I have gone to multiple places to get manicures and pedicures. Out of all the places Tu nails is the best. The prices are reasonable and so far they have done a great job on my nails.

My nails look very chunky. the artist got polish all over my fingers and didn’t clean it up. he left 3 of my fingers bleeding. over all low effort. i’m very sad about my experience since i was so excited to get my nails done for the first time:(

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. The gel polish stays for a long time and it looks beautiful.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this salon and have been going here for almost two years now. This place is very clean. And I never feel like the nail techs are rushing...they take the time to make sure youre relaxing and everything is perfect. The owners and staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicures...that clay mask in the lavender scent paired with the hot towels is just heavenly. Ask for Susan...she is just the best!

I went there to get a fill on my balayage nails, they completely messed it up and I had to go the following day to get them completely taken off and redone at a different nail salon since they werent fixable.

My mom started going to this nail salon when she moved to Lakeville and brought me in with her a couple times. Now that she moved to another state, I still come here on my own. It is kinda expensive, at least to a college student. I pay about $90 to get a gel pedicure and gel power manicure. However, I know every time I come into the salon that the women there will do a good job. I have never been dissatisfied with my nails. Good atmosphere and a friendly welcome whenever you enter the salon. The salon is clean as well. If you want to get them a tip, Id recommend having some cash with you. They prefer you dont tip on the credit card. It is something I forget at times cause Im not the type of person to have cash in my wallet. Everything is plastic nowadays. Anyways, I hope you visit and enjoy your time there.

Been going to here for years and realized I haven’t made a review! All the nail technicians deserve credit for the amazing work they do at their salon. I have always had a good experience at TU Nails and will continue to get my nails done here for years to come!

Choose a dark blue/grey. Was shown another color that they said was similar. Unfortunately it was black. It was also left with remnants of dip powder all around my nails and under my nails.

Sadly, this was my last visit to TuNails. I have always liked it there but this time was a lot different. Maybe tensions were high with recently opening up after the Covid lockdown... because we certainly were not welcomed in. My daughter and I had pedicures and staff was not friendly and more importantly did a below average job on our feet. Her nails were a lumpy mess and they said it was because it was a new polish. My pedi was cut short and I didnt get the salt scrub - I started 5 min after my daughter and ended 10 min before. Also, when I asked about the salt scrub she told me she had already done it. (Think I would know since its a highlight...) (My nails were so crooked I had to cut them when I got home to even it out) Borderline rude and we left disappointed.

Impeccable service! There are amazing at there job! Best detailing! Most amazing colors! Defintly somewhere you would love to visit!! I highly recommend going here! And I do also recommend asking for a flower! My pastel orange flowered nails are to die for!

I’ve gotten my nails done here before and never had a problem until my last couple visits. However this last time I went I had this lady and while doing my nails she nicked me twice making me bleed and have very sore fingers/nails, my nails were completely uneven and crooked and she still charged me full price! I will not be going back for acrylics if I go back.

I normally have always been happy with the service Tu nails has provided me but as of my last two visits not so much. while getting a basic gel manicure and pedicure I realized after that a few of my cuticles on my hands and feet were so cut up that I bled. I hope that this doesnt happen to others and I will not be returning back because of this bad service.

My first time there, I was in love with my nails. Hannah was nice, and a great listener when It came to what I wanted, at a fair price. They had very pretty gel polishes and the place was very clean compared to most. And at the very ending, before washing my hands she gave me and amazing lemony scub that made my hands feel amazing. Super pleased

Rudest group of people I have ever meet. They messed up my nails so bad and refused to fix them when I came in and well they took them off they all talked about it how perfect they where. i would recommend doing your nails at home instead of going here.

I have been going there for years but have not been satisfied for the past visits. I had a pedicure. While my nails look good, they did no work on my calluses. I will now have to take care of that myself. I have had great service in the past but it has been very inconsistent lately.

The owner, Aaron, treats me like family every time I’m in. The rest of his staff are always friendly. The service is top notch- would highly recommend.

I went into tu nails today to get acrylics and I was instantly greeted by one of the employees there. I felt bad that I didnt schedule and appointment but it was not a problem for them. It felt like as soon as I stepped in I was brought back to a seat. My technician was named Jenny and she was so sweet. Definitely will go again!

I have visited many nail salons but none who have had great service and prices all in one. Tu Nails greeted myself and my husband and addressed us with our first names....I find this impressive since this was my first visit. My husband had a pedicure done and was impressed with their work and has decided he would be willing to get this done again. I came in needing my nails filled and some replaced. The last place had done such a bad job that we decided to replace all of them and at no additional cost to me....they offered a pedicure to me, which I originally did not go in myself for but was offered a reduced price. Both my pedicure and nails turned out so great and I know that this time there will be no cracks or nails falling off this time. If your in the area and need a pedicure or your nails done I highly recommend Tu Nails. Extremely happy with their all around service. : ) I am now their happy new customer.

The salon was nice but the woman who helped me was not very friendly, in no hurry to help me and charged me $20 to take off my gel nail polish and shorten my nails...? I should have asked first but have never been charged that much!!

Best place for gel nails, only reason you will need to have a fresh manicure is because of growth. The owners are also wonderful people!

I came in for a pedi and a dip before my bridal shower, I left and cried my nails were so awful. The design on my toes were just blobs and I ended up having her remove the design from my nails because they were awful. I paid for a manicure but all she did was trim my nail then proceeded to add the dip. Nothing was done to my cuticles. It was my first dip and I specifically asked her to do it thin. My nails looked like bubbles they were so awfully thick. I spent over an hour removing it all the next day. I wouldnt set foot in this place again.

The lady I had today was very rude. Pulling at my hands and arms the whole time and digging her nails into me as she worked on my nails. Every time she spoke to me, it was rude and hurried. I didnt have cash on me and they gave me dirty looks. Not okay!

Bad pedicure service really rough on youThe nail polish labels are covered so you really dont know what type of generic polish your getting.The girl was on her phone not paying attention to my feet and clipping my toe nails as shes looking at her (son)? As he came in, was scary as she almost clipped my toe. Geeze! no phone calls when working on a customer pay attention!Then keep adjusting my massage chair to her postion she wanted! Leave my chair alone in the postion I was comfortable in.To hard on you digging into your nail bedding and wanting to use the power tool to take off polish, that ruins your nailsThey just want to do whats quick and easy for them, not for the customers comfort or safety. Never got what I paid for no massage on my feet or legs.

Polish came off within a day after having a manicure. The girl that was doing my nails just stopped in the middle of my manicure and started working on another lady! No explanation! Other lady had attitude and the two of them were very rude! Girl who finished my nails was just as rude! I will not return!!

Me and my husband Wanted to take my niece for a nice pedicure because I was in from out of town so we found this place. Clean but not very friendly at all. They literally sat there and talked about my husband cus they didnt want to do his cus after he had got his hip replaced it has been hard for him to cut his nails so he goes every 6 months to get a pedicure and his nails cus so disrespectful people. Plus my bottom of my feet are still so ruff was not impressed. Fastest pedicure I have EVER had terriable service

Every time Ive gone, Ive received less than quality results. There is a lack of attention to detail, rushed work, and noticeably poor results are acceptable without care. My daughters pedicure was so bad, polish was all over her skin around the nail and half the nail was missing polish. It was so noticeable that I was appalled that I had to say something to get it fixed and had I not, they would have left them that way.

I will never go back. I wasted my money. I got cut during toe trim. Staff was not paying attention. And an old ingrown became a new ingrown by the way it was filed.

Its owners, Aaron and Mindy Pham, run a very professional business; yet, the atmosphere in the salon is warm, friendly and pleasant.
