I highly recommend the salon. Go see Amber! She is the best and I won’t go anywhere else. She takes her time to make it perfect, no joke! She will also help guide you in the right direction but is never pushy. I feel like she just knows exactly what you need and her skill set is impeccable! My boyfriend went in for a perm yesterday and he is so happy to! Thanks for always making us look good!

My experience with the stylists wasn’t terrible they were very nice but what upsets me is the results, three times we have tried to achieve a highlight nothing fancy and I haven’t even got close to the right color yet my hair is fried I won’t do anything now and I am very sad. This kind of stuff happens every time I try and do something with my hair I don’t know if they don’t listen they don’t know the techniques or exactly what the problem is but it’s so disappointing when your hair grows as slow as mine does I am 48 years old and I still have yet to find someone that can do my hair there’s something wrong with this picture. The last picture is what I went in to have done.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend against this salon, take the many bad reviews as a SERIOUS sign… unless you want them to over process your hair, do exactly the opposite of what you ask and refuse a refund because they “try to fix the problem”. Well unfortunately you can’t reattach half a head of hair that has been fried off.I went in for a root touch up, I wanted to get a darker root to help the new growth blend better and save myself from going to get highlights as often. Quoted $109 but since I requested a dark root they considered it a balayage and charged $229. My hair is already VERY blonde and could’ve used a toner at most, however they insisted after a consultation to lighten already blonde hair and do the darker root. I presume to charge more.They fried off over half my hair, I have had to change my part as the hair around the original part is now 2 inches long. They sent me home with wet hair since they didn’t feel comfortable finishing it considering so much has already fallen off. I was told they couldn’t do anything (all I wanted was some sort of conditioning treatment) but I think the girl just wanted me out of the salon in fear the owner/manager would see. Ashley had been doing hair for SEVENTEEN years, don’t let the amount of time claim convince you they are experienced enough.I asked for a refund the day of since within 4 hours half my hair had fallen out and was told they won’t refund they “try to fix the problem”. I was then offered an Olaplex conditioning treatment.I’m not one to leave reviews much less rule somewhere out because of a few bad reviews. But in this case, I wish I would’ve. I’m warning you, under no circumstances would I go here. Find somewhere else.

Unprofessional,!!!I schedule a week ahead for Saturday at 11am, to get hair and eyelashes done for my birthday after confirming the appointment several times they txted me to re schedule, I couldn’t do it because I had already have plans for the afternoon so they said it’s ok to come in at the original time. Few hours after I received another message form the stylist (Lien)that supposed to do my hair saying that something came up and offering a re schedule but for later and only one of the two things could be done. I’m disappointed I can’t believe they can even stick or manage their schedule this ruined my B day plans to have a new look and go out I wouldn’t not re schedule with them if this is the way the run the business I don’t wanna risk it.

This was my second time doing my hair at the salon and for the second time Im super happy and satisfied with my hair! I do cut and highlights with Lizzie. She is great, takes good care of customers, and always very attentive to how exactly you want your hair to be. The outcome is fabulous! Even when a touch up needs to be done, they do it at no cost at all, and take their time to make sure hair looks perfect! Im very happy and recommending the salon to all my friends! The salon is pretty far from where I live but its so worth the drive!

If youre getting extensions of ANY KIND, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I have very mixed negative feelings and overall disappointment about my extensions. I LOVED how they looked at first, BUT ... I did a required consultation for Fusion extensions and explicitly only ever inquired about glue-in Fusions. I paid nearly $1300 for the Bellami extensions, installation, and tip. I was WITHOUT A SINGLE DOUBT told by the owner who has been doing hair for 18 years that the extensions will need to be moved every 6-8 weeks as my hair grows out, it would cost $150-$200 each move, and that the extensions will last me up to 8 months. The ENTIRE point of getting extensions was to mask my natural short hair as it grows out so the promise of them lasting up to 8 months was literally the whole reason I was getting them, which I verbalized not only during the consult, but also when they were being installed by the owner.I got to the first 8 week mark and called to make an appointment to get them moved and all of a sudden the owner insisted that this kind that I got is low maintenance and cant be removed and reattached. If I wanted to take them out, Id have to buy new extensions to be put in. She told me now that they typically only last 3 to 3.5 months. SO not only did I lose HALF of my investment, but my hair turned into dreadlocks (above the fusion point where my hair grew out) because I waited the 3.5 months to have them taken out. I also didnt get to keep the extra unused extensions that she originally purchased for me. I feel SO misled and ripped off! I spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for something that I was told would last AT LEAST twice as long as it did. I STRONGLY feel like I should get my money back. I the owner needs to make it right based on the inaccurate information that was provided to me. Sincerely, so upset.

I’m really disappointed with experience that I had. I went there because I heard so many good things and expected the same. I went in for highlights and the stylist made my top hair orange because she didn’t leave the bleach in long enough, I went back to get it fixed and was still charged full price even though they messed up the first time. And the lady even took a haircut in between working with me. I will never come back here again.

I rate a 3 only because they had my daughter in that chair for 5 hours after they had us wait 30 minutes after our appointment time to start the process smh, and the only reason why I didn’t raise hell is because I wanted my daughters hair to be perfect, my baby girl loves it ❣️soooo that’s ALL that matters 😉

It is with great remorse that I report the results of my one visit to this salon. We scheduled an 11:30 am appointment. She arrived on time and Kim made me wait until 1 pm because you are not on the schedule.After much patience, I expected wonderful results with highlights, but I ended up with gray streaks! ( I am not trying to look older, I am 35 years old) . So I returned and she attempted to pait my highligjts gold. After running my hair, I demanded she fix the job, and accused my of being selfish (I guess she forgot that I had just paid $200). She blamed the ash colored highligjts on the naturall color of my black hair.. which is coincidentally the same color as her natural hair.After her final attempted repair, I returned home and decided to return my hair to its original black. My hair is now dry and damaged from many hair color changes.. dry and brittle... i was expecting her to at least offer a moisturize treatment.. alas her pursuit of serving other clients was a clear indication of not caring. In other words, pursuit of the dollar.. not making things right .Perhaps we are all guilty of thi at some pont,, especially those srving the pupoint, For this reason, i am still in search of the perfect salon.

I love coming here. I’ve been going here for years and every time I leave this place my hair look absolutely amazing. I get a lot of complement every time I get my hair done. I’m a very picky person, let alone I’m really specific when it comes to my hair. This salon is really beautiful, clean, and great atmosphere. That’s a plus. The staff here is very professional, great customer service, willing to work with you and help you get the look you wanted. They do an absolutely amazing job. That’s why this is the only place I would go to get my glamorous done.

There is one stylist there I enjoy by the name of Lizzie - she does a great job. It’s the lack of management present in this salon that calls for 1 star. I had received a service I was not happy with, mind you I paid about 240$ after tip. I politely called and agreed to work with another stylist for the fix - when I showed up to my appointment there was no management present. Lizzie, not the original stylist, took good care of me. My problem is I wasn’t offered a refund for the highlights I had COMPLETELY COVERED. There was no follow up on how it went from a manager, nothing. I wanted a natural brown look and walked out with a full head of platinum hi lights that didn’t even go to my root after that first appointment. I overpayed exorbitantly and and my kind heart should have stood up for myself more instead of letting this salon take my hard earned money for a bad service.

Great relaxed little joint. Went in needing some uplift and I got it! Anthony did a great job and was super easy going and chill. Ill be back.

Alejandra is the absolute best! You cant beat their prices and she does an amazing job! Especially if you want to go blonde, This is you girl! Seriously she works magic better than any other hairdresser ive ever had! On top of that she couldnt be any sweeter. HIGHLY recommend her.

I made an appointment to get a quick bang trim, I arrived five minutes before my appointment, and then I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes with hardly any updates (I received one near the 30 minute mark) on when I would be seen.I dont usually leave reviews like this, especially if I didnt even receive a product or service, but I was a bit bummed at the lack of commitment and communication at Lavish. I ended up leaving and going to a nearby Great Clips.

I have been on the hunt for a new stylist for a while and it has been hard finding a good fit. I saw a recommendation for Lavish in a fb group and decided to give it a try. I went in last week and although I loved my stylist, she was so cool and we had a great time chatting, I did not love my cut. I called today to let them know that I was disappointed in my cut and they had me come in to take a look at my hair. This time I worked with Martha. I told her that I felt bad needing to come back but she was so nice and didnt make a big deal about me coming back at all. She wanted to start all over like I hadnt been in the week before. We talked about what I wanted and then she fixed up my cut. So now, I freaking Lavish, my hair and of course Martha! I really like how they handled the situation and because of that, and my new super cute cut, I am already rebooked and this is my new spot. Lavish has great customer service, wonderful stylists and the space is beautiful. I wish I would have found them sooner!

Danette has been doing my cuts & color for about 5 years and Im extremely satisfied every time, I love her work! Shes Amazing with color!! Her and the other stylists cut my daughters hairs and always do a great job! The salon is Beautiful inside and the stylists make it a fun, happy atmosphere. Every time Im there, every client young & old are always so happy with their hair.

I can not even describe how thrilled I am with this place! I went in for my appointment yesterday and they had accidentally mixed up my appointment. They quickly worked to fix it. I ended up getting Stephanie who usually does not take the coupon I had, but she did it anyways. She took my idea and ran with it. She did what I wanted and more. I felt so lucky to have someone knowledgeable and fun. I will be returning in February and I am so excited!!

Fantastic customer service. Lien is very friendly and knowledgeable. While she prepared the color she got me a coffee. The music and atmosphere is really light and airy. Definitely a hidden gem. Prices are the best! Techniques are better! I have been coming to LB for nearly 3 years and have never been disappointed; quite the opposite. I recommend this place to everyone! I see the owner and she kills it with all color - Ive done ombré, highlights, etc. and LOVE it all. My cuts are incredible. My hair is very long and thick and, before I found LB, I was paying $250 for cut and color - RIDICULOUS! I pay a fraction of that at LB and am much more satisfied with the results. I drive an hour to see the owner; its worth it. If you are looking for great service at an affordable price this is your spot!

I have been going to Lavish for a couple years now and have had many stylists, but I finally found the stylist for me: Haley. Haley has been styling my hair for 2 years and has been doing my eyelash extensions for close to a year. Haley is personable, professional, timely, and if she has an opening, she is able to accommodate and bring me in for an earlier appointment. Haley is worth every penny, I always leave happy with my hair and lashes.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR BALAYAGE!! I went here to get my hair dyed for the very first time ever. I asked for a very subtle balayage which I was told over the phone would cost 80$ and take about 2 hours. When I went in to have it done I was told it would cost over 300$ and after negotiating I got it to 200$. I reluctantly agreed due to being excited for a new change. I had asked for a “very subtle balayage” and left with a full head of platinum hair, 6 hours later. I showed her a photo of what I wanted multiple times through out the appointment and if you saw the difference your jaw would drop. My “virgin hair” was put in a full head of foils with bleach for 4 hours leaving my hair horrifyingly damaged. I can’t comb through it or run my fingers through my hair with out pulling a fist full of dead hair out. 2 months later i have quite a bit of random hair on my head about 4 inches long due to the breakage leaving my hair at very uneven and weird lengths. I’ve dropped tons of money to try to fix this. Very disappointed, I guess what I would say is if you’re dying your hair for the first time DO YOUR RESEARCH and know that something like a subtle balayage should not need a full head of bleached hair. Also, go somewhere you know they have a lot of experience, these hairdressers may have experience in other services but balayage is NOT one of them.

These ladies all know their stuff and Lin is an expert and will know how to make your hair look like any picture you bring in. I am always happy with my experience there and if I was not, Lin would fix it. My daughter also goes there and has seen other stylists and she has been happy each time. Some of these bad reviews are unfounded; everyone speaks English there and they are not a cash only place. In fact they have the latest payment options available and your receipt will go straight to your email if you choose. This is a professional business and you will be treated fairly. In addition to having skilled stylists, the pricing is very reasonable, the place is clean, and you will not be pressured to purchase products. Check it out for yourself!

Im so glad I found this salon!! I was tired of driving 20-25 minutes & paying $60+ for a mediocre haircut. So I checked online & saw that this salon had some great reviews, and decided to give them a try. Martha is the stylist Ive used for 3 times now and Im SO glad I found her & this salon. Better haircut for half the price & its a LOT closer too!!

The gal who cut my hair explained she hasn’t been cutting hair for long. I am not the type to drop names but I will NEVER recommend this place to friends and family so they will never waste their money here. I am embarrassed to go to work tomorrow because my hair is so uneven. On another note, Music could be better, all old women don’t like r&b and hip hop ya know!

This place is great! I went in for extensions and the process took longer than they were expecting/scheduled due to the quality of my hair. Still, they took all the necessary time to make sure that my hair was exactly how I wanted it and they were very reasonable and worked with me on the price. I would definitely recommend it - go in and ask for Lin - she is the owner and she is great!

2nd time ive been here. 1st time was a very good job. Today not so much. I asked for layers and i dont see any layers in my hairAnd she cut way much more than we discussed. We talked about breast/mid back length but i got what looks like a bob cut. And all she could tell me was well your hair shortens when it dries and its longer when its wet. okay so do i walk around with wet hair all day. My hair was by my butt and now its shoulder length with no layers. Would like to know where she went to school and how long shes been doing hair. Because i clearly got over charged for what i got.lets just say i will not be going back.

Ive been coming to Lavish Beauty Salon ever since I moved to Denver about 2 years ago. I found this place in search of a hair salon that carries Great Lengths Extensions - and havent gone to another salon ever since. Not only does Lynn do a PHENOMENAL job with the extensions and my highlights, but her team- Danette, Stefany, and Martha (who have all done my highlights or eyebrows at some point) are amazing as well. The service is always on point, theyre always able to make my visions become a reality, they have a GREAT line of beauty products in the store (everything from shampoos, blow dry spray, makeup, etc) and most importantly, they never fail to provide excellent service with a smile on their faces. Coming from NYC, Im used to very high-end overpriced salons - and I am SO incredibly grateful to have found this little Lavish gem in lakewood, which far exceeds any place Ive ever gone to. Thank you so much Lavish Ladies for always making me look stunning!!!

Had some unnecessary miscommunications with this salon after our bridal party had to cancel services already paid for in advance, as required, but eventually got our full refund which was appreciated as the situation with the wedding being cancelled was hard enough. Be sure to sign a contract and know their policies, no verbal agreements.

My wife went to the salon and requested to have her hair trimmed. Instead she had it unevenly chopped up in the back. The hairstylist did not speak English. The manager was rude and told my wife she should have brought the picture if she wanted it cut in a nice way. Do not go to this salon!

I came here in October and got highlights by Lizzie and they came out great so SHE GETS 5 STARS. The reason why I gave 2 is because I came again but had a DIFFERENT stylist. I never died my hair before then and I hated the roots so I wanted to do a baylage. I pretty much got my whole head highlighted again but paid for a baylage. I have the roots that I was trying to avoid. They did not listen to what I wanted at all. Sure it looked okay but I paid 350 for a hairstyle I specifically did not want and there are spots on my head where the die didnt stick so I have like polka dots. I didnt want to ever have to die my hair again but now Ill have to go to a salon that can do a baylage. they were all very nice though

Lien Rocks! Best styling and highlighting experience ever! Nervous going in as I had it screwed up before by other chain chop shops. Steff is one of the best colorists and personalities in the business. I have bounced around salons for years since I moved here... literally flying to see my stylist from back home... she made me feel so welcomed and I felt confident in her abilities. My hair is amazing and I feel like I just hung out with my girlfriend for a few hours :)Update: Steff is no longer there and there was a lot of catty stuff going on in the salon last time I was there. Awkward environment.

Used to go to this salon when it was a little further up the road on jewell but had not been since they moved to new location. Called about getting my daughters hair done for homecoming but they were booked. No problem but then they called back about a minute later and said they could fit her in around 1:30 pm. I clearly told the lady over the phone that she needed a CUT AND STYLE. When we arrived there around 1:20 pm they each had a client which was not unusual since she said she could fit her in so i knew they would be slightly busy. We waited and then was brought back at 1:50. She asked my daughter what she wanted done and my daughter told her a few inches off to get the dead ends off with loose waves. The lady stopped her and told her that she was only suppose to be there for a style, not a cut. I walked over and told her that i clearly said cut and style. She sort of waved me off and then proceeded to tell my 16 year old daughter, her client, that she only has 30 minutes and she will only cut an inch off but with a dry cut only. She kept snagging my daughters hair when brushing and parting, didnt even talk to my daughter while she was sitting in the chair other than when she asked her what she wanted done and each time the other stylists would ask her a question the lady kept saying well i didnt know that i would be doing a cut. My husband came in which he was a long time client before and they recognized him. He was shocked to learn how rude the service was there. If you didnt have the time to fit her in we could have gone elsewhere but because she thought she could handle it, my daughter had an awful first time salon experience, bad haircut, and never wants to go back. The curls didnt even make it to homecoming. I know that they were good before but not sure if the lady was having an off day or just was overwhelmed. Either way it was very unprofessional to say the least which sucks because we really liked them before.

I went in for an appointment and talked to the owner about what I wanted. I had wanted a color treatment and a short haircut. The owner then ask why I wanted ombre on shoulder length hair. I thought that was stupid, many people want color or lighter ends with short hair. She then made me wait while she took in walk ins that hadnt made an appointment. I waited for 45 minutes to an hour through the whole process while she attended walk in customers. In the end I got a full color with two different colors, with a lighter color on the end. In the end, there was no difference in color at the top then the ends of my hair. A month later the color was VERY UNEVEN thoughout my hair. Poor customer service and poor quality!

I went in and saw Danette I was completely fooled by all the Facebook posts of her “before and after photos”. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said she’d give me exactly that, but my hair looked like a nightmare after she was done with it! I was completely upset because not only did I have patches of dye all over my head and basically looked like a zebra but now my hair is fried! I had virgin hair and now it’s falling out and breaking. I asked for my money back and she pretended she did but it’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve yet to see the reversal on my statement so coming Monday I’m filing a report from my bank as fraud. Like all the reviewers say these people are theifs!!! Stay away from this stylist and save your hair and money!Response to the owner: The level of unprofessionalism that I experienced at this salon was horrible and left in tears. I thought I would help others before they go and spend their hard earned money and I’m continually being wronged by this salon. I have no choice but to turn this company in. Lying saying I never been a customer just because I have a bad review is not to go about things.

Since they decided to DELETE my review of their salon services on Facebook because I told the truth, here is one they CANNOT delete. The people were polite although unhelpful, but otherwise horrible service. Shannon cut my hair into blunt, uneven pieces, claiming she knew how to cut a long pixie. I showed her pictures, explained what I wanted & had done before by my regular hair girl, but since we moved I cant go to her anymore. I also explained my hair type, etc, assuming that would help explain how my hair needed to be cut. But she chopped it up & I walked out crying for the first time EVER after a hair appointment. Good luck if you go here- maybe someone else could do a better job. But since they delete any negative reviews on their Facebook page, there is no telling how many others hair they have ruined.

This salon is full if crooks Lynn the owner is very rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to be the maid of honor in a wedding that was cancled due to the groom cheating this left the bride devistated, I called the salon and informed them of what happened (one week in advance) and was told someone would contact me later that day to discuss a refund (this didnt happen) i had to call again 2 days later. I finally got a hold of Martha she was nice at first i asked her for the money back told her what happened to the bride and she basically told me well that sucks we are keeping half ($374) i told her that is outragous I gave a weeks notice for a wednesday wedding which should give them plenty of time to rebook apointments and the fact that they didnt do anything for us at all i said $100 would be more reasonable she got very rude and said she would talk to the owner and would see what she can work out because Ive been doing weddings for 10+ years and I dont want to screw you guys out of all this money she never called me back and my friend who reffered us was friends with lynn and she told her sorry but this is Marthas deal so whatever she says goes. She then talked to martha after calling while they ducked and dodged our calls for 4 days she then said she had a verbal contract with me to only give half became extremely rude and said its half or nothing. I called an hour later after breaking the news to all of the girls that they are robbing us of our money and asked them if i could come pick up the money she got very smart with me said no i dont have it and lynn didnt bring her check book you will have to come tomorrow and hung up on me. I called the next morning and spoke to Lynn i asked can I come pick up the money and with her attitude asked me when i said within the next couple hours she said no Martha will be here at 10 you can come then and hung up on me. I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HOPE MY REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE FROM THESE RUDE THIEFS.

Really disappointed at how unorganized this place is. I just moved here and this was my first time at this salon, so I showed up ten min early for my appointment. 20 min after the appt should have started (half hour later) I was still waiting. I completely understand appts can run over, but it would have been nice (and professional) for someone to let me know they could still fit me in, since I made an appointment. It was clear they were nowhere near done with any of their clients, so I decided to leave. The icing on the cake was the unprofessional trash talking and gossiping. I really wanted to like this place because it got good reviews, but it was a huge letdown.

They did a fantastic job coloring my hair, they didnt do what I asked but they made a better option available

This was the worse!! Haircut I ever had. I told the stylists Diane what I wanted long layers and even showed a picture of what I wanted. She butcher my hair and now I cant do anything with it. Even friends asked me What happen to your hair. Thats embarrassing !!!!

Terrible service. I went to get my hair rinsed and burned. The result was appalling. I try to correct it by covering with another color and I am left with many colors. Really horrible. Do not go.Additional no apologies and the girl who did it bothered. Alejandra is called.

It is a very beautiful beauty salon and all the staff is very friendly at reasonable prices
