I made a appointment for 11am. At 12:15 they finally got to me. The gel nails are super messy. I could not take time to have them redo the issues as I had to go to work. I left at 1:45. After three hours and about fifty bucks I am super disappointed. Some are slanted and some are straight. One pinky is so thick that its annoying and ugly. The edges are starting to come up.

So me and my friend had an appointment at 3:30, we got there at 3:25 and we sign into the book. They sat us down immediately but didn’t start doing our nails until 30 minutes later. when they started doing our nails this lady was doing both me and my friends nails and was just going back-and-forth between us. She never changed her gloves or anything. So we sat there for three hours for them to finish which at that point they weren’t even open anymore. But other than that we are seven days later now and my gel polish is chipping off. Also I lost the acrylic part of the nail because she didn’t glue the tip of the acrylics on right. Most of my nails have bubbles underneath where she glued acrylics on. So in conclusion I wouldn’t go here!!

Had appt for 10am i made yesterday I got to the nailshop at 10am I waited in a chair for 45 mins .. then when I decided to leave then the woman want to say something too me.. this crazy whats the point of booking a appt if I have to wait almost a hr hour too get my nails done I shouldve just walk in then. Im really upset my time was wasted 😒

Lily is the absolute best! I have been going to her for years and she always takes great care. I am relocating and surly going to miss her and her work!

Always feel welcomed and this is my only Nail salon i go to for all of my essential nail and eyebrow needs for more then 5 years and i have recommended many people witch loved the pedi and mani they have done ..some nail salons know people by name and some dont ..I appreciate the hard demanding work the ladies here do every day . Honestly I dont know where any of these bad reviews come from. I got my nails done for the first time yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! I stopped going to my regular nail salon because it was too far and they just didnt pay attention to details. I am very picky about my nails and it was very irritating! I saw Vee, I was just the walk-in and they took me right in and the greeted me right as I walked in! Vee has seated me and let me pick through so many colors! And I got started really quick! She was very sweet and actually asked me and my husbands name and introduced herself! I honestly never have had that at any salon! She was super sweet! Shes very informative too! Im definitely going to be booking my appointment with her! I got simple white sparkles. Beautifully done!

Went here after my normal shop asked me to come back in 3 hours. This shop was busier but seated me and started right away. I got a fill, gel polish and a manicure and my nails look real nice. Got the almond shape just the way I like it. Thanks, Vee!

I visited Diva Nails on 27 Apr 2019 and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I was greeted immediately and seated within 45 seconds. The nail tech (I forgot her name), did an amazing job. My dip powder nails look awesome! They have plenty of colors to choose from. I also observed and appreciated how they interacted with a customer who didnt like a color on her toes. The situation was handled professionally and that customer left happy. I WILL visit this salon again in a couple of weeks.

I recently scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and manicure and was beyond impressed with the overall experience. The most friendly staff who truly care about their business. Clean spa, great service options and calm ambiance. Upon paying for my services, they handed me a gift card to come back and said Merry Christmas. The overall experience has resulted in a customer for life! Would recommend 10/10.

My manicurists is on vacation and the nail salon I normally go to was full. I stopped in here. The ladies doing pedicures on my friend and myself were not that friendly. One manicurist who was doing nails for other customers was over compensating for her employee. Nails were cut uneven, one big toe missed with the finish gloss polish. Didn’t feel welcomed when I entered or during. I miss my normal salon and wouldn’t recommend this place. Only reason they gave 3 stars was cause my little girl was treated very nicely while getting her toes done. Overall my personal experience was unsatisfying and I will it return. Please be more welcoming and complete in nail work.

I got a gel fill and picked out a coral color, after doing 4 coats the color just looked bad. The color was a bad choice before. However I mentioned numerous times that it looked bad and I still had to pay $35 and left with bad looking nails. The ladies there are very nice though however I feel as though my stuff should have been discounted or redone.

I usually don’t post reviews but this was much needed. I don’t suggest this salon. My 3 friends and I had an appointment set to get 4 pedicures at 4:30. We walk in and they aren’t to busy. 3/4 chairs are open for us. They get us in the chairs quick. As we are waiting, more and more people come in and they’re having them sit down and wait. Here’s where the nightmare begins. We sat in the chairs for over an hour waiting. My feet were so pruned that I could’ve done my own pedicure at this point. I told myself that I’d wait till 6 and then I’m walking out. At 5:53 they have another lady come in to help. I was so furious at this point that I wasn’t being very nice. The pedicure didn’t last long. I came in to get one because clearly I needed one and she didn’t spend much time on my heals at all. Not to mention they’re pruned and you can’t even tell what needs to be done now! I tell her multiple times that I need her to focus more on specific places and she kept telling me that she’s been doing this for years and she knows what she’s doing.I waited almost an hour and a half, for a 25 minute pedicure. I will never come back here.

The first time I went to Diva nails, the lady that did my manicure did a very nice job. Today a friend and I went in for pedicures. Mai did my friends pedicure, and did a lovely job. A gentleman did mine, and he was very nice, but he spent very little time on my pedicure. He cut one of my toes pretty badly, and it really hurt. I know he noticed it, because he put something on it(probably an anti-bacterial) which really stung, but he never mentioned it and never said he was sorry. He wrapped my legs in hot towels, and then he went to a back room and didnt come back for a long time. When I thought he was actually coming back, he walked right past me and left the building. He never came back and no one explained why. I just sat there in my chair with my legs wrapped in what were by now really cold, wet towels and watched my friend get her pedicure. Finally another lady came over, put lotion on my legs and massaged them, then painted my nails. (My middle toe was still bleeding.) After that she stood up and pushed the button to push my chair back, and I assume she was letting me know it was time to leave. Meanwhile my friend was just beginning to get her legs massaged, although wed started our pedicures at the same time and were paying for the same services. I stayed and waited in my chair until my friends pedicure was done, which was something like another 20 minutes. All-in-all- we were in there maybe an hour and a half, and my friend got great care the entire time while I was ignored more than half of that time. My friend said I should just pay for the $22 basic pedicure since I got barely even that, but when I tried to pay them $22 I was told that I got the more deluxe one that was $30 I tried to explain that I really didnt get a deluxe pedicure, but still had to pay the $30. At first I figured that Id just ask for Mai next time, but now I dont think there will be a next time. I prefer Galaxy Nails in Lacey. They always treat me well there.

I walked right in and was promptly greeted, my technician knew exactly what I needed, she helped me find the perfect accent color to go with my main color, and got my nails to the perfect length.I cannot express how pleased I am with the results. I’ve been going to this place for almost a year. I’ve never been unsatisfied with any of their work! 1 time my nails got messed up because of the polish they used (it was new) so they fixed my nails for free and gave me the money back that I paid for that type of polish.! I go there for my pedicures and my nails!❤️ I love their work and I would recommend this salon to anyone that asked for a great nail salon!Thank you Lily & Vee for always making sure my nails are perfect, and that I’m in love with them before leaving!☺️

Came in for my daughters fill and color change. She was seated right away (awesome) but we are going on an hour and 20 mins and she is still being worked on ..starting to wonder if we are going to be charged labor too🙄

Came in for a simple fill and have been her almost 90 minutes and all they’ve gotten done on my daughter is polish removal. We will not be back.

Went as a party of 4 with appointments (we had booked a party of 5). They were not prepared for us. They started the bride last even though she was getting the most done. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work done. I got everything redone 6 days later.They did allow us to make our mimosas!!! Hence, the 2 stars.

I come every 2-3 weeks for dip powder and i love it. Vee and Lily always take great care of me. been going 5 years and ill continue to give them my business for years to come.

Super slow and tech Mai isnt skilled. She is nice but the want what I was paying for. My nails are not shaped the same (done rounded others squared). And she didnt do a good job of clearing the cuticle before painting. I end up redo them at home so the would look nice.

I like this place. Super busy though. They take walk-ins and dont turn anyone away. You might have to wait if its a busy day. They do a nice hot stone massage in your legs and feet. If you have an ingrow nail ask for Lily. She does a great job of cleaning and digging it out.

Information they provided online did not match the service provided. The facial was subpar at best (cleanse, rinse, steam, mask, clean) this was more of an at home spa day instead of actual professional facial experience and I have gone to quite a few aestheticians and spas

Love these ladies!!! I never have a bad experience. As for the bride who gave a bad review, I was there that day. She never showed. My mother in law and I waited over and hour so Lily could make sure you werent coming. Dont give a bad review because you were inconsiderate.

They have always been super friendly and the work they do is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I do suggest making an appt.

The lady doing my nails kept staring at my friend and my friend found it irritating. Then all of a sudden I feel a sting on my toe when she trimmed my cuticles. She cut me! It wasnt even just a small cut. From the middle of my toe to the end, she cut my cuticle far back and it bleed a lot. She still did the whole pedicure. I told her to skip my injured toe because I was scared it might get infected if she polished it, but she still carried on. When I tried to talk to her, she was ignoring me. My friend also tried to talk to her but she ignored her too. The salon still charged me for the whole service I got done even though the lady cut my toe. Definitely not worth it. Their sign says Discount for Military and Students they should include the injured too. Lastly, its only been a couple of days and my friends gel manicure already is chipping and she didnt do any rough labor for it to chip.

I had tried so many other nail shops in the area being new out here. Some were very awful, I had quite possibly the worst set of nails done so I went to Diva to see if MAYBE they could fix the other shops mistakes, the other shop had put 2 coats of acrylic on so my nails were THICK. It was just awful, one as getting ready to go on vacation and Diva fixed them the best they could! Ive now been there about 6 times and will not go anywhere else. They are a bit more speedy than I was used to but hey, you get what you pay for.

I went in to get an eyebrow waxing based off the reviews that I read. The lady got me in very quickly which is always a plus. Soon after, she put scorching hot wax on my face which was extremely painful! All she could say was Sorry. Afterwards my brows looked the same as when I first came in. I will not be returning.

Very shitty job they used minimal products and my nails are thin as paper. I got a fill with gel polish not even a week ago and my nails are already chipping. They overcharge on top of everything will NEVER be going back and recommending Lavish nails in Spanaway.

I have ONLY had great people when Ive had my nails done. Not only do they do an exceptional job, they go above and beyond the usual shop. I have never had a bad experience at this salon versus many other shops that would rather stand off in a corner and be unprofessional talking to one another instead of paying attention to their clients. I have very thick nails. They know precisely how to handle them. I walk away relieved with beautiful nails.

I had come in around 6p and asked for a pedicure. Before sitting down I asked if they had time to do it and they said yes. I picked out a color and sat in the pedicure chair and patiently waited for nearly 50 mins. My water turned cold. Finally a woman came over to do my pedicure and she was very sweet. She kept thanking me for coming and thanked me for waiting so patiently. I wasnt offered any type of incentive for waiting so long. The cost was $45 and I had given a tip. I wont be back anytime soon. I just wanted to share my experience. Ive gone in the past and dont remember it being this way.

This shop fell short in all aspects. Tools used for manicure and pedicure were fresh pack sanitized and thats where I stop with the positive. The quality of service was so poor I am having to get my nails done again somewhere else less than 24 later. Polish chipped and bubbled. And cuticles not done properly...will not be back.

So relaxing. I love the service provided and prices are just right.

Literally the worst place ever. Every time we make an appointment we have to wait 30min to get started and they constantly prioritize walking over us. The walking always get done before us. They took 3 1/2 hours to do a mani pedi we watched 4 people come in and get the same thing and still leave before us. My husband picked me up and I took a shower and did my makeup before my moms nails were done and we were a hour late to my dads bday dinner. They wouldn’t even apologize and blamed my mom who just sat waiting patiently watching everyone get done before her.

Nails are always done well, but they are SOOO SLOW!! When you come in they appear to not be busy, but they continue to allow more customers in than they really have time for. I have gotten mani/pedi and spent 3.5 hours of not relaxing environment. My daughter just got a fill and gel polish and was there 2.5 hours. RIDICULOUS.

Ive been going to Diva Nails every 10 days -2 weeks for a year. I get a regular mani/pedi most of the time. Occasionally I do a gel manicure. The standard pedicure comes with a sugar scrub, massage, and hot stone massage. Its a great value for the price. Ive always had excellent experiences. I had one manicure where I wasnt paying attention and I okayed something that wasnt quite right (my nails were a little shorter than I wanted and the tech had to touch up the shape). But one experience in 50 that wasnt great (and was at least 70% my fault) is pretty impressive. I generally just do a walk in. I think the longest Ive waited is 25 minutes and I was in a pedicure chair with the water going. I absolutely recommend this place.

I was there for three hours for a fill. And even with three hours they did a horrible job. I showed them what I wanted so many times but they didn’t seem to care.

Too pricey for a messy job. Went in for a fill and she only filled it part way, left them think, uneven and very messy. Didn’t listen to what I had to say.

Honestly, They did a horrible job in all aspects. The lady that was doing my nails ignored me the whole time and was talking to her friend next to me (who was just waiting for her to finish with my nails to get her acrylics done). She rushed through the whole thing. My nails came out blotchy and had air bubbles because she wouldnt wait at all between coats. She put the thickest coats I have ever seen which ended up chipping within 2 days. I will never ever come back. for $12 I can do my own nails - much better than them.

Was told to sit at station 1. Sat for over an hour with no communication. They began with people that had come in after I had. Wont go back there.

I wouldnt even give them one star...but had to select it to be able to rate and review...BY FAR YHE WORST PLACE TO GET A PEDICURE!!! After waiting 20 minutes to get a seat...I again waited almost 40 minutes with my feet in cold water....the person doing my pedicure didnt clip...clean or buff my nails...my heals are still rough and then did a very piss poor job painting my nails! When she tried to remove the dividers she smeared off the nail polish off of my big toe....it took her almost 20 minutes later to repaint that one nail! When she was done she just got up and left...10 minutes later i asked another worker there if im done...she came and checked my nails and told me to sit under the light and it will be about another 10 minutes...i angrily did so....after 10 minutes my nails were dry but upon closer inspection of my nails i noticed it was a HORRIBLE...THICK UNEVEN paint job! Fed up...i just asked another worker to just remove the nailpolish completely!!!!THIS PLACE ISNT EVEN WORTH A SECOND THOUGHT FOR ME...AGAIN....BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO GET A PEDICURE EVER!!!!!!!

Lets see, I waited 1.5 hours. Had my feet in cold water for 30 mins and nobody came to work on the pedi. Ended up walking out of there! Awful. Seriously awful. The worst part was is that they were taking in other costumers as they walked in and starting on them right away!
