I bought the full detail and am very happy with it. Both the inside and outside of my vehicle were spotless! Every area was clean. I highly recommend this car wash.

Octopus has been around for a long time. My extended family has been going here for years. Octopus is quick, thorough, and great quality.Nothing beats a quick vacuum and manual drying and window clean.It is difficult to go west on Colfax from this property. Small price to pay fora clean car.

It brushless and probably one of the best car washes in Colorado. You can’t beat their membership plan of unlimited washes for $40 a month. I mean you only have go twice in a month and it more then pays for itself. But you can go as many times as you want. Keeps your car looking clean and new all year long. The fact that there are no brushes making swirl marks in your car is a huge plus as well. Quality service from top to bottom. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

Came here with high expectations because of a word of mouth recommendation. However, Im not sure I will return. It seemed dirtier than when I gave it to them. There is a lot of sand, and some how none of it was vacuumed. Theres a new spot on my mat which is not cleaned at all.Also, some how my garage door opener, which is normally on the visor was in the backseat.And, maybe this is just coincidence, but now my liftgate wont open. It was working great beforehand.

I came here because it’s close to where I live. The people seemed nice enough but I didn’t feel the car wash was effective. My car had been hit with an egg in the morning so I stopped by to get it washed off. When my car came out of the wash there were still spots that hadn’t gotten clean and egg remained above my windshield and below my wiper blades. One of the attendants told me the egg hadn’t come off because soap and water wasn’t enough to clean egg. I’m sorry but anyone who has ever made scrambled eggs and cleaned the dishes knows that soap and water is exactly what cleans egg off. I ended up going home and wiping it off with a wet paper towel which is what I was hoping to avoid by paying to have the car washed. The car wash itself appears to only consist of driving the vehicle through a curtain and spraying it with soap and water.

Not what it used to be years back.The reason I took my car to the car wash was because the windshield was very dirty and foggy from the inside, the person who cleaned it only smeared the dirt and did not clean it well. I remember years back that the people would try to clean the doors, the windows and everything inside to make it as clean as possible, but unfortunately it is not like that anymore, they only did a light vacuumed and they did not even try to clean the dashboard or the inside of the doors. I spent almost $30 thinking that the most expensive the cleaner would be, but I was wrong. In the past, I aleays paid the cheapest and they left my car cleaner. I did noticed that theres a supervisor checking that the cars are clean but just from the outside. The outside was really shiny, the opposite from the inside.Sad 😔. Not taking my cars here anymore, they get more business but the cleaning was not right for the price.

They used to be good but not anymore. Last time they didnt clean the inside very well of my suv, but I decided to give them another chance. I took my escalade today and this is how they vacuum now I guess.

1st time at this location. Had a very dirty car after driving on a wet dirt road. They went the extra effort to get the dirt out of some hidden under car locations. Highly recommend their service.

Got the 17 dollar wash the works I believe, and thay did a super great job well worth the 17 and u get to pick out a air freshener. I got leather smell. Definitely will be going back when Im in down in denver.

My favorite car wash in the area. It is super fast, efficient, and affordable. They vacuum and wipe down the interior for you. Only takes about 5-10 minutes. I always add the rainX layer as well which really helps in winter. 10/10 would recommend!

I cant find a place in Longmont that does an interior clean as good as at Octopus so I have my car cleaned here when Im in Lakewood.

They have raised their prices but its still a good deal. The main thing I wanted to say is dont forget to tip the vacuumers. There is a reminder sign by the entrance but people just walk by the tip box. Most people barely tip at the end where people pick up their car. These people work HARD. Please dont forget to tip!!

Been a member for a while now. Sane great service as usual. Better then octopus by far. Worth every penny. Inside always comes out super clean along with it looking good for being almost 10yrs old. Except for some dings and scratches my son put on it, it looks great. Always a great job.

This was my second visit with my brand new Truck and my first time trying their Supreme clean for $23. I tipped the vacuum guys $5 and asked them to hit the 4 pieces of carpet in the back. 1/2 of the carpet was not vacuumed. Went to grab my truck after the wash, tipped the drying/polish guy another $5, and noticed the tailgate has swirl marks all over it as well as the passenger side door. Really poor work, really lazy, and they really dont seem to care. I cant remember another negative review Ive left but this was just bad.This wash cost me $33 and left me very disappointed. I cannot recommend this business and fortunatly there are plenty alternatives on the same block.@OctoPlus Car Wash - reach out if you would like to make it right and I will revise this review.

Exceeded my expectations! Im a painter and my clothes get really dusty from the spray paint excess and thus my car gets dusty whenever Im in it, so my car was filled with dust and bits of paint. I wish I took a before picture because they cleaned every little thing on my dash including the gauge glass and cleaned all the interior sides of my doors! I wasnt expecting much because it was my first experience but for the basic wash ($13), super easy, fast and thorough! Definitely will be coming back!

This place is always great and quick. They are also a touch free wash other than the initial entrance to the track which is very good for higher end vehicles

The management is horrible! They have over charged me for a membership two times. The last time I called to clear it up they told me that I had got my moneys worth since its a membership. Super unprofessional. On the other hand the attendants and employees are always awesome and polite.

Last month, I decided to try out OctoPlus car wash. Its conveniently located for me, and is one of the less expensive touchless car washes. Its not entirely touchless, though. There is one set of cloth strips that slide across the car at the entrance to the tunnel. The rest is touchless. Before the tunnel, the crew vacuums out the interior. Afterward, the crew comes in and wipes everything, hand dries the exterior, and hands it over. I feel like a lot of reviews are missing what youre getting with the quick mini-detail. Sometimes the vacuuming is so-so, and sometimes its great. But, honestly, youre getting a lot more for your buck than other touchless places I looked at. Im not expecting a full detail for the price of a car wash. Everyone is also friendly, and theyve been fast, even when there was a line. Overall, I feel like Im getting excellent value.

I got my car detailed I love the way it looks. They took the time and got all the stains from my seats. And when I say stains I mean kid stains. Thanks to them who took the time to do a good job.

A great alternative to getting an expensive car detailing. For under $50 you get your vehicle vacuumed, interior wiped clean, washed, hand dried, tires cleaned and interior windows cleaned. They have less expensive and more expensive packages available to suit your needs. I like that you can just drive in, no appointment necessary.

Dropped my rental car off here at the last minute to get it detailed and hopefully avoid the cleaning fee when I returned it. It took them a little while but when I got my car back it was perfect . thank you so much for your help & your reasonable prices. Ill be back ;)

Waited over an hour to get my car back. The manager tried to blame me and said I didn’t get my car when I was called over. They moved my car to a lot and didn’t even inform me. Once I inquired they didn’t even finish the car! Had to wait even longer for the interior vacuuming. Other customers came up to me in shock and were not happy either. I called Pam who works there because the owner called me to give me a free wash and interior service. She was rude and told me that Jay was unavailable and that he works so many businesses she could not help. Told me she had no idea what his schedule is. Can’t even get a free wash from the owner because of its employees being completely rude and acting too busy to help.

Super impressed with how well they do on my horribly dirty, dog hair covered, mountain running car that I bring in once every couple of years. They do everything except shampoo my seats because I dont ask for that. 😉. Theyre friendly, if youre friendly back to them; otherwise, theyre all business. Ill be back there again.

It is kind of a, lick and a promise service, dirt and dust are still noticeable, windows and mirrors are still smeared and dirty, outside of car is still dirty in spots. It really doesnt matter what service and price you choose; workers dont take pride in their work; they just want to rush and get you out of there. Not worth your time and money !!!!

I rent 4 cars on Turo (it is like AirBNB for cars) So, obviously, I am at Octopus Car Wash weekly and sometimes several times per week. Everyone is so nice and they all work very hard! Every service I have ever gotten is always TOP NOTCH - the best part is, on the days I am being picky -they take care of anything I point out right away! I would give zero stars if I could. Took my car there to detail the interior only to find that I had to redo everything myself after. I paid over $100 and stayed at least three hours to literally watch three people in in adequately vacuum the vacuum the car. I just purchased it and it was trashed from the previous owner so I wanted to remove some of the stress from my plate.only to look at it the following day and find food and a plastic fork still stuck on the side of the seat. The leather isn’t even wiped off completely, felt like a waste of my money and time .

I am so happy with my car wash! The crew did such an amazing job. I was selling an extremely dirty truck and got it washed before I posted it for sale. It looked BRAND new. They were amazing. I would recommend this car wash over any others! Also the manager Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I will be going back to this wash strictly because of his professionalism and great hard work.

It was a basic but it could have been better.

Normally they are great but an employee decided I no longer need my headphones. They were in my center console. Keep anything that you dont want to get lost in youre pockets. I have a monthly plan with them for the ultimate car wash. I dont feel comfortable going back to this place

I continue with my membership based on convenience not customer service. Theyre not friendly, barely have a minute to glance your way when paying but it is what it is. Recently I was getting out of my car, dressed for a business meeting & the pre-wash person turned around with the spray wand & drenched me with it. Ugh, so frustrating. My hair was practically dripping when I went in to complete the transaction. I set my coffee cup on the counter to adjust myself. The only thing the cashier did when I told her what had just happened was motion for me to remove my cup! Just stared at me, didnt say a word & watched me walk off. The star is for the guy who does windshield repair. Chance Alverado is beyond great. Overly friendly, mobile service if you cant wait & very reasonably priced! He has my business indefinitely.

Outside of vehicle ok except grill was not wiped and was not clean. Inside was poor, hardly looked vacuumed, seats were not wiped in back. Sunroof was not cleaned either.

I got the ultimate wash. The inside was not vacuumed very well, they didn’t vacuum the rear area (SUV). And when the car was finished they moved it but didn’t tell me and I sat for 30 min waiting. I’m not from here so I wasn’t familiar with the process.

They did a horrible job. There excuse was it was a used car. Everytime I tried to show the supervisor she would wipe it and say: what maam. She said we dont scrub cars. There was stuff they didnt even go over. The seats were soaked and they say its ready?? The outside wash was so scuffed up it was unreal. And in many spots you could see big piles of armour all not wiped out. 165 bucks?? It was worth maybe 50.

This place is amazing! Extremely affordable and great job done. Also, the best customer service - my car was extra dirty from winter time/snow/dirt and it didn’t come out fully clean from the first car wash so they ran it through again, free of charge. These people are professional, kind and SO hard-working. Big tip well deserved. I will make the 20 minute drive every time to get my car washed here. Thanks octopus!

I want to Octopus car wash on a Saturday morning. I was asked if I wanted the $23.99 special watch included vacuuming, washing, tire cleaning, sainted fragrance, & detailing (cleaning windows the seats & leather) I said yes since it had everything! They didn’t even vacuum my car they just put the floor mats over the dirt, then I was standing by my car watching how they cleaned it and if they add the fragrance; will one my window were still dirty inside (watch I paid for them to clean) no fragrance was put in the car (like I had paid for) & super rude from the beginning to the end. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone!

Worst $25 I ever spent. Poor vacuuming. Did not clean inside thoroughly. I will NEVER come back here. No cleaning of floor mats. For $25. Really? Go someplace else

I really like using their car washing services. My vehicle was filthy when I brought it in due to car sharing my ride. The renter left dog hair all over the seat covers, mud all over the mats, food on the exterior of the car and just gross. When I picked up my whip after a few hours, it was sparkling clean! Everything was cleaned properly and they used elbow grease to get my vehicle clean. Thank you to the team for all the hard work!

This place is cheap for a reason, multiple areas clearly not wiped down, mats look untouched, exterior still had gunk on it, and just looks all around rushed. Save your money and either do it yourself or take it to a detailer that will do the job correctly. This was my second time here and was the same each time. Wont be back.

Wiped down the dashboard, seats did the windows and the tires and they did it so much faster than I ever could have myself! I definitely recommend this place!

Took my suv to the car wash located in Lakewood (11-15-2020) around 10:00am. My vehicle was poorly vacuumed and my floor mats were not washed, My windshield was also left dirty. I realized all these details after leaving. I Pay for the Ultimate wash and I have Photos to proof. I called shortly after and manager never came to the phone when I called. I also sent and email and have yet to receive a response . Would not recommend nor go back .

When my car was finished, I had to ask them to do the services I had paid extra for. It was still so bad when they were done, I went home and cleaned my car myself. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place was terrible. I paid for the ultimate wash and they for one didn’t even vacuum correctly there were still dirt and crumbs in both driver and passenger floor! The interior of my car (console,inside doors) look like they weren’t even touched at all! They did a very fast and lazy job. I definitely clean my car better than this at a do it yourself car wash should’ve just took it too a self-car wash.

Paid for mats and Armour All in addition to Ultimate Wash. Wheel wells not cleaned at all. Mats were not washed. Didnt notice any application of Armour All inside. Inside windshield was left dirtier than before the wash. Left many areas untouched inside, dusty, smeared and did not vacuum completely. Definitely not worth the 49.00 + tip.

What a dumpster fire octopus has become. Their car wash somehow stripped the weather stripping from my car and left it barely hanging on. The employee just threw it back on top of the vehicle as though it didnt happen. When I asked the employee about it they just shrugged their shoulders. The manager was no where to be found when I asked for one. This place has become unprofessional and dangerous. Who is running this place.
