to my nail bed and cut me. Stung for a couple of days, but Ill survive. Also, there isnt much of a treatment after. Ive had hand massages and scrubs done after the service. All they do is wrap a hot towel over your hands and wipe everything down.

I love their pedicures. They have new fixtures now as well. I feel its worth the money to get quality service.

Had an appointment with Tammy on August 25, 2019 I thought everything was good until I return for my next appointment on August 15, 2019 with Tammy again she removed the polish and said look there was Fungus on my toe she acted surprised so we left it and no polish this time ended up at the doctor with Fungus on both feet cost money for medication and doctor visit $15.00 copayment for office visit and $15.00 for the medication plus previous to that I went to CVS paid $19.00 for other medication very expensive place to get germs I told them in advance that I was diabetic and I needed good service this is what I got after 3 visit to this salon. I give ZERO stars

Linda was great on the pedicure and I was so Happy to have Jennifer back awesome job on my nails! I gave a low rating because of the new owner who had the gal! to call me for an error she made because talking on the phone was more important than her PAYING Customer in front of Ber...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My wife goes there. So here is her beef. When you say dont take out too much cuticle, they ignore you, and do it anyway, her last visit was on a Monday. The ladies that work there are mostly from Vietnam, and some have a better grasp of English than others.My wife works in surgery and she constantly has to wash her hands, so it is super important that she has short nails, and the cuticle is not overly cut to protect her hands and nails. No polish just buffed to be in compliance.The last lady she saw was nice but took too much cuticle off. Thus my wife suffered with hang nails for days. That is when you develop hang nails when they do not listen, which if not careful one can pull it and this creates a pathway for bacteria to enter besides it being annoyingly painful.

I went for a gel mani/pedi and the results lasted for two weeks. Then I tried their acrylic dip powder and WOW! It’s been three weeks and my nails have not chipped or broken. My nails used to be very frail and I would constantly break them. I think this is the longest I’ve ever had them. They’re so shiny and strong. Definitely recommend trying them out.

I recently became customer and it is a great& comfy experience every time I go. I love love the way Jennifer does my nails. Ever since she did my nails, I dont like going to anyone else. She is a perfectionist and will do a perfect job on your nails. The décor makes it feel so girly!! which I love.

If I could give it no stars i would . Not only did i receive 3 cuts from a pedicure, the service was terrible .

So disappointed in this place. Had an appointment today at 10:30, and I called to let them know I might be running 10 minutes late. I rushed to get there on time and the person that was supposed to do my nails, Claudia was running late. I could hear the ladies talking about how they knew she might not come in on time and thought that was very rude. I hesitated to make an appointment with this person because two weeks ago she made someone else wait 30 minutes while she came in late. At 11 a.m. I finally asked if someone else could do my nails. Claudia walks in at 11:15 a.m. and no one ever apologizes for a thing. but this place expects you to always be on time for your appointment and if youre late they will reschedule you. Ive been coming here for a while, but today was my final visit. For the amount that you pay at this place it could be a little bit more friendly and better customer service skills.

My go to nail shop!!! When you get your pedi done they take there time and provide you full service. Which I absolutely love because many times when you go to other nail shops they rush you and do such a sloppy job...BUT not here you will not have that problem. You receive Complimentary drinks durning your service as well. So if your ever in the area and have time drop by & check them out you will not be disappointed!!!

I recently came here for a basic Acrylic nail manicure. Cost me $45. LET ME TELL YOU THIS !!! THEY GOT MY COLOR WRONG! THEY GOT MY NAILS ALL CROOKED !! AND THEY ROUGHED UP MY NAILS SO BAD MY NAILS WERE SORE FOR 6 DAYS STRAIGHT !!!! When someone finally realized that they did the wrong color all the little Asian ladies looked at me with a very mean look and didnt look away until I said it was okay. And all of this was known to the lady who charged me and she still charged me the full $45. Im done with this place. Please unless your okay with dirty looks and pompous workers, dont come here. They will mess up your nails.

Went to Savvy Chic last Saturday and it was not Savvy or Chic. This was to be a mother/daughter time and while they took us as walk-ins and we were seated promptly the experience was not memorable and neither my daughter or I will be back. The minute my pedicure was done I was asked to give up my seat to another client and not asked nicely. My daughter was still having her pedicure next to me and was getting a manicure (which we found out was in another spot up front). The comfy chairs and the repeated Can I get you something to drink are not enough to bring us back. Niki who did my daughters pedicure/manicure was the bright spot in the experience. My pedicurist, Michelle, was blah did not speak to me other than to ask me to move for another client. Also my pedicure is already chipping and its only been five days! I will be returning to TIP TOP Nails down the street where my pedicure lasts for three weeks to a month and it is quiet and spacious and the clients are treated with respect.

They do good pedis here.

Pretty Nail shop . Other then that your nail polish wont last a week . It will start to chip & the shine of the gel nail will disappear . So unhappy . The owner is now welcoming at all & employes dont seem to be happy either . Not worth the money if your gel nail cant last a week.
