Seth Demayo was great working with a flexible schedule, walking me through the process, and honest on the quality of work provided! Especially after getting my car stolen this work helped restore it and had an incredible experience. Will be using them again! This was awful! The access water was left on and the kitchen was wet including the counter tops and floors. The van floor mats were left outside in the rain. There was residue left all over the van and there are a lot of other details as well that were missed and not gone over well. Seth seemed okay at first. My daughters said he was weird and off standish when they did try to talk to him and he would flat out ignore them or say something about how he had to get stuff really wet and rub it real hard! Not appropriate! This is a solid pass from me. Plus I think it was way too expensive for what I personally could do myself. The trim was onced over at best. The carpets and seats were shampooed but everything else was once overed at best. The alloy wheels were cleaned on the outside only. Lots of break dust still there and yellow stuff. When we called and talked to Keith about rectifying the situation he laughed at me. This company is not professional at all!! And it was nearly $400.00 for this job!

Very pleased. Car had a very bad odor from mice and it looks like they were able to get rid of it! Detailing was very good as well. It looks much better than if I had detailed it myself. Seth was very professional and polite as well.

Carspa is an excellent and friendly service. They drove up to Evergreen and detailed my own car. They taught me how to maintain a layer of wax and clay bar my own car. I highly recommend their services. They are friendly, efficient, and professional.

Seth did a phenomenal job detailing our car in advance of it being listed for sale. The day was supposed to be extremely hot, so Seth called ahead of time and asked if we would be open to a morning appointment as we would get a better result on the wax and wash. Following the detail, the looks incredible, and is exactly at the level for what we were looking for. Seth was professional, polite, and helped talk through and answer any questions we had about the service. He also performed a final walk with us and touched up any areas we had concerns on. Our family was in a position where avoiding a involved trip to a retailer was desirable, so having them come to us was absolutely worth it. We will definitely consider using this company again should we find ourselves needing another detail.

Got the ultimate service earlier this week. Seth was very communicative and managed expectations well. I notice that my leather looks a lot better and am happy to have a coat of wax on the car!

Just got my minivan cleaned from years of kids on road trips making a mess. Im amazed with how good it looks after the interior cleaning. He even got the seats nice after almost a decade with car seats in them. It feels like when I just got it.

My car was in dire need of interior detailing ( messy 5 year old, enough said) and I did not have half a day to sit at a detail shop somewhere. I was able to book an appointment online and have them come to me, so I was already thrilled. Seth called to confirm and even came early when I said Id be home earlier. I was told the service would take 3-5 hours. The technician was professional and and friendly, however, he to told us our service included 2 hours of cleaning and 1 hour of travel time. The car looked ok overall, but not really worth the $$. If we were given the 3-5 of cleaning as advertised and promised, no doubt the car would have looked amazing.

Cory was amazing. He paid so much attention to detail and the car looks brand new again. He was also very courteous and worked exceptionally hard.

Online says 3.5hr cleaning. At 2.5 hrs they said they were out of time, didnt really finish. Next day there was white residue allll over as if they didnt wipe off cleaning product. Emailed them bout it but no reply... would avoid

Wow! Just Wow! Chloe did a phenomenal job on my Durango, and it was a disaster! I decided to splurge a little after fixing my car and get the inside cleaned professionally. I purchased this car used, but Chloe did a better job than the detailers at the dealership! Highly highly recommend!
