Carlos approached me to explain their current special. It seemed a good option, so I purchased it. He is a good representative and was helpful. Glad they have returned to having cleaner and towels available.

Very professional and I was greeted upon arrival. Dakota is very nice worker at the car wash and was very informative of everything the car wash provided. He enjoys his job and it shows and he even chippered up my day I was having. Car is shiny on the first wash and entrainment was there for my 3 and 7 year old! Five stars and👍

I went today to get my truck washed and thought I would just be in and out with no interaction with any employees. While reading the wash options available, a worker came to greet me and assist me with choosing. He let me know about the membership promotions that were available. The employees name was Carlos and he truly made my ENTIRE day. I had been dreading going to the car wash but because of Carlos - I am so glad I did!

I was in town visiting family and stopped in for a wash. I dealt with a girl named Lindsay. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was super professional and very sweet. She even talked with my 5yo son asking if he liked Minecraft cause of his shirt and made his day talking about it. I would have bought a membership from her if I had a zips in my area but will definitely be coming back for a wash when I go back to visit. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be back because of her.

Every time I get my car washed here the service is always wonderful. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, especially Lindsay. You can tell she really enjoys her job! I will always go to Mr. Zips for a car wash!

I usually wash my own cars but its a.good car.wash for not so dirty.cars and trucks. It.has a good vacuum system for cleaning your carpet but no rags for drying your windows or whatever.You better just.take.your own..

We had come to get our car washed today and it broke down. Karsen was one of the employees that helped us. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. They even helped us push the car to a different parking spot so that it wasnt in the way of any other customers. We have been going to this location for a few years and everyone has always been very helpful. Thank you

I love the free vacuuming use and Carlos was really nice and took my floor mats to wash them as I was vacuuming my car.

As a drive-through car wash service it was pretty quick and Patric was friendly and explained everything to me since it was my first time there.

Not sure what is going on here but with the new crew, there is no direction when pulling in to wash lane. They use to spray down car before entering wash, but apparently they arent allowed to spray down the sides of your car any more so wheels and tires dont get clean. Very disappointing!!

Just got of the military and was looking to get my truck washed. I showed up and was a mess, I hit the barrel before coming in, i got in and had to take the emergency exit so I could pre scrub my truck. With all of that, I still had issues. I was on the phone in an important call so it was difficult to start the process. Patric seen this and came up and assisted me by offering to work the machine for me. My card wasn’t working due to the mag strip having a small scratch. Patric decided to try it inside, again with failure. So this man paid for my wash on the house and let me through. (keep in mind I had the most expensive service) Definitely have my service in the future! Thanks to Patric and the hospitality of your team.

I want to like this carwash! Bugs still on the windshield, soap not rinsed off the vehicle which leaves streaks everywhere..unfortunately its the best in town.

When I came out of the bay of the car wash there was a thick amount of soap still running down my side and back window. The manager only wanted to give me a small detail sack of cleaning supplies.

Karsen was the attendant/manager tonight and he was very pleasant.

This is an automatic car wash its pretty good, helpful staff get you through there as fast as they can

Y’all, when I say my front bumper had SOOOOO many bugs on it, I can’t explain how BAD it was. My car had not had a good cleaning for over a month. I was so lucky to be able to have the most friendly smile prep my car to go into the car wash. Patric was phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend him and Zips car wash to everyone! Give this man a raise!

Paid twenty dollars to get car washed and waxed and it was filthy, guy refused to make it right and said there were no guarantees.Thanks for your reply Marsha but I wont be back, maybe just try caring about your next customer. I mean you wouldnt rewash it when I was there yesterday.

Google told me it was a touchless car wash, it is not. Staff are friendly and professional. The wash prices a little higher than average, but get the monthly club and you can go as much as you want. The sticker does leave a residue on window if you decide to remove it.

They could maintain the the tire wash a little better. But over all the wash is good!

The $8.00 wash is good enough.

Pretty decent car was. At$8 bucks a bit pricey.Beware the monthly car wash has automatic renewal.

Good place to use for a car wash

Good wash, good workers, and like it that I can brush tough spots myself, withsoapy water and a long handle brush, before I go in line for the wash.

Service was great. Patric was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Good place to go if you want a quick, half washed car. I had to hand clean my wheels, tires and certain areas on my car after the basic $8 wash. I know it wont be like a hand wash, but still unsatisfactory.

Great if you dont own a dually truck. Lol

If you have 20 bucks you want to waste. This would be the place to do it.

I love this place, it’s awesome. I enjoy the free vacuum with the purchase of any car wash. The people there are very nice and helpful especially a young man named Travis. My grandpa came through there the other day and needed help choosing what wash would be great for his 1982 corvette. It was very nice of him to walk him through the options and steps since grandpa Ulysses has trouble with his vision.. thanks Travis and thanks Zips!

Great place to clean your vehicle. I would advise against the cleaning kit. Due to the red rags leaving Lint all over your vehicle. 1 quick wipe will only leave a streak of red on your vehicle

Had a bad experience this time, the washer was stopped 3 times while we were inside. Had to rinse off a bunch blue goo when we got home.

Charged for extras and didnt apply, then when questioned about it they told me sorry . If its on the sign and you take my money then you need to apply what you sold to me ! No need to pay extra for service and not receive it ! Wash was ok

First and last visit at this car wash. I bought the $16.00 wash and the entire right side of my car was not even cleaned. Also their machinery tore off my wheel center on the passenger side. This is not acceptable!
