One of the carwashes definitely put scratches (that WILL buff out) on both sides of my car, in exactly the same spot on either side...the guys that direct you into the actual wash are great.I have noticed there are not enough towels at the Colfax location, but I also am there during really busy times. I prefer the Colfax wash than Wadsworth, its longer and just better.I have a membership and love the vacuums and will keep going.

Simple: You drive through, vehicle get moving on a 🚘 escalator, vehicle gets washed, drive off, gets towels to vacuum and dry your vehicle no problem.

Really nice modern car wash. People working there are super friendly. The quality of the wash is pretty good, but it didn’t wash my entire car. The center of car’s front bumper remained dirty. There’s also no tire shine, which I consider one of the main things I expect to always get. Hope you’ll get the carpet cleaner soon. I would be fine paying more than what you charged me to get a better quality service. Thank you and good luck with your business!

I got the basic car wash which turned out it wasnt enough for my car because it had a lot of pollen from the storms we have had recently. Dylan N had awesome customer service and explained the different washes to me and helped me get set up with the best wash for my car. This place is the best! Staff is amazing and upbeat! Hands down! This is the most dope car wash I’ve been to in Colorado so far! My family and I were shouting and yelling while going through the tunnel, because we had such an outstanding car wash experience! It’s like a fun ride at an amusement park. I love all the soap and pretty lights you get when you purchase the $20.00 Platinum wash. I wish we were local, so we can wash our car there over and over again. It’s such a shame that this is only an Arizona and Colorado car wash company. I would absolutely love it if they would consider opening some locations in Albuquerque, NM!

I joined this car wash right when it opened. Good staff and the line moves quick and the self vacuum stations have rags you can use as well which is a nice touch! I was however told there would be a floor mat machine coming to put your mats through. I have been told since November it’s coming and the just found out it has not been ordered, very disappointing.

I did the full service wash and used the vaccums I noticed however that it didnt completely clean my car. I had taken a road trip and had bugs all on the front and it didnt even touch them. I did try to cancel my membership as well and never got a phone call this was over a month ago hopefully Im not charged and they did cancel. I dont really like that you have to call and get it canceled with todays technology we should be able to do it only. Over all its not a bad car wash I just personally prefer those do it yourself ones.

I paid 12 dollars to have my vehicle washed. It did an ok job. They advertise detailing . This is false. This location doesnt do that. I wouldnt go here again. Update: June 4 2021..To whoever reads these reviews...the response from the owner seems like a canned standard response. It is irrelevant. They want to sell car washes, and use misleading advertisements to do so. If you go there, they will have you run your car through an automatic car wash, which is not why I went there in the first place. All I ask they do is simply advertise that.

This carwash is nice so far. I hope the quality and service wont fade over time. I was greeted by a staff member there. He helped me fast and had me go through the carwash immediately right after i said hi to him. I was surprised how quick he sent me. I kind of wanted him to talk more of the carwashes deal/promote it and how they work since its brand spanking new; it was built in a fresh lot new. It was busy when I went in but the many cars went in the wash so quickly. My car was so shiney and loved that it actually shined my wheels. The free vacuums are nice! One vac on each side and each vac had a different nozzle depending on how you want to vacuum, crevices vs flat surface. There are free clean towels to dry off any left over water from the auto wash too. I do like my regular go-to car wash since it has this car washes features plus interior cleaner, glass cleaner, and floor mat wash all for free. Helpful staff. First time car wash at this location. Impressive automated system. I think for residents of Lakewood this is the place and be sure to check out the club membership options . Vacs have both style heads in the stalls along with place to clip and vacuum floor mats. Has clean cloths to assist with towel drying vehicle which absorb wash water well...check them out!

Was having trouble on the kiosk, reaching and signing in for a new package. Nice employee came running to my rescue and helped this old man out. Thank you young lady for signing me up. Looking forward to keeping my car spotless.

Great experience! Nice car wash, variety of options of washes, vacuum with wash, complimentary cloth towels to temporarily use to dry your vehicle. They also have an air pump at each station. Daniel was super nice and professional asking about my visit. I will definitely be back again!

The carwash itself was pretty nice and I like that they offer unlimited monthly washes. Unfortunately the car wash attendant mixed up my debit card with another customers and made for a stressful few days.Update: My original review was 3 out of 5 stars, but unfortunately I now only give this company 1 out of 5 stars. I didnt have a beef with this company until they made it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their monthly car wash subscription. I attempted to cancel my subscription on July 14th after my car was stolen, because obviously I cannot get my *stolen* car washed at the car wash. I tried calling but the only option for cancelling was through a form on their website to which I got a reply saying, Thank you for submitting a change to your plan. Please allow 4-5 business days for our customer service team to reach out and confirm your changes. When I still had not heard back on July 26th, I submitted another request and received an automatic reply saying, At this time, we are experiencing an unusually high number of account maintenance requests. Please bear with us as we process each request in the order it was received. Response times are currently varying from 10-14 business days. Please understand that submitting multiple service requests will not expedite this process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience, as we work diligently to respond to your request as quickly as possible. All I can say is thankfully you guys screwed up and gave me the wrong debit card when I visited your car wash and then I had to cancel that debit card with my bank because now you cant charge it. Making it impossible for your customers to cancel a service at any given time is incredibly unprofessional and Ill be getting my new car washed somewhere else. It is August 7th and I have STILL not received confirmation of a cancellation.

Pulling into this bad boy of a car wash is pretty sweet. You can clean your car and get her the ole vacuum treatment as well. Friendly and nice staff are there to make sure your WIP looks its best.

Started a membership last December when the place was brand new. Car wash was so so. Cancelled in January because I was moving to florida. The only way to cancel is their website where you put in a request to cancel and they “get back to you in 4-5 days”. Months later I find out my membership was never cancelled, so I tried calling to speak with someone and their phone system doesn’t even work. Extremely frustrated. I would never recommend anyone start a membership here.*update* I finally got the correct phone number and reached a really nice lady who refunded me the five months back. Again, she was super nice so I’m giving them two stars now instead of one lol

I love this new car wash close to home! Javier helped me sign up for a member ship he was very friendly and professional, I loved the Convenience of pulling up and going right on thru and the free vacuums and towels top it off! I love how clean it is here also! Never have experience any issues with removing grime as a matter of fact I was able to get the tree sap that has been stuck on for months!

The criteria for getting 5 stars is simple: the car is clean, and nothing is damaged in the process. The top and sides of the car turned out great, but the front bumper and rear bumper and trunk panels are almost as dirty as before the wash. Since they cleaned 60% of the car, they get 60% of their stars.

Car wash is pretty thorough and the vacuums are strong. They are friendly and provide assistance when needed.

The younger gentleman who helped me out was super nice and cool as well as knowledgeable.I went there for the first time when they were offering free car washes due to being a brand new car wash and opening recently They were also offering a membership discount that locks you in at that price which pays for itself in only two washes [I believe] never had a membership to a car wash but with my rims and mountain car in the winter think its a decent deal and have used it multiple times and it gets the car about is clean as any automatic car wash Ive ever been to.Also if Im not mistaken they dont use any chemicals or tire shine type stuff that might make your rims look good but actually do damage to the paint in the long run like most other places do It also seems like the majority of all the car wash features are not as over-the-top as most which is what I like.the vacuum stations are free and extremely handy with free rags to dry off any spots that are still wet or to wipe down my rims like I do and the vacuums are top-notch with different attachments to get those hard to reach spots as well as get the bulk of the floor mats as well.Will update if anything changes but as of right now five stars for sure.(I will say I wish it was easier to access when going south on Wadsworth because as it is right now you have to do a u-turn to get into it if heading south Hopefully they will be able to work with the city to potentially get a turning lane)

Do not go here!!!My rear wiper blade was pulled out during a car wash. It did body damage. I got several estimates. The cheapest was $500. The car wash said they will pay $60 for a new wiper blade and the issue is closed. I got run in circles. This place will wreck your car and not fix it! Do not go here!

Our first time at the Cobblestone Car Wash and we were greeted by Adams. He gave us some good info on the membership for $23 a month and we left with a great deal! The car wash was fun with different color lights as we went through and our car came out looking great!

I like having a wash membership but after going to this place for a while I decided that the entrance and exit were too troublesome especially with all of the construction going on in the area. I like their washes but it was too inconvenient. I tried to cancel 2 months in a row and they still charged my card. Its impossible to cancel it seems and thats frustrating.Beware of that as you sign up for the wash memberships.

This place is awesome! My car came out sparkling & they have everything you need (wipes for dashboard, towels for spot drying, & bags for trash). I will definitely be going back!!!

We always go here, its nice that mostly everything is provided to be able to clean our vehicle. We have the unlimited car wash membership and we love it, specially with this crazy weather. Their vacuums are strong.

Not so good. I had a free introductory wash. The wash was good on both sides of the car but on the front and rear not so good at all. Particularly on the lower parts of the front and rear. Glad I didnt pay for it!

The wash was decent, but the staff were disorganized. They also are unable to print you a receipt because oh yeah, we dont have paper for that yet. They then offered to text me a receipt to submit for reimbursement from my company for the wash, but that was literally a text of a screen with NO information including the last 4 of the card or anything. So...I get to pay for my company car wash. I am sure the text a receipt option on the kiosk would have gotten me what I need, but I didnt know I needed to do that because there was no sign saying we have not bothered to put paper in this thing. I dont shop at gas stations that dont refill their paper for this reason, I need a receipt or I am paying instead of my employer!!EDIT: These folks have offered for me to reach out with any further comments, and to give them another try, but still no offer to provide me a RECEIPT! I find this also strange. It is as though they didnt even read the review, just posted a generic thanks for your feedback, please try us again sometime response. Why bother with the response if it isnt specific to the situation?

I purchased the higher plan of unlimited Car washes for both of my trucks. I would go on a weekly basis for about a month until yesterday. I went and took my truck to get washed. My truck was pretty dirty so I ran it in through the wash several times and even then it didn’t wash it completely and staff looked at me like I was taking advantage of my membership too much. Well the last time I ran it through I thought it would be enough since I was getting those looks. I came out to the vacuums to dry my truck just to notice it still wasn’t washed right but the my paint was scratched. There were scratches on my grill hood and all over the passenger side of the truck. The driver side as well. Now I’m stuck with a scratched up paint job.

I came here today with my Subaru and i loved it!! Everyone was very nice! It was quick getting in and my car left spotless!! I was vacuuming my car and I met a Female working that was very helpful, nice, and kind! She was working very hard cleaning out by the vacumes for the entire time I was out there. If I had cash I would of tipped her. ( i believe her name is Mariah) Overall i am definitely coming back! Great place to stop by to get your car washed!!!

The staff are really friendly and the place is really nice. Getting in and out of the car wash takes a very long time due to the length of the lines because they are very busy. The vacuums area is also very congested because of how many people are coming in and out. Still recommend, just maybe during slow hours! :)

Horrible! Mycar was damaged during a car wash. They admitted to the damaged but when it cant time to pay up and fix the repairs they wouldnt, saying they would only pay for parts; Not to have the parts put in. What! Total cheap skates.

Its good but they need a place to clean your car engine.

We paid for the platinum unlimited monthly option. Hasnt disappointed yet. Its a good idea to wipe down after with the provided clothes for an optimum clean especially with an SUV hatchbacks

First time at Cobblestone and as I was almost done with my wash, the whole car wash stopped working. I was basically stuck right by the dryers and ended up having to drive out because I wasnt sure how long I would be stuck. I tried calling the office to see what I should do as it appears the whole car wash lost power. Also the turns are very narrow, so if you have a full sized SUV (I have an Expedition), you have to maneuver to get in and out of the wash. Didnt help that the lady right after me was so close that it was difficult to line up. I will probably not come back here.

The drive way is really tight for trucks but their washes are great plus they have towels

Convenient and fast, the vacuums are great. The wash itself consistently does a poor job of washing the front end of the vehicles I bring in, and their spraying pre-wash doesn’t seem to make a difference.

I got the basic $8 wash with free vac (really good suction, and two kinds of ends - wide and narrow); and they even provide free soft towels which don’t leave streaks. I was really pleased with this car wash!

I have the membership, but Im not getting my moneys worth out of it. Every single time, the wash always misses the center of my front bumper.... its always DRY and I always check. Not even the employee they have at the entree gets it wet with their hose. Its not even worth it anymore

I like this carwash it has everything you need to get your SUV clean.Unlimited towels, vacuum,and even a air hose to get all the dust out of them cracks and crevice s..I use the air to blow the water from my side mirrors and back window around the top hinges so they dont drip water on my clean glass .👍🏼👍🏼

Superficial wash for $16! Didn’t even get dirt off my tonneau cover! I asked why, and they said I needed $20 wash of course!

Carwash was nice made the car smell good. Tunnel is very small 60-80 at most and have to have someone out front doing pre soak. I did notice that as soon as you enter the wash the soap comes on great but has 0 penetration time before the water kicks on. Also the Vauum lot is a mess. One way in one way out. Unlike other carwashes you have room here you dont have much of it. Another thing that made it hard was I was coming South had to make a Uturn up the street and come back North to get to the facility. There is no turn lanes to gain access to it unless your going North Already. All and all decent wash to many issues to become a member.

Car wash damaged my vehicle, when one of the rotating brushes stopped moving.  Draging across the top of my vehicle,  scratching the paint, ripped off my antenna and broke my side morror. I calmly brought it up to the manager/possible owner Mike.They got a manager and he told me were not going to fix any damage done to your vehicle, read the sign when entering, it says were not responsible for any damage.Avoid this wash at all costs.  Absolutely horrible management and customer service

Good wash, little rough

I just watched an old man get yelled at by one of the employees. He could of had the guy put down his window and explain the process but instead he was yelling and looked angry. I cried for the older man because I felt so bad for how he was being treated. My kids even felt bad bc they heard the whole thing and none of us want to come back seeing how people are being treated. Another guy did have him put down the window to explain but Mike really needs to control his anger, when we went through he complained and looked angry. We are all going through hard times and need to come together during these times, I cant even handle all the hate im seeing everywhere, the internet and then going places. World peace please and God bless!! ✌❤

I thought this was a full service carwash, but you have to clean the inside yourself. The auto wash left parts of my Jeep uncleaned.If you dont mind cleaning the inside yourself then maybe this is for you. Otherwise, you might as well wash your car in your driveway and save the money!

I went to the car wash when it first opened and thought I had signed up for $20 a month for a whole year for 2 cars. Turns out that was not the case at all..... I signed up for one car $19, an additional car is $1 the first month and then an additional $18. So def am not getting what I thought was getting. Patrick, the attendant, lied and I am very disappointed.
