I was having some tooth pain and their office called me as soon as an earlier appointment became available.The staff is kind, caring and empathetic to your needs while explaining what procedure needs to be done. When I was told I needed a more extensive procedure they called a specialty office for me, scheduled the same day appointment, AND sent all my insurance and x rays to them before I got there.Talk about making me feel at ease.💗

I love Co Family Dentistry!! They are so nice and friendly! They break down everything for you from insurance in terms of cost, etc. They give really good advice and are compassionate and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist isn’t the most fun thing to do, but they make the entire experience as pleasant as possible!

Staff and hygienist are always very friendly and professional. Dr. Kasper has a wonderful bedside manner and genuine kindness that is very rare. Everyone seems very competent and thorough. Make you comfortable if you need any invasive work: numbing with gel prior to shots, etc. I always feel like I’m in good hands.

WARNING: NOT RECCOMENDEDI waited until receiving a 2nd opinion before writing this review to give Colorado Family Dentistry the benefit of the doubt, but now am more disappointed with the service I received.Colorado Family Dentistry utilizes fear based sales tactics in an attempt to upsell procedures and treatments. I was told that I had Periodontal disease and if left untreated I could soon develop cardiovascular disease. While this is true of Periodontal disease, when I got my second opinion, not only was there no evidence of black spotting around my teeth below the gum line, but my new dentist informed me that if someone my age brushed 2x a day, there is no way I could have that level of degradation.On top of the periodontal disease, they utilized classic FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) questions in an attempt to make me feel bad about the way my teeth looked to push cosmetic fixes like braces. I had to continually tell them that I was happy with the way my teeth looked and just wanted to focus on the medical issues.Colorado Family Dentistry also did not perform an actual cleaning, telling me that because of the nature of my Periodontal disease I would need to come back for a deep laser cleaning that is more expensive and not fully covered by insurance.Overall after my visit, I received a quote for almost $3,000 worth of work needed over 5 visits. After seeing my new dentist, there were no immediate issues found and I just need a standard cleaning/checkup in 6 months.I would recommend going to another dentist or at least getting a 2nd opinion if you receive a large quote after your visit to Colorado Family Dentistry.

I dont know many people who *enjoy* going to the dentist but I loved my experience at Colorado Family Dentistry. I went there because both dentists are female, and I thought that was awesome. The dental hygienist and all of the other staff there were super friendly and explained things in a clear way. I also felt safe with their COVID protocols and high level of professionalism. This dental office came highly recommended. Recently had moved to Colorado and needed new dentist. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. HOWEVER- after having new xrays done and cleaning and exam by dentist- it was determined that I needed 7 crowns, an extraction and a mouth guard to the tune of $14,000 ( $9,000 after my insurance kicked in). I sought another highly rated dentist for a second opinion- bottom line nothing needed to be done immediately. Crowns are always possible down the road but not immediately. When a lot of work is suggested and you aren’t having any problems, always get a second opinion!

I was, as a lot of us are, very nervous for my appointment. Dr. Julia was phenomenal. Her dental assistant couldnt have been nicer. They were both reassuring and calm. Although Dr. Julia delivered the terrible news that I needed a root canal, Im very much looking forward to the post care and crown she will provide. The office was clean and comfortable. I will be back regularly - and with less anxiety this time. :)

I cannot Thank Colorado Family Dentistry enough for all the Truly Honest and Hardworking Doctors that helped tell me the truth about the health of my teeth and what does and does not need to be done to them. They will help you with fixing your teeth and gum health or replacing them if possible, I am so very grateful I came here to get a second opinion from my first Dentistry Doctor, the Doctor here had informed me of what teeth I could save and could not which was not what my first family dentistry doctor was saying. And not only did they save me time, money, etc but they could’ve taken advantage of me and chose not to tell me the truth about my teeth healthiness. I called at 8:00 am about scheduling an appointment for a chipped tooth. Kelly was extremely accommodating by setting a 9:30 appointment. After a quick check-in. Dr. Scholand explained options and had Kelly follow up with the costs. After a relatively painless procedure which did involve numbing, I was on my way. A perfectly blended filling on an upper front tooth. This dental office sets the bar in my opinion. Thank you for getting in me on short notice during such a busy day!

Used to be 5 stars and were great. Old hygienist left and new hygienist / doctor was very pushy about doing a deep cleaning. (The measurement readings were drastically worse from last year)....maybe too heavy on the hand or lack of experience. Because this was so expensive and would change future insurance coverage, I had gone to another dentist for a second recommendation. The secondary dentist thought it wasn’t necessary. In fact his measurements were more in line to previous years. A little suspicious. And after 2 months of regular flossing and care went back again to the secondary dentist and they saw even more drastic improve in my gums. Night and Day. The second dentist comment was they thought CFD original recommendation was extreme. I would agree as CFD was very strongly opinionated that this procedure was necessary and damage could not be reversed. They would not accept the fact that there initial measurements must of been wrong. Either CFD is really desperate and hurting for business or simply could not admit to there mistake. Either way my gums are now doing great and thankful i avoided thousands of dollars by moving away from CFD.

This was my first visit. It was undoubtedly the most thorough exam Ive ever had, from the dental hygienist to Dr. Kasper. Everyone explained everything thoroughly and clearly. All protections necessary during COVID -19 were in place. A follow up consultation has been set to review all insurance coverage and costs. All in all - a very positive and professional experience!I have been seeing Dr. Kasper and her assistants for a little over 6 months. Every experience has been positive and professional. They’re always on time, and the front office has handled all insurance seamlessly. I feel extremely confident my dental health is in good hands.

What a wonderful experience! We were traveling through Denver and I broke my tooth at dinner. I called them as an emergent patient when they opened the next day, and they were able to fit me in with short notice, Dr. kasper and her staff were great!

Colorado Family Dentistry has been my dentist for several years. The hygenists are always thorough, and any other dental services I have received have been quick and easy. I appreciate their Savers Plan that allows me to pay on a monthly basis for my two cleanings per year. I also get a discount on other services by participating in the plan, which is nice since I havent had dental insurance for years.

Colorado Family Dentistry saved my Thanksgiving! I had a temporary crown that fell out on the day before the holiday. I called and the team squeezed me in for an emergency appointment amidst a very busy schedule and their own need to leave early to prepare for celebrations with family. The team put my permanent crown in my mouth just in time to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. While giving thanks this year, I was sure to include Dr. Kasper and her wonderful team :)

Being new in the area, I went to Colorado Family Dentistry in August 2018 because it was close by where I lived. Since I had no dental insurance at the time, I was drawn to the high Google reviews and the fact that they had a preventative plan that I could afford.My initial visit, an exam and cleaning, went well. The personnel were professional and friendly. The office was clean, orderly, and well-kept. However, after the exam, I was told that I would have to come back for a second visit to discuss my so-called “dental plan”. A couple of weeks later, when I had the second visit, I was presented with a treatment plan and financial arrangement totaling over $5,800. I was confused because even though I visit the dentist twice-a-year for maintenance, exams, and any additional required work, I had never been told before that my teeth and gums were in such bad shape. Hence, I declined to sign or pay anything, left the premises, and never returned, essentially gifting them the remaining balance on my preventative plan. Subsequent outside dental visits, within and outside Colorado, confirmed that I did not need all the services I was told I did.My experience was not as positive as all the 4- and 5-star reviews given here. While this practice might work for you, my recommendation is to proceed with caution. If you are told you have to come back for a follow-up visit to discuss a dental plan, be sure to ask lots of questions and make sure you take the time to thoroughly understand everything that is being told to you. Request a printed copy of the dental plan and seek a (blinded) second external opinion; it’s your right as a patient.

I waited to give this review until the second visit. I wanted to see what they would recommend for my teeth upkeep. They where very professional and friendly. I found out that some of my old filling where cracked. They where not pushy to have me get them replaced. They showed me my X-rays and photos to point out my issues. I had a couple of them done and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. I have found a new dentist that I recommend for others to do business here.

Dr. Kasper and team are AMAZING. I can not and will never be able to say enough wonderful things about this practice. They spent over a year, along with an endodontist and a dental surgeon (both referred by Dr. Kasper and absolutely amazing as well) to restore my teeth to a functional and pain free state, as well as making them beautiful. Ive had quite the emotional journey with the health of my mouth and everyone there (Cri, Marsha, Kelley, Dr. Kasper, Heather, etc) held my hand (at times, literally) and helped me every step of the way. They are personable, compassionate, fair, sensitive and down to earth. I never felt like a patient and always felt like a friend. They are some of the most amazing people I have ever met and the best dental office one could hope for. Dr. Kasper, thank you for everything.

Incredibly professional and well knowledgeable staff. They are kind, approachable, and really thorough. I have been through several different dentists and have never found one as amazing as this office. Despite the fact I know they have so many patients, their acknowledgement of me as a person and not just a patient is a relief. There is such warmth in the office. The Netflix, emotional support dog, and the aquariums add to all of this! I highly recommend this office and not just for the dentist but the entire staff is so good. They work really well with figuring out insurance too. I had some questions about what was covered and instead of having to wait for them to review, the hygienist IM’ed the front desk a question and they brought me the answer and the quote during my appointment so I would know exactly what I was going to be expecting to pay. I have never seen a more smoothly operated office from top to bottom and it shows—the only down side is just how busy they are, which makes appointment making sort of difficult. But that is nothing against this office, I take it as a sign they are among the best in the area.

Dr. Kasper was phenomenal to work with. For the 1st time in my life, I’ve found a dentist who actually listens to her patients. The entire team that I was with today was great, from the initial greet in the waiting area, to Cri for giving me a tour of the facility. Colorado family dentistry has got the be the best dentist in all of Colorado. Everyone here is exceptionally nice and comforting. I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and they have made every visit so pleasant. They take the time to explain to you what exactly they are going to do and why they are going to do it, I learned more about my dental health and procedures going here than I ever have in my whole life! BEWARE. Came to this place based on the good reviews. Man was I shocked to realize the service actually provided. Ever been to a mechanic that tells you need everything fixed and asked for upfront payment? Me neither, but this dentist did that. The lady I spoke with flipped around a piece of paper and asked me for a downpayment to get work done. Do I need to have a credit check done prior to getting my teeth cleaned????? After leaving obviously not happy with the service I didnt receive a call about the poor service, but a certified letter stating that I would not be able to come back. See the attached photo of the letter.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I hadnt seen a dentist in nearly four years. Rather than berating me, the doctor and hygienist assured me that I could get back on track with regular cleaning and screenings. They are also willing to sit down and collaborate with me on a strategy to get my teeth back into to tip-top shape that fits within my budget.

We have visited this practice for the past 5 years and couldnt be more happy with Dr. Kasper and the rest of the staff. They have always been gracious, courteous and great to work with. Worst Dentist ever! Needed an extraction which was way overpriced. Acted like I don’t know that my teeth need work and refused to just perform procedures without extra jargon and upsells. I’m in sales and this is a team of sales people.Second time in was a replacement scheduled cleaning. The date I had made in the beginning was over 2 months out. When the lady called to see if I would take the appointment she didn’t mention 100 pictures and two exams would be done that would take over 2 hours. So after an hour and a half of sitting in a chair and being reminded over and over that they didn’t remember me from my 1st visit, I let the assistant know that I own a small business and need to turn to it very soon - they did not care too much of my request as they continued to do a third exam of my mouth. After 2+ hours I finally got up and said I have to go. X-rays have been taken, teeth of been cleaned, all that was left for them to do was upsell me a bunch of implants. They were super upset that I did not give them the time to do that.Then just today I get a letter saying that I’m not a fit for their dental practice. Yeah, I agree...My uncle owns a dental practice in Missouri. I know good dentists and bad dentists. Have seen at least 10 of them in my life. Stay away from this one!

Before I even had my first appoint, Dr. Kasper herself called me to welcome me to the practice and was excited to meet me. A couple years ago I moved to Colorado looking for my new dentist, and I truly couldn’t be happier with Colorado Family. The entire team goes above and beyond to make patients comfortable. Plenty to love, from the team to the calming fish tanks, TV screens above every chair for patients to watch Netflix while they work and even an adorable ESA puppy for any kiddos needing extra support. Basically they’ve made going to the dentist easy and enjoyable! You won’t be disappointed with this choice, I promise!

Amazing dentist and staff! I am a challenging patient due to sensitive teeth. This team (front desk, dental assistant, doctor, hygienist, and even the treatment coordinator) has demonstrated more compassion than I have ever witnessed. The office even has a dog that patients can hold to ease nerves! I am so very impressed! Cannot recommend them highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I used to dread going to the dentist. I recently switched to this office and now I have no issue coming in for my appointments. They are so comforting Ive come close to falling asleep in the chair a couple of times.

Dr. Kasper is enthusiastic about all things dental. Not only has she been both meticulous and sensitive about strictly dental treatment (what youd hope for in any dentist), she also keeps nearly as broad an eye towards the health of the whole tooth/mouth/jaw system as my general practitioner does with my overall health. Rather than just looking for dental fixes to dental problems, she has worked with both my wife and me to find the right treatment for a range of tooth and jaw issues and is always willing to have an engaging conversation about her own specialty.

I have been seeing Dr. Kasper for two years. I do not have dental insurance and I needed about $3,500. worth of dental work. They were able to offer some low cost programs to help me afford to get the work done. I have been pleased with the overall experience I have had during my many visits. Dr. Kasper and her staff are very personable and professional, and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing a good dentist.
