The receptionist at this dental office (Adrianna) is beyond rude every single time I call in. I just called in to clarify her confusion on my appointment and she hung up on me. This is not the first time I had a poor experience with her. She is not someone I would want representing my company.

Martinez Dental is an excellent ran professional and above and beyond caring practice, no doubt. They genuinely see through any problems and procedures successfully. Theyve helped me repeatedly with the same procedures with patience and empathy. The lab does superb work, the docs are experienced pros and the lady assistants and front desk are just awesome. This family practice is a cut above the rest, a rarity in this day in age. Love them!

Martinez Dental is fabulous in every way! Everyone is so friendly and you actually feel at ease through the entire process. Everyone is always in a good mood, laid back yet professional! The music choice is Dope!! 😎 The doctors, assistants and hygienist are very thorough and knowledgeable. The work they do is is top of the line and if you’d like something adjusted they gladly do it! I’ve recommended them to so many people, my mom is now a patient and my children have been seen as well. Never going anywhere else!!! 10 THUMBS UP!!

I was in getting a deep cleaning done today. I must say I usually hate going to the dentist and have extreme anxiety!! However today Was very different. I had the most pleasant appointment with Risa. She explained every step before she did anything. She was so gentle, I had zero pain with this visit!! I was more relaxed than I have ever been leaving the dentist office! She is truly a professional and knows what she is doing! I very highly recommend her!!! I can’t wait for my next appointment!!

My experience at Martinez Dental was fabulous! Great environment, friendly professional staff, very clean . I went in to have my Gap closed on my front two teeth . This is something I have always wanted to do . I was very nervous at first because I don’t like change but I do have to say getting the procedure done is the best thing I have ever done ! Dr. Vigil and his assistant did such an amazing job! I am so happy with the outcome I can finally have a normal smile and show some teeth without feeling like everyone is staring at them . I love love love it ! I will definitely be recommending people to check out Martinez Dental !

Used to be really good but I dont know what happened over the years. They drilled so deep into my tooth it hit the nerve so even with my filling in everytime I feel pain.

I just barely moved from California to Lakewood last year and until today was still without a primary dentist. After searching online, I found Martinez dentistry, made the phone call, and immediately got in for an appointment the following day. Great experience for me. I didnt have to wait very long, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I had a pretty good understanding with what kind of work that needs to happen and what to expect by the time I left. I have gotten my wisdom teeth pulled a few years back and i found out today that the doctor caused a lot of bone loss. Both sections where my teeth were pulled show this. Be aware!!! They will cause damage to your gums teeth!!!

This doctor office is a Joke. Dr. Vigil has no business being a dentist and Martinez has done work he refuse to complete. They lie to there patients. The temporaries fall out, the fillings have fallen out and they have fausly completed work not approved by the patient. They have given root canals that were not authorized to do and now wont give the grown for. They take advantage of the elderly. This is all work done on my mother and they have been so rude, no notes on the procedures and no communication. They are toxic and I am looking into an attorney for my elderly mother..

My first time there and after reading these reviews I was super nervous. I just moved here and finding a dentist is nerve racking! The office is beautiful, staff amazing! They even have Barbies, race cars and other cool toys they give to kids. Thats going the extra mile. It was on the 2nd floor and they are equiped for wheel chairs. I found my dentist office very pleased. Please dont let the previous reviews scare you, you will be just as pleased as I was :0)

Worst place ever had a tooth that needed a root canal and they only did a filling on it the only way I found out I needed a root canal was when I went to a real dentist

Martinez Dental 6-8 months ago was a great find near my house and with kind helpful staff. About two to three months ago changes in staffing and doctors began to occur. Along with these changes were mistakes that cost me time and money. A simple task of a crown replacement took 5 visits to complete. 1st was the prep and payment of the whole procedure crown and all. No problems there but since I paid for it all up front I was stuck with Martinez Dental. 2nd visit was they made a mistake and started the procedure before getting my insurances approval so I had to get an x-ray instead of getting the temp put on. 3rd was getting the temp which was irritating do to the ill-mannered Doctor nearly yelling at the dental assistant that was getting more and more flustered and making more mistakes but never losing his cool. While I was there I asked for a print out of everything I had paid for so I could turn it in for my flex spending account sighting that I needed everything that was included in the payment I had made on my first visit for the crown. The charge was denied by my flex spending account because it was incomplete so I had to go back and the new paper work had a whole slow of things not on the first copy I was given. 4th was suppose to be me getting the temporary off that had been killing me for 3 weeks and get the permanent crown. This did not happen because apparently they had used permanent cement according to the lady that said we will have to have the Doctor that put it on remove it. I thought Great another appointment and with a jerk. Then I found out that this painful temporary was going to have to stay in for another 3 weeks. Needless to say I was not happy at the end of this now 2 month long process. 5th and final was here the doctor gave me the shot to num the tooth and all that got num was my jaw. Not the tooth, lip, tongue or area around as I could feel my tongue rubbing agenced my tooth and inner mouth. As he started I felt even more pain than I had already been feeling for 3 weeks and I told him as much. He gave me another shot but I did not feel much of any difference. Lip, tongue, and inner mouth still not num and what seemed almost the entire tooth I could feel but he said ”it’s just pressure” and repeated that to me several times. He indeed up cutting the temp off which a few places on that tooth made me want to cry it hurt so badly but I had given up telling him and just wanted this experience over with. Finely it is done and I hope to never see that doctor again and I will not be returning to Martinez dental again. This is a shame because all the work they had done in the past before their staff switch was good and organized but I have had the last of that place it is now more a pain and frustration dispensary than a dental office.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Silver fillings that barely lasted 1 year. Now spending lots of money fixing all their mistakes. Luckily found a REAL dentist that knows what they are doing.
