Amazing service first of all to start off with we booked it about 3 months before our party because we were afraid they were going to be busy. There is a $50 deposit which goes towards your total which who knows by the time you see this or when you see this that may change or it may not change but anyways the deposit goes towards your total and you can pay with Card or Cash now again they may change and may not change. They notified us the day before that they wanted to drop it off to us ahead of time (I must say the adults could not go down the slide) we had the obstacle so we had a few hours extra to play the day of the party everyone was so excited but we were tired at the same time because we played the day before on it so when our party guest arrived we allowed them to enjoy and then we join them after so we figured they would pick it up around like 4:00 or 5:00 so we started to clean up and get it set for them to pick up. It turns out they actually got an extra two or three hours before it got dark to jump on before we unplugged it. The customer service was amazing I didnt have any issues they cleaned it right in front of us when they arrived they made sure everything was perfect before they left and they were not like some companies pushy to get payment before they set up although I can understand why they do that. This is definitely the company that we will use from here on out and I will recommend them and only them to everyone that ask. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved it and they are awesome and came and set it up but the downside is you have no idea when theyre going to pick it up. . i.got my daughter in her bathing suit and something on the next morning because they still didnt come and I was waiting for a call and as soon as he got on it, they pulled up to pick it up . sure was so sad even though she thought it was going to be gone the night before. Besides that. Everything was fantastic!

We are pretty darn happy with Rockin Bouncies! They arrived when they said they would. The 24 water slide was really clean. It was setup perfectly in the spot I wanted. It was secured to the ground with giant stakes and straps so it wouldnt fall over! The price was perfect and the rental was for a full 24 hours unlike some other companies that are only 6 hours and 8 hours for the same price (which is why we chose Rockin Bouncies)! The people who delivered and picked it up were in uniform and very professional. I recommend this company. They are well worth this 5 star review and we will use them again. So will my friends!

Just used Rocking Bouncies for my daughters 4th birthday. Got the princess looking castle with a water slide. Best party move ever. They were professional, prompt, and fast to setup and tear down. Every kid at the party loved it and essentially played all day, only to stop to eat lunch. Would definitely use them again!

Sometimes it is more important how mistakes are handled rather than if they are made. For my sons birthday party yesterday I rented a water slide bounce house combo. He and his friends were pretty bummed when the rental arrived later than the estimated delivery time, and especially when we discovered the deliverer did not realize this combo was supposed to have the water element. I expected her (one of the two deliverers) to behave frustrated and inconvenienced at the realization, as I assume they work on a tight schedule, but she was quite the opposite. She was professional, personable and more than happy to correct the mishap. Rather than being indifferent, she was concerned about fixing everything in a timely manner. While the other person finished setting up, she ran to the office to get the rest of the equipment. The kids tried to play on the rental but came inside after a few minutes because it was too hot (no shade in my yard).When it came time to pay, I asked if I would receive a discount because of the set back and inconvenience on my sons birthday, as it was approximately two hours past the end of the estimated delivery time before they were able to use the rental with water as expected. She stated she would explain the situation to the owner and he would call me either later that day, or the next morning considering we were going to be busy, then he would pick up the rental himself the next day. He left me a kind voicemail, and upon pickup this morning, was beyond apologetic and professional. I was compensated for the set back appropriately and without reservation.Thank you for handling this with integrity and amenability. You have earned a repeat customer and I will most definitely refer your business to friends and family.

So crazy how you can lie about the size of your biggest in the county red slide. Its not the 36 ft that they are saying it is. Its 31ft. Which, is still big... but not the biggest or worth the 800 price tag. Buyers beware.The people who made the red slide for them posted tagged them and said its a 31ft. So, I made sure to correct it and added a pic of that.Apparently, they now want to call me a liar. Im not. Just want everyone to know that they false advertise and to be ok with getting a smaller slide than you are paying for. Makes me wonder what else they lie about 🤔

We had a great experience using this company for our sons 9th Birthday. The employees are extremely polite and courteous. They were early and very helpful with walking us thru how to use the snow cone machine. The inflatable was clean and had no imperfections.The only suggestion for improvement is the snow cone machine was a little beat up and could definitely stand to be replaced as it was missing the door and cracked on the side. However it was a discounted item as part of the inflatable rental so I cant really complain.Overall it was an awesome experience and I will definitely be using this company again and referring people.GREAT service, GREAT pricing, and overall a smooth experience.Thank you guys for a job well done!

We have rented water slides for the past 4 years for the 4th of July. Usually from a different place each year. From now on I’ll only be using Rockin Bouncies! The staff that showed up was the most well dressed and presentable crew that’s ever brought and set up our slide. The slide was the cleanest slide we’ve had by far. And the main guy we dealt with, Jamal, was so polite and professional! Thank you soo much for making our 4th of July celebration amazing! We were highly impressed and you now have new faithful customers!

I am very disappointed with the service they provide. They dont even have information of where they can locate a bouncy house. I had to call them to come pick up the bouncy house because I couldnt have it at the Park I picked and I didnt even get to use it so I asked if they can leave as credit for me and they told me no because they had already put it up. I was even asking for the money back. To be honest...i think they do know where they cant locate the bouncy house at, they just act like dont just to get the money. And on top of that I literally called like 10 times for them to send me Information. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Great company. We used Rockin Bouncies for the first time this weekend for a childrens bday party. The customer service was prompt and professional. The delivery and setup was easy and the drivers were professional and kind. Our rental was scheduled for 12-8; however, the driver arrived early at around 9:30 and the pickup crew didnt come until almost 10. We didnt complain though!! This gave our kiddos a few extra hours with the slide and made us really feel like we got our moneys worth. The equipment was in great condition and you could tell they take good care of the slides. Would recommend and use again.

I was very pleased. I needed 3 tables and 20 chairs the day before a birthday party. Every other place was out of what I needed. I met a very nice lady and picked up the tables and chairs with no problem.

Was simple small deposit over the phone. I chose a Lego ninjago theme ninja dojo. They were very nice very nice and a hour early. They set up and sanitized the inflatable and my sons party was a hit. Id suggest this to family or friends. This was money well spent and Ill do it again with them also if your setting up at a park they handle the nessecary documentation that the park will need..
