I cant believe a business like this does not have a website. I cant even find anyone to complain to. I washed my car here and their machine damaged my wheels when it was pulling the car. If you have 19+ inch wheels I will not recommend going here at all. Will definitely find a legal way to go about this.

The lane was open to check out and the gate was open for the wash but the attendant called us stupid for coming, made us backout and then blocked the entrance. Would not recommend this place at all. Why have everything open to turn away your customers AFTER they paid?

If thers a choice to give this carwash a zero, I will rate it a zero. Ive been to this kind if carwash, so I know the drill. I was waiting for my turn, wheels aligned to rails, gear in neutral and i wasnt stepping on the breaks. Suddenly the sterring wheel turned and the tires feels like it went up the curb. My car started to have a warning signal. I was terrified so I stepped on the breaks and asked the attendant whats happening. She pointed angrily to the instructions and yelling at me saying I was stepping on the breaks. I said, I am now coz the sterring wheel started to turn. I was explainig to her but she wasnt listening. I asked her why are you yelling at me and said nevemind while rolling up the window. But I heard her keep on yelling SHUT UP. When the car moved in I could feel the resistance on the tires while it is being pulled in to the carwash. She wasnt helpful at all. If u dont like your job why dont you just quit and find another you will vent your frustrations to other people.

Some guy started yelling at me who works there. I think he is a little touched. I dont know if I will be going back again. I can take my business elsewhere where I wont be hassled by the workers.

I got my car washed. I got home and noticed the car wash missed a big strip on the top of my car. I used to love this car wash

DO NOT GO HERE!!By far the worst carwash I have ever been to.I paid for the highest level service and the employee (who looked like a homeless man) had to scrub my car with a broom before going in and the car still wasnt clean. There was a ton of dirt and grime still on the car. Ive never seen that before at any carwash. I asked for a refund and the same fat and bald employee argued that I should not have brought a dirty car there if I wanted it cleaned. The vacuums were not working at all and there was no shade. They provided no wipe to clean the interior. Other customers let me know they were also disappointed. The only reason I went there is because the nearby 5 Star Carwash was closed due to an accident.Im never coming here again and I strongly recommend you dont either.

As most others do, I pulled into vacuum and wash car. I asked the girl to turn on vacuum. She said no ! You pay then wash first . I explained I wanted to vacuum 1st then wash. Rudely she said no.

I have been using this carwash for a long time, unfortunately today the brushes broke my driver side mirror. The attendant Lisa, was a little hesitant to help, but she eventually did help. Took my information to relay to the owner. Now Ill have to wait to see if the owner will contact me.Update 9/16/20:No response from owner, over 3 weeks. Needless to say I will never go back and will encourage anyone not to patronize this business.

I go to this place quite frequently to wash my cars. I usually get 6 dollar one for quick wash every once in a while.Today, I got 8 dollar wash for the first time. When I came out, it was dripping wet. I went back around asked the lady if it was normal. She said no, so I asked her if I can get my money back or have my car go through again. She refused, but her she did next was what got me.She was quick to accuse me that I placed my car on drive instead of neutral, which didn’t allow the air blow to dry my car enough. I happened to have the dashboard camera mounted in my car that proved I did no such thing, and I asked her again for refund or redo, and she refused again.She then told me that she will bring a paper to get the complaint statement. She came back out, and she handed me a piece of napkin (yes, crinkled napkins) to write down whatever I had, to which I questioned if I should really write on a napkin (I think it was reasonable assumption that those will never make it to the manager).She then brought me a printing paper, and I wrote my statement. Throughout My entire time writing it, she kept telling me I don’t have to write so much on there (which really annoyed me even more given the situation).I then handed it to her, and told me someone will call me. Somehow, I think know that it just won’t happen.Am I being petty for 8 dollar and my lost time arguing and wiping down my car? Probably. I just don’t like being accused of something I didn’t do, and being treated like this for something I paid for.

Ive been taking my cars here for years. But the last four times Ive been there, the over weight male attendant was there.Time 1: Attendant states hes having a bad day because no one has given him a tip. He then does a poor job trying to spray the back of my car before it goes in the wash. Litterally moved the hose spray across the back once really fast.Time 2: Brought my SUV which has a roof rack. I have brought the SUV several times before with no issues. But the attendant now tells me that I Have to take the roof rack off. I didnt and went through and guess what, worked perfectly fine.Time 3: A month after COVID, he puts up a homeless looking cardboard sign stating everyone has to wear a mask while in their car.... Going through a drive through car wash with the windows up, I have to wear a mask!?! He tells me this after Ive paid and Im driving to the begining of the carwash. He this stands at my window waiting for me to put it on.Time 4: After paying and pulling around to the front of the carwash (windows up), he then yells (litterally yelling) at me for not having my mask on while in a car with the windows up. I showed him I had my mask in my hand but he still yells and stomps over to his cardboard sign pointing..I live around the corner and this place is super convenient and fast and does a great job in getting my cars clean. However, I will no longer take any of my vehicles there while that attendant is working there..Looking at the other reviews, hes costing you business. Please fire him.

Horrible experience. Very difficult to turn in. Attendant then chastised me for not folding mirrors in before pulling up. When I rolled down windows to fold mirrors, he then said I cant roll down windows once I had pulled up, so I rolled up window and he, again, told me to fold in my mirrors. Rolled down window again to fold-in mirror and got told that I cant roll down windows once I pulled up. 3 or 4 times this went on. I will NEVER go back, and if I could, Id have attendant fired. 6:30 pm, Thursday April 23, 2020. Sack the bum!

Great place to get recycle. Did not interact with staff. I believe at the time I was there it was late in the afternoon so there probably would not have been one there, if they have an on site employee. Actually havent washed a car there before. However I do enjoy recycling and Car washes always have some quality CA CRV bottles and more likely to have larger cans like energy drinks or Arizona Ice tea

Well I like this carwash because its close by my house, ad my son and I go there alo because it takes us awhile to do our car. And the people there r very nice.

Best Carwash Ever! Best price compared to all the other carwashes near by. I have been living in Lakewood for 10 years and have tried every carwash around, but this one is by far my husbands and mines favorite. The wash is great for the price, gets the job done. To top it off, free vacuum with the wash. Its a great deal. I have recommended this place to all my colleagues and family and I havent gotten a single complain from them. If you looking for a good price and wash, I definitely recommend this carwash.

Excellent Express Carwash for only $6. After the recent remodel, the carwash is even better. Now theres better service and cleaner car. Have never experienced a bad service and have been going to this carwash for 3 years now.

Came to wash my car at 7:01 guy came out and told they were closed when it says they close at 7:30pm. 2nd time I come here and get treated with bad service.

This is one of the best drive thru car washes. If you fork out the extra for wheels, they look like someone actually armour alled them.

Its a okay car wash place, to go in a car wash is compact, so i doubt that full size truck or suv would go in.

Been here twice since moving here from Orlando. Its perfect for me. You sit in your ride thru the wash. Id rather finish off the drying, the vacuming, the jams drying. Im picky and hate to drive home with drip marks when I pull in the driveway. The prices are right for JUST THAT! Good lookin out BCW
