Ive used this location a handful of times and every time the staff has been professional and super helpful. My last visit I had Renee C. Whos name tag said in training but you would have never been able to tell with her professionalism and great customer service skills. Its no ideal to have to get a loan but if you do I recommend this location and Renee!

I drove all the way from No Colorado to pick up my speedy cash. My debit card was lost but I had a check and the email confirmation said I could use this. Got there after driving nearly 50 miles and they said ‘oops - I’m not sure why the email says that... went back another 50 miles empty handed. Pretty f up.I don’t recommend.

Diana Ortiz handled my call so I could adjust aspects of my loan. She was professional and courteous and made sure that she could help me and that I understood everything. I went in to get a replacement opt plus card as a previous employee. My account was blocked for some reason but Selena did an amazing job and unblocked my account to reissue me the opt plus card. Teller initials AWM helped me and was very professional and I am thankful for the professional employees who unblocked my account. I don’t know why my account was blocked as I have not used the card since I left the company a year ago. Hands down great service you two ladies!

I was looking into getting an installment loan to fix my car. I called this location to go over what is needed because I’m a self employed insurance agent. Over the phone they said i could use my tax documents to prove income. I told the employee I was talking with that i have my 1099 (1099 shows INCOME REPORTED to the IRS. When I file taxes I take deductions then pay the IRS). She said that works......When I get there the manager said I would need to file my 2019 taxes to get a loan. It’s 2/15/30 so I haven’t filed yet, and I’m reality a 1099 does show my ability to repay a loan. That’s kinda unfair to any business owner because our tax filing are intricate (I take ever deduction possible so I get to keep most of my income because I track every mile/$). and Speedy Cash could make a general estimate on deductions so people like me can work with them prior to filing my taxes!!!! I just don’t think that’s very ethical, and it’s for sure unfair. They wouldn’t look at my prior years either. BUSINESS OWNERS SHOULD AVOID SPEEDY CASH!!!This was of my time and gas, I’m trying to get get a small Loan to get my car fixed.Speedy Cash wasted my time and proved their just another shady payday loan company!

Went in for a loan they started talking about they cant use my checks from the same employer even though its just a diffirent job RESOURCEMFG is a temp company. My new assignment starts tomorrow they said i need 30 days with my current employer which ive already done if they read my bank statements but their trainee is autistic and so is the fat dude. Just like to waste time wouldnt recommend.

This one star is for Luke because he seems to be the only person with good customer service skills. Kept getting interrupted and talked over. Online says I can go in store to finish up but when I went in, got told no and that I needed to fill out another application for another credit check. Anyone wanting to make a complaint, call customer service. They have better service anyway.Thanks for your help Luke.

Every time I go into my local store EVERYONE is very courteous, extremely helpful and friendly. They always manage to satisfy my needs in an efficient manner so I can be on my way with my cash, stamps or money orders. I even sold them some gold once for a very fair price. I have never been dissatisfied with my visits. I have called several times for my balance or other information and the excellent customer service just keeps on coming. Thanks Speedy Cash.

Waist of time. They approve you on there website not over the phone and blow your phone up about coming in for an appointment and then when you come in they take all your info and decline you

Wow! This company lacks professionalism like I’ve never seen. Beware they are likely selling your info to people.I got a life lock alert saying I filled out an application, which I didn’t. I am self employed and don’t think these things work for us.Anyway I called in and said this wasn’t me. Theo first girl I spoke to was less than helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and told her there was fraud going on and this wasn’t me. She didn’t seem to care or do anything. All she said was that she could put on their list that I’m not interested. I asked if you can block me, she said no....nothing to protect someone? Makes me think they are the ones selling people’s information!!!!Beware!!!!

To me they’re not even worth getting one star because I called them in advance and told them I was on SSDI and would I actually be able to get a loan with being on SSDI and she said oh yes it’s actually quite simple and so I’ve spent money on a bus for you to go down there to find out did they do a credit check and because I don’t have any credit established they couldn’t do the loan so it was a wasted trip again just like everything in this world Greed actually overpowers everything, thanks for wasting my time and money

Interest is way to high and the employees don’t care about anything other than getting your money. Don’t waste your time! You’ll be paying back pretty much double what you borrowed after it’s all done.

I have used this location on and off for about 10 years. Have always had great customer service, every one have always been friendly, helpful and understanding. Until I had to deal with the manager Brianna today. I called during a busy time and the first person was a little bit confused with what I was asking, then said a manager would do it for me later that day. I didnt feel comfortable with it being done later when I wasnt talking to the person doing the transaction. I told her I was willing to wait on hold for the manager as I understood it was busy. Brianna immediately got on the phone and I was surprised at that. As I was trying to talk, she continuously kept saying okay okay okay before I could even finish my sentence. She was extremely short and curt with me and with a condescending tone in her voice. When I finally said that there is no need for her to be short and curt with me, she actually said no I do need to be because we are extremely busy right now. WOW! I have never heard that before. I finally asked for her manager to speak with, she said well yes I am the manager. I again said that no I want her manager. It took longer than it should have and while she was looking for his number, she continued with her condescending banter of yes mam I will get you that number, yes mam I have to find it for you, yes mam I am looking for that number, all the while I was not saying a word to her, but she continued for a good minute with this type of banter which was not necessary. I did call Terry and let him know of my disappointment as Ive been using this location for so long and have never had a problem with any one until Brianna. Hopefully some type of action is taken. I doubt that I will use Speedy Cash again.

The Speedy Cash team was great today! I got there 10 minutes before close but they stuck around to assist me with a new loan. I am an existing customer but had to requalify and getting my paycheck stubs from the web wasnt easy or quick. But they helped me through the process while remaining cheerful. Thanks for helping to make our Thanksgiving!

I just wish you had more stores in other other areas because if I need to get some cash I have to travel pretty far to go to the store to get the loan and I wish there were more stores up north

We were lucky to get in and out quickly and the woman who did our loan was friendly and knowledgeable. No problems at all.

They were absolutely terrible. I had to wait almost an hour to even be brought up to the counter, then the clerk helping me made me fill out an application, and then called my wok and on and on and on. She also chose to help other customers while I was waiting on my million pieces of paper, making my wait even longer. I will never use speedy cash again!

Employees are always nice to customers and they usually good about working with customers on payments.

Assistant manager DayAnna is super rude. I was trying to do my transaction at her window and she was on the phone with other customers when i asked for my ID back she said i already gave it to you and calls the next person in line to be helped to the next window.

Some of the employees here are very rude and cant explain things correctly. Instead of saying sorry I was talking to this person how about you listen to everyone in the conversation so you get all the info you need to find out if a payment is gonna go through or not. Rude and obnoxious service to my husband. You called him to make a payment, then trying to force it out of his account with no card attached which we were trying to tell you. His old card got shut down due to a hack so the card on the account is wrong so no the payment wont go through without updated info. But you refused to listen or inquire. So now we wait to get it paid and hopefully you dont add more fees or we will not be recommending you to anyone else ever again.

Dont bother. Filled out the application online and got approved for 1,000. Was called within 2 minutes and told to come down to the store. I did and once I arrived I was told to do the entire application process again. 45 minutes later the sales woman said I have been approved for the maximum loan amount they offer.......... which is only $400. I quickly declined the loan, and left with more than an hour of my time wasted. If your max is $400, dont approve, and call people looking for $1,000 and make them think you can help them. Be straight forward, because now I will be using another company, one that Ive used with great success in the past. So unless you only need $400, dont waste a second of your time with this crap.

Speedy Cash isa great place but I dont recommend the store at 265 S Wadsworth Lakewood Co. The customer service it bad. The Assistant Manager seems to be programmed to repeat the same sentances over and over and doesnt know how to solve customer problem. One of the female cashiers with half chewed off black nail polish has a bad attitude and will throw the money at you if she dont like you. There is one young man there with frosted spiked hair, who seems to be the only polite person to deal with. If you want to besure of your loan and have good communication and customer service. I stongly suggest a differnt location.
