Dr OBeirne was the 3rd Dr I have seen in the last 2 months. She and her staff made me feel calm and welcome instantly. Being odontophobic ( fear of dentists )thats not easily done. Everything was explained to me before hand and a treatment plan was discussed. I feel confident that my care, both physically and mentally is a priority of theirs. But, I dont believe anyone should have such a good time in any dental office.

Dr. O’Beirne and her hygienist Dena are two amazing women. They are a dynamic duo. They are prompt and polite and have a way of making you feel very comfortable. They explain everything they are going to do before they do it so there are no surprises and answered all my questions. Ive neglected going to the dentist for years out of fear and procrastination, but recently had been having some serious pain. Long story short, best decision Ive ever made - incredibly competent, fantastic communication and hands down, the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist from here office staff to hygienist and of course, the doctor herself. Visited via coupon; worst dentist and bedside manner of any health professional I’ve seen in 60 years. Do not recommend. Receptionist was also apparently doing double duty as dental hygienist and overcharged me by $400 before recognizing insurance. The entire visit was a disaster and I will never go back.

Dr. Jackie is the absolute best dentist my family and I have ever been visited. Her experience, care and genuine concern for your dental health is impressive. I have been to other dentists that tried to convince me that I needed a crown or cap. I was suspicious about this so I sought another opinion and that’s when I found Dr. O’BEIRNE. She told me I didn’t need any of those procedures! I’m so thankful I have a dentist I can truly trust.

I love Jackie!!! I Travel 35 minutes to come see her. I have never had a more caring dentist than her!. Before Jackie I had been going to my dentist for about 18 years or so. My husband kept telling me how amazing she was! He had been going to Jackie for some time. I finally decided to try Jackie. My first visit she asked what would you like to change about your smile. I told her I would like my teeth all one color. I had a crown for so long it was turning yellow. Today was the day she made it happen!! I look so much better!! Dr.O Beirnes dental office and practice is one of the top ten in Denver, in my opinion. The Friendly Professionalism I was given as I entered the door from the Office Manager, Dental Assistant to the Dentist was reassuring my dental needs were going to be taken care of. The Practice is equipped with State of the Art Intra-oral cameras, chair X-ray tela-com and comfortable chairs with atmosphere so your calm, relaxed and dont have to leave the chair. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep, something most patients dont really do in a Dentists office. In my 38 yrs working in the Dental and Medical field this was the best dental experience from entering the office door to departing. NEW PATIENTS BEWAREThis dentist offered a $39.00 Special which covered Xrays and a cleaning and an exam by the dentist. My dentist had passed away suddenly and i thought what the heck and scheduled an appointment. They took the xrays but when dentist examined me she found all kinds of things wrong and would do a write up to tell me costs etc. Some of the equipment wasnt working so they had to keep switching me into different rooms and dentist started cussing but did apologize. They never did do the cleaning and scheduled me for another appointment. Dentist wanted to talk to my cardiologist but I never signed release forms and she said she didnt need them to talk doctor to doctor.? Not sure this was hippa compliant but maybe? Anyways second appointment came about and they pre called to remind me about it and I asked if they were going to do the cleaning. No this was only to talk to the office manager about the cost of my treatment plan. I asked what the bottom line was and she would not tell me as the dentist had not done it yet. I felt I was getting scammed and the office manager was taken aback by this but could not tell me why I was not getting a cleaning scheduled. Only I had to come in to go over the costs of the plan. I knew I had a few things that needed done but not as much as this dentist was projecting without really telling me and I dont want to go to a dentist that gets things done at the last minute. She never did consult with my cardiologist as I asked him and he knew nothing about her nor were there any notes in his chart. So yes I felt I was getting Scammed. Dentist said she takes a team approach but she forgot to include her patient as a member of the team. I am looking for someone way more honest and better people skills and does not try to draw you in with a special and never does what she advertises and take advantage of me by saying I have to talk to her office manager and go over the treatment plan rather than do that with the dentist. I went to Jackie OBeirne DDS Family Dentistry for the first time this week for an annual exam and cleaning. They had a great offer that includes xrays of all your teeth, exam by the dentist and teeth cleaning all for just $39, what a fantastic value! I found everyone in their office from the receptionist, to the office manager, dental hygienist and especially the Dentist herself to be courteous, proficient and professional. They gave valuable advice and options for me to consider for my personal situation. I was looking for a friendlier environment and found it here! All of the staff was great, my exam was easy and thorough, and Jackie is really down to earth! I love that they have all of the latest technology, so getting x-rays wasnt as painful as it used to be with those little white film cartridges, and they even have a camera that takes clear photos of all of your teeth.

I am so thankful that I found Dr. OBeirne. I had a lot of anxiety on the day of my appointment and she took the time to make me feel comfortable and offered lots of pain control options. Filling and cleaning were pain free and comfortable:) The staff goes out of their way to be friendly. I will be going back for all my cleanings and dental needs from now on.

All of the staff work with Dr. OBeirne do a tremendous job, however today I would have to say that I had the very best cleaning I have ever had in my entire time going to Dr OBeirnes office.Kelly did a tremendous job, not pain, no zings, no nothing and done quickly. I am not someone who really cares about this type of stuff, I figure life is pain so just deal. However, if you are a person that fears the dentist visit or just dont like going, you definitely should go to Dr. OBeirnes. My whole family goes here and I dont plan on going anywhere else as long as I live in Colorado and Dr OBeirne continues to practice.

This is the best dentist in Colorado. The office is very clean,comfortable, & very attractive.They are very detailed & have every test you could have for your teeth. Before I found Jacqueline, it had been over a decade since seeing a dentist. I dreaded those times and dreaded my first visit at her office. From the first day and now about 4 years later my only regret is not finding her sooner. She and her staff are always friendly and caring. I had some major work done over the past few years to correct my neglect. My last visit made me smile a bit because after my cleaning the report was great! It was ironic because the week before, a friend had recommended me to Dr OBeirne and I put her card on my desk. I called the office in a slight panic not really knowing what to do.
