I called the Englewood location and the lady I talk to you over there was a very nice friendly understanding told me to send a customer her way the customer wanted to go to a location closer to her so I called the Lakewood location talk to George George was really nice when I talk to him I sent the lady over there about an hour or so later somebody call me back from that location and told me to never send somebody like that over there again and that that check was unacceptable and I hung up on him because I do the same type of work he does and that just irritated me because it’s like he doesn’t want any business. I do understand that the customer I sent over wasn’t all there but don’t ever call me back telling me not to send customers too him that’s very unprofessional! It’s your job to help ppl not matter how they act.

Rent is coming and I was driving around and called to see if they sell money orders, a teller named Jorge helped me and his customer service was outstanding. I felt really appreciated there and I was only buying a money order. I really appreciate the service and I will be back here more times when I am at this side of town. Thank you for the service!

They’ll always cash whatever check but they always charge an arm and a leg just to cash it. It’s ridiculous.

Just went into this place after speaking on the phone with an employee about cashing a $1200 check that over the phone they had no problem doing, after a 45 min to 1 hour wait for filling out all the forms for them to tell me they can’t cash it because they haven’t gotten in touch with the person to verify the check, then as soon as I left the person called me and told me the check was verified and they just called my phone to see if my number worked and I haven’t reviewed anything yet because they close in 1 hour. I will never come to this place again or recommend it to anyone in my entire life time. Very unprofessional

If I could give a 100 star review I would! This company was literally a life saver when I was in a blind financially. I didnt know where to turn. A friend recommended Moneytree but specifically, Kristina (spelling?) G., because she helped him out months ago. Nothing but good things to say. My family is more secure today because of her and her service!

Horrible place, they can’t cash any checks over a certain amount but we never know how much they can cash! Waste of time to go to these places! They could have made extra money just having the money? Never again!

Always very nice and fast. The only thing i wish is that they would go back to 30 day pay back.

Very rude. I called and asked in advance what I needed and when I got there they instantly pushed me away saying I needed a letter from my employer. They need to tell these things in advance and need to stop being so rude. I would NEVER suggest this place.
