From the time I got to the dentist until I left the office. The staff the dentist hygienist the doctor the assistant theyre extremely respectful very friendly and very caring. There was a new staff member Stephanie who was very caring and very patient with me because at time i can be difficult. She was super sweet and compassionate and made sure i was comfortable and happy. You must ask for her to care for you while your at this location. I recommend all my friends and family to come this dentist location tgere very outstanding.

Had a deep cleaning today was very nervous and expressed that to my hygienist. I couldnt ask for a better person! She was very sweet and caring. During my cleaning she even asked how I was doing. Its been a while since I have been able to get to the dentist, so I was prepared for what I was going to discover. I love the fact that the doctor tells you what is going on and then what the step by step of what to do going forward, especially if you need to budget for what work youll need done. It was very professional and informative.

Like many, I loathed going to the dentist. However, I have had such an amazing experience here because of the staff. They are truly amazing and I actually enjoy the conversations held with the doctor and assistants.

Bad experience on April 5, 2021.Kept me waiting in the chair for almost 30 minutes. When I expressed to Dr Khoury that I was upset for the long wait, she told her assistant to reschedule me. I again approached Dr Khoury and she closed a door on me.I havent been treated so poorly ever by someone I chose to receive service from. She acted as if my time did not matter. I took time off of work and she never even apologized.I will not be going back.

I am so extremely satisfied and relieved to have found such a wonderful, professional, positive, accomodating, energetic, meticulous dental office. Never in my life have i ever felt so welcomed. I don-t think i can stop re phrasing all my compliments. After really dreading going to the dentist, i can honestly say that i am looking forward to going back to get my work done. I love this dental office and very specifically love Dr. Maybelle Khoury. Dr. Khoury is an excellent dentist. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why she’s doing it. I’ve had a bridge and two crowns installed in the last six months. The pricing was competitive (I checked around with two other local dentist) and the work was excellent. I had very little discomfort during the procedures and no pain afterwards. And my smile looks great!But the reason I’m taking time to write this review it’s because I am so impressed with the staff at this office and specifically Dr. Khoury herself. As she’s working on my mouth she always calls me “my friend.” “I’m going to do this now my friend”. And she has the same gentle and kind demeanor with her dental assistant (Diamond is great!!) and front office staff. It’s like a happy, respectful family. And that attitude of kindness and graciousness is evident in everyone in this office from billing, to scheduling, to the assistance on the procedures. It is a happy workplace for the staff and it is evident by the way they talk to their clients and interact with each other. I love these girls! Dr. Khoury is an excellent doctor and very special person in deed. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I was not happy. The dentist was running behind.....50 minutes. I was on time, I know things come up. But almost an hour is unacceptable, especially since I had to leave work 1 hour early just to get to the appointment. I could have stayed at work and still been on time for the appointment.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this Hudec office; the staff is all so friendly, the space is bright and clean, and they were very clear about my service and payment options.

Absolutely horrible finding a different dentist immediately I took off work twice once the dentist called in sick with the flu which is understandable the second time I came to my appointment their office had moved and they failed to tell me so I thought I was going to take another day off they let me come in but when I got in a month later there was two people waiting and the receptionist goes well the dentist isnt feeling well today so shes not taking more people they did take me though after I had to throw a fit about missing work I had a broken front tooth my appointment was set for a teeth cleaning fix my broken tooth and all the things that come with a regular checkup of course I got none of that but my broken tooth fixed it was like she didnt even want to deal with me its not grinded down right so I have bumps in the front in the back it always feels like I have something stuck between my two front teeth didnt get my teeth cleaned just one big hassle she was so rude to the assistant I felt terrible will not be going back ever ever again. So now I have to make another appointment and miss my third day of work in less than 60 days.

I was recommend to Hudec by my sister who is a patient there. I went for my new patient appointment and everything was great. The office staff was very kind and kept asking if there was anything else they could do for me. Thanks Cindy, Brad, and Heather for making me feel welcome and comfortable at the same time. Dr. Khoury was great and very personable. Since I went during the COVID 19 crisis, the office was set up to practice social distances and hand sanitizer and temperature taking was also done as well. Great job Hudec.

I recently moved to Lakewood and I was having trouble finding a new dentist. Like most people i hate going to the dentist! I’d rather get a colonoscopy. Anyway the dentist and staff here are amazing and fast. Best dentist office I’ve been to.

PLEASE READ THIS HELD DOWN BY DENTIST WOULDNT LET ME OUT OF MY CHAIR!!!!! I had a crown put on about a year and a half ago. My insurance pd for it. Go in this time told they dont do those type of crowns anymore. And I have to pay 610.00 for a porcelain crown. Girl comes in who works there shows me her teeth says look i have 2 teeth that are porcelain on all four sides and bottom. So I agree. When I come back dentist advises me I should have metal instead of porcelain on bottom because I grind my teeth. I agree when I come back again they put crown on it has porcelain on 2 sides and a few days later one side falls off . I complain and dentist tells me shes in awe she has no idea how that happened and to come in right away and she will make it right. I had an appointment the following week so I said I would come in then so at my appointment the dentist tries to tell me the lab only put porcelain on one side and if I want porcelain its another 300.00 when originally I was told the whole tooth would be porcelain on top of metal and only got one side. Im upset now so I remove apron from around my neck and tell her im going somewhere else she actually puts her hands on my shoulders pushes me back into chair and tries to restrain me in chair. I had to scream for her to get her hands off me. Now get this i call corporate spoke to Ashley and she assured me someone would call me back. No call no response from corporate. How do you like that. Now we r talking she held me down for about 20 seconds. Has anybody looked up the definition of kidnapping? Im going to file a lawsuit if this isnt made right by them. I have a 16 ft box truck that I am going to hang a sign on that says what happened and park it in front of there office until hudec makes this right. Wow 5 days later you respond to me. I would like u to post our agreement. You liar. Theres no agreement where u give one sided porcelain teeth. Keep your word. Stop lying to people. I called your office on the 18th and no return call. Spoke to Ashley. So stop pretending you did nothing wrong. Your dentist should be brought up an assault and kidnapping charges. You cant just put your hands on people. I filed a complaint with my insurance company, attorney General, lakewood police and the better business bureau, we let the legal process play out. If I could post pictures I would so the people could see your horrible workmanship. Good luck on your dishonest business crooks !!!!!

I have had my dental care performed at Hudec Dental in Middleburg Heights with Dr Paul Geiss and Cherie, the hygienist. Despite being a true dental phobic, I have nothing but praise for their kind and gentle treatment over the years.My dental health has never been better after years of neglect on my part.On two occasions, my treatment was referred to other practioners. Those oral surgeons were also kind and gentle.The support staff is helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience excellent.I highly recommend this office and the entire practice.

The entire staff, especially the office manager were efficient and very pleasant. My insurance details were handled perfectly. Sandra, RDH the hygienist was speedy as well as meticulous in her cleaning. The dentist (Dr. Diane Vasquez) was professional, and thorough in her exam, and caused no pain...which is paramount. I will absolutely use this practice in future. Thank You.

Had an appointment yesterday with Hudac Dental Lakewood - and it was great! The entire staff was very friendly and made the experience (almost) enjoyable :) I have some gum issues and was pretty nervous for the appointment but the hygienist was very sweet and personable — gave me a ton of helpful tips and made me feel at ease. Glad I found this spot!

The staff was very comforting and treated me with great respect. For someone who isnt comfortable around dentist this staff was just what i needed to relax. Doctor Huh was was good in explaining what the next steps would be and Jennifer the hygienist was excellent. I would recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I have been to Hudec broadview, Hudec Memphis, and now Hudec Lakewood and Hudec Lakewood is the best by far. Broadview seemed to always have an attitude problem and Memphis wouldn’t take me without insurance so I called Hudec Lakewood. Within minutes Brad and the staff at Hudec Lakewood was able to determine my needs (need cleaning and have no insurance) and connect me with their indent program for people with no insurance. They were able to get me in same day because of a cancelation and helped me save money on Xrays and cleanings same day and for my next appointments. Not only is this the best Hudec but it’s also the best dental place I have been to lately and I have been to several in west park and in Cleveland/Parma. I know customers can be difficult at times but Brad and the staff there were helpful and kind. I was blown away. Great job!

I guess you cannot give just one star. I moved to Lakewood about two years ago, and I have a unique dental plan where I need to be assigned to an office, its a lengthy process with insurance, so I cannot switch as easily as needed. This office is impossible to get ahold of. They had a change of dentist recently, and his schedule is completely non-existent. My last experience (which gave me the serious motivation needed to be assigned to a new dentist) was I had been rescheduled three times. For the third appointment, I walk in, and they cancelled me. Maybe called me once, they stated my voicemail box was full, and it was, but they should have called endlessly until they got a hold of me, I had been cancelled on two times previously and had to wait two months to get rescheduled. Now I just called the get my records transferred to my new dentist, and the recording picks up saying the lakewood office is unavailable. At 930a on a weekday??? If you have lots of time to waste, this is the dentist for you. Any health care office that offers financial incentive to bring customers to their business should be a red flag to patients.

The manager and staff are amazing! First time in all my years of going to the dentist I felt comfortable and also they are great with kids.

Ive tried to call in to get my cavities filled for over a month now, and this office never answers their phone, even when you leave a message requesting a callback. I just tried twice again today, and someone finally picked up the phone (by accident I guess), because I could hear someone talking in the background, and then they hung up on me. I finally got fed up and called the Strongsville office, who picked up immediately, and the woman there was extremely friendly and scheduled me right away. I liked the people at the Lakewood office, but they really need to do something about their phones.

I accompanied my friend who had an appointment there and loved the experience. The manager and staff were so nice, very clean and professional.

Modela Dental was a new experience for me. After dreading dental visits all my life (had my first fillings at 8 yrs old) and usually not satisfied with the service, this Dental office was quite a relief. I have never had to wait to get an appointment and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors gave me expert care. I had new dentures made and went back for many adjustments with no extra charges. Im so proud of my smile.

I went to Hudec Dental to receive a second opinion of the amount of dental work I needed and the cost associated with that. As soon as I walked in the office I was greeted with professionalism and respect. The office manager, Angie, set the foundation customer service by thanking me for choosing their facility. Ashtin, the dentist assistant, completed my teeth cleaning. She treated me with respect and was very gentle and kind. The Dr. Khoury was EXCELLENT in asking probing questions to get to the root cause of my dental issues. She then provided advice and recommendations for how to better my dental health. Lastly, Angie went through my dental plan to explain the breakdown of cost, coverage, and recommendations to know how to proceed going forward.I would recommend Hudec Dental to any and all potential clients. The level of professionalism, engagement, and priority I felt was beyond amazing! Lastly - for the past year I have gone to a facility where I had long wait times, no privacy, and a lack of regard. If you want to be treated with respect and with the highest regard please ask to speak to Angie, Ashtin, and Dr. Khoury! I am now a client!

Hudec is just Awful. I dont believe such a place has professional standards. The Name speaks for all locations. Complaints mean nothing.

Very disappointed !!!This place used to be great yrs ago when i first started coming here, now they dont answer phones . Dont call you back until days later, only unless you call multiple times . I finally made apt very excited, came early like asked . Doors were locked ? Waited over a half hr looking at a locked door . Tried calling multiple times during that time, finally someone answered and told me dr wasnt in . THANKS FOR NOTIFYING ME . (Made apt 2 days before apt . Night before got an email&text to confirm) . Have an apt elsewere this week thankfully :) !!!

The staff Modelo Dental really took my personal situation with care, and showed real professionalism.

The dentist was rude and spoke to me with disrespect. At the end when she was supposed to have a prescription ready and didnt, the receptionist went in another room where she was working in someone elses mouth so she can sign the paper. The dentist took her gloved hands out of the patients mouth, grabbed the pen, signed the prescription, gave the pen back, and put her hands back in the patients mouth and continued without changing her gloves. Lets just say I did not return.

Went here one time..very unprofessional..I was told to come 30 min early for a 12:00 appointment..they ended up taking me back around 12:30. Once I went back I was told Id have to come back to get my teeth cleaned because the hygienist wasnt in. Saw the dentist for about 5 minutes and she was trying to sell me services through them. Workers also mumbled and didnt follow up on the dentists orders to discuss certain treatments.

Don’t ever go here.
