The teller ladies are always so so nice and they are always helpful and smiling and talking to customers they always seem to remember you from one visit to the next and the fact that ur i.d. is stored and you dont have to have it on you is so great

I LOVED the sensation of being cared for, the energy in banking has moved so forwardly away from keeping real peoples money, or even having a real person serve you, the associate who helped me was diligent. Id gone to the location the night before and was somewhat discouraged from using the service at all by the associate working there, before coming back the next day and having the young lady who helped me, be so exceptionally professional. 10/10 thanks S!

Came in today, to cash a personal check at this location, which Ive done previously twice, and the associate had been outside??? wasnt sure where she was but the store was empty, so my girlfriend and i waited for her to come back, anyway she came back, and she looked at my check and said oooo sorry I cant help you. thats a personal check and we limit the $$$ on that and i thought that, with having the ACE card, (meaning i pay fees, like anyway) and an account, I could cash personal checks. I also checked online to see, and it says this massive company with these locations, DOES cash personal checks, so im going to stay away from this location from now on, i cant tell if its racial or just, someone not wanting to be bothered with it but today felt really uncomfortable, and if you feel angry when people dont really look at you, or explain what they just said, dont go here. dont waste your time.

Wait 10 minutes for someone in the back to finish talking to their friends with four other folks in the lobby. Of course i would not be here if i did not need to be, i would not be here. You should try to avoid it too

Been to a few different places like this and I can tell you what separates the good ones from the bad ones is the customer service. Nick and Shauna since day one have been the reason I will only go to this ACE, every time I have gone and go there they make me feel comfortable. There was one time I went in there and neither one of them were working, so thats when I checked another location, never again will I go anywhere but here. I took out a loan with these clowns. was late on my payment stayed in contact with them and they tried taken my whole paycheck. so I cancels my direct deposit threw them. oh and to top it off they said I had till 7pm. at 645 no one would answer the phone to except my card number to pay them.

Ive been using Ace Cash Express for many years, with the same level of excellent service, from Shaunna and Nick at the Lakewood location. Which in part is why I return and recommend.

People here have a bad attitude ace needs to teach some customer service skills to there employees the girl sits away from the glass and says I cant hear you so Im going to stop asking great way to do your job if thats how you act I feel sorry for your family

Ive came here twice. Both times I was in an emergency situation and needed to cash a check. Both times a women has helped me, very professional. When theres ten ppl standing in line its hard to give the best costumer service with a tally of only one person working. I blame cooperate for that not the employees. Great service I now have a personal account there!

The most important reason I would recommend Ace Cash Express to a family member or friend would be because of the customer service Associates especially Shauna and Nick.

I hate that its convenient to use this location. I have had rude service here numerous times. The employee $$nick$$ is by far the worst. He has terrible customer service! He does not say hello or goodbye. Doesnt say any sort of thanks for coming in. And Im not sure if he cannot hear what is being said to him, but repeats wrong information back then argues with you saying that you were wrong. He threw my change and I.d. back at me under the glass and just starred at me like you may leave now he is extremely unprofessional!!
