I hate to admit that I’ve neglected going to the dentist as an adult and I am 35 years old. When I finally built the courage to go, I would fabricate a reason not to go. I decided to give Lakewood complete dentistry a shot and OH BOY!!! I was mind blown away from my visit. Everyone was super friendly and made the experience amazing and most of all, comfortable. Dr. Vinnie and the staff went above and beyond. Again, I was too nervous even considering going to the dentist but I couldn’t handle the chronic pain. They explained what was causing the pain and presented my options. I had some extractions and fillings done and the whole procedure was comfortable and felt no pain. Dr. Vinnie and Taylor did a wonderful job through the whole procedure.Back story: I was living in Denver when I had my first visit with Dr. Vinnie and had to move back home to Austin, TX. My experience was so phenomenal I had to schedule another appointment with Lakewood complete dentistry and flew back to Denver just for my appointment.I apologize for the lengthy and repetitive review but saying this place rocks is an understatement. I will continue traveling to from TX to CO to see Dr. Vinnie and his team.

I was so pleased by the service I received from Dr. Vinnie and his AWESOME staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Dr. Vinnie even gave me a glimmer of hope that he may be able to save my tooth and avoid a crown! Woo Hoo! How many people are able to say that after they see their dentist???? 😀

What an amazing team! It started with Kris being so warm and welcoming, also funny, when I arrived. Then Alex was great to chat and spend time with through new patient xrays, etc. I then joined Chad for a very thorough, fast and fantastic cleaning. Everything I was hoping for when visiting LCD but then I got to spend time with Dr. Vinnie for a little check up... so incredibly talented, charismatic and all around great guy. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to find their long term home for a dentist!

I have had routine dentistry as well as an implant with Dr Vinnie. I cant imagine better treatment, especially for the implant. He explained everything, including all options. He was very straight forward. He is also a really nice person, as is all of his staff. Kris at the front, as well as the three assistants and the hygienist - all are wonderful at doing their job. I have sent my family there and I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is always very welcoming. Getting a filling is never fun but it’s WAY better here than anywhere else I’ve been. They administer the antiseptic in a gentle way and make sure you are fully numb and comfortable while they do their work. Thanks!!

I had perfect teeth growing up, had braces and the whole 9 yards. In College I broke my jaw and had to have major surgery. After my surgery I avoided the dentist and didn’t take care of my teeth for 10 years. Going to the dentist stressed me out so much. After finally giving in and going to see Dr. Vinnie, because I had some serious problems, I can say he is by far the best! Dr. Vinnie and his staff make me feel so comfortable and welcome, I honestly don’t mind going to the dentist now. Recently my wife had a dental emergency and we were very lucky to hear of Lakewood Complete Dental. Dr. Vinnie went above and beyond any expectation that I could have imagined when it came to caring for my wife’s dental emergency and he and his team were able to get her in immediately all while taking great care of her. When it comes to having dental work done she has always had an immense amount of anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist, knowing this Dr. Vinnie saw to it that she had the best experience possible and explained every step that he was going to take before staring work which help put her a easy, she had zero anxiety and is looking forward to going back to Dr. Vinny in the future for both preventative care as well as any future reconstructive work. It was a very easy decision to continue our care with Lakewood Complete. Prior to my new patient appointment Dr Vinnie called me personally to check in and establish rapport with his new patient and wanted to see if there was anything he could do to make my experience better and more enjoyable. Dr. Vinnie is an amazing dentist. I went to his office after not visiting a dentist in a few years so I had some fears. All my fears subsided once I meet Him and his staff. Everyone is friendly and has a great chair side manner and explains things in an amazing way. He takes his time making sure everything is good and his patients are comfortable. I have no fears when I visit unlike my previous dentist and all his procedures are pain free with his amazing technique of applying anesthetic. Dr. Vinnie is always continuing his education and does implants, Invisalign, Botox and much much more. I can really tell that him and his staff have a passion for dentistry and helping his patients.

It is hard to find a dentist and office to trust with my teeth, pain that goes along with dental work, and my money as in getting what I pay for. I ended up having to have extensive work done on my teeth and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this dentist and staff. Kris will always be two steps ahead with insurance and payments. The hygienist are top notch with customer service and cleaning. The assistants and Dr. Vincenzo Artino are the best I have been to since I was a young child. I am a 63 year old man who had several different vintages of crowns intermixed with my natural teeth in the upper front part of my mouth (my smile). My wife had an extremely painful tooth that needed immediate attention. Dr. Vinnie made extra time to get us into his very busy practice within 48 hours to see what was going on. Turns out she had cavities that required a root canal. Like so many, dental anxiety is always with me. I even reschedule my cleanings a few times before I force myself to go. That is, until now.I see Dr. Vinney as his patients call him (Dr. Vincenzo Artino). He is gentle, honest, thorough, and conservative in his practice. This is a knowledgable dentist. He will not try to talk his patients into anything. I am completely impressed. I live in central Denver and pass dozens of dental offices on my way to his. The trip is well worth it.Then there is the teeth cleaning experience. In the past, the cleaning can be painful and therefore, something to avoid. Not at this office!! I see Colleen. She asks guiding questions when the patient first sit in her chair, then she dims the lights, only talks to say what shes doing next, then gently and thoroughly cleans the teeth. I experienced not one moment of discomfort. AMAZING.If all of this sounds impossible at a dentist office, try it just once. I cannot imagine you wont return. No, I am not a relative of anyone in the office, I am a person who provides honest and direct reviews. I never get paid for my reviews.

Dr. Vinnie is an amazing dentist and his nickname of being a “gentle giant” fits him perfectly!! I made an appointment with Dr. Vinnie to discuss smile lines that I have around my mouth. This is a huge insecurity that I have and unfortunately, gravity is not my friend and the lines have increased over the years. He recommended filler to smooth out the lines and promised me that I would love the results. I was excited for the treatment; however, I have a HUGE needle phobia!!!!! Dr. Vinnie offered to numb my mouth to make the filler injection sites less painful and gave me his word that I would not feel that part of the procedure at all. Well, he was more than correct about that statement!!!! His injections were soft and not painful at all. I could not believe it and was amazed!!! After the initial numbing took place, he began with the filler procedure. Again, absolutely no pain with the injections of the filler!!! I was also impressed with the immediate results!!!This one visit took years off of my face and plumped up the sagging smile lines that have plagued me for years!Thank you, Dr. Vinnie for your warm chair side manner and painless injections! I do believe I have now found my new dentist!!!

Dr. Vinnie is one in a million! I moved here a few years ago and have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist. From the moment I walked into the door him and his staff made me feel at home. He is great about explaining the procedures and the reasoning why you are having it done. He cares so much about his patients and their well being! I didn’t think there was such a thing as a “great dentist” anymore...boy was I wrong! I came in for a quote for possible dentures. I needed 4 root canals.. he trys to send me to get root canal. Couldnt afford that and looked for financing or any help for months. Im disabled and legally blind and I have emotional trauma and now have graduloma disease and its on my teeth and gums. He pretends to be a nice guy and gives referral to the dental school... but when I get there they only referred for one root canal. I was from there referred to the actual dentistry department and then he sends a letter saying that he dont want to treat me..? I was really sad because I have been traumatized by the medical professionals one who messed up and now I have a spinal condition because he couldnt fix what he did,spinal leak. Arachnoiditus is the reason im disabled and unable to work. Im legally blind so I couldnt even try that today. Im a product of the extreme egotistical medical personnel doctors and im losing all hope for the pain i have been through this year alone let alone my entire life. Incredibly disappointed.

I cannot say enough about the customer care that you will receive here. I had put out off dental work for many years. After spending literal hours in their chair having all kinds of work done I will happily come back. The entire staff is truly a joy to be around and at the same time get everything you need done. Dr. Vinnie is the only dentist I trust with my oral health. He has seen me during some less than comfortable times and completely calms my worries and takes such good, sensitive care of me! He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything from my concerns to the procedure before it happens, etc. He makes you feel right at home and the office ambiance is very cozy! I dont even know where to begin... This office made me feel so at home! The front sitting area was so cozy with nice seating and coffee that I didnt feel like I was at the dentist when I first walked in.They were aware of my high anxiety and nervousness about being in a dentist office but Dr. Vinny and everyone there made me feel beyond comfortable and well taken care of!No more fear for this girl. Were to start the whole staff and the process is the best I have ever had and that is coming from someone who does not like going to the dentist. Dr Vinnie made me feel right at home. Dr. Vinnie and his team are amazing. I was having excrutiating pain from wisdom teeth issues and called to set up an appointment. Because of the current COVID-19 situation they are only open for emergency appointments. I left a message and was promptly contacted by him minutes later. He was kind enough to get me in the office 45 mins later! Thorough, transparent and friendly which made me feel extremely confident that if I were to ever have an issue again I could contact Dr. Vinnie and have that taken care of promptly. I have been coming here for many years have no plans to go anywhere else. The entire office/medical staff are great!! I just went through the implants procedure and they made it as painless as possible. Dr. Vinnie even came in on his day off to make sure everything was done before I went home for Christmas. I came here because Dr. Vinny came highly recommended to me by a good friend. I needed a crown on my front tooth which is a BIG DEAL! I was so worried about picking the right team to help me create the smile I always knew I should have. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and my teeth look great and the front two are a perfect match!Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and mindful of your comfort level. Dr. V is awesome. He is very professional, knows his stuff, and does a great job of making you feel comfortable and relaxed.I have been really satisfied with his work - a cleaning and a filling so far, but what sets him apart is his willingness to put the interests of his patients first, even when it may cost him, as I have now seen on two occasions.First, I went for an extraction while I had a cold and began coughing after the anesthetic. Rather than make me go through the extraction like that, he offered to let me reschedule (actually, almost insisted). Then today I went for a filling and a crown and casually mentioned that I was having a really busy day at work. He immediately offered to let me me just do the filling, which allowed me to get back to work 2 hours sooner, even though this is going to result in a gap in his schedule.I should also mention that the way I heard about Dr. V was that he helped out a friend of mine who had serious dental issues and no insurance -- yet another sign that he prioritizes the health and wellbeing of his patients over just making money.I am going to continue to see Dr. V for all my dentistry needs. In the short time Ive known him, he has made it clear that he is a true professional and is trying to build a practice based on integrity and longterm relationships with patients.
