I needed glow in the dark face paint for our glow party. I had to ask an employee to get 2 packages from the top shelf. The employee did it without any problems or attitude. They even asked if I needed anything else.

It has everything you need to throw a great party and reasonable prices too.

Their prices have increased in the past yr. Try buying color coordinated candy! Good luck!! Joined the email and phone app got some decent discounts.

Customer service was amazing! And the variety of balloon was incredible! More expensive than dollar general or dollar tree but worth it to get exactly what you want for a special occasion.

Holy moly helpful. I had no clue there were options for balloons and why one is better than the other. You made the whole surprise worth it.

How ridiculous is it that the store in Lakeland, FL will not do orders over the phone?I understand that they are only doing curbside service, but their website is down and I wanted to order around $75 worth of balloons for Mothers Day, over the phone.The gentleman at the Lakeland store told me to just keep trying online and hopefully it will be back up and running soon. Absolutelyridiculous and I will be taking my business elsewhere!!If it were possible to give zero stars... I would give you zero stars!!

I wish there was a zero rating. After tracking down an employee for assistance the young man stated he would be able to assist me and that he had his whole shift to help me locate items I needed for upcoming event. Not even 30 seconds later he directed me to another aisle where items were supposed to be located. Not escort me there or ask if I needed a basket as he could clearly see and I also stated that I was having issue with my leg. None the less items were not where I was so rudely directed at this point by several employees. I guess its common customer service to just rudely point to an aisle to customers and tell them if ya dont see it then we aint got it. Not that I found items on an entirely different aisle than one I was directed to. By this time I was thoroughly disgusted and left without purchasing anything and resorted to purchasing items online from different source. Will not entertain the idea of this store for any other themed future events.. Very disappointed and highly upset with the level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior. 😡😡🔥🔥

This is a small Party City compared to others I have shopped at. Because I live rather close I shop here more often. They have what you need and I like that if they dont you can get a free shipping code if you shop online while visiting the store. The employees are a hit or miss. Because they hire a lot of young people, youll get some who are helpful and some who are not.

Prices on the higher end. Certain items quality can be average but for the most part they have good quality items. Buying online from them is cheaper sometimes because of the offers or codes. Graduation season they have custom balloons to the nearest high schools .

My employee encounter was absolutely fine, as they were conscientious and asked questions. But the store at large is dismal, the inventory is sad, and frankly evokes a spirit opposite of a city of partying.

Worst experience with online ordering.I placed the order two days ago and came in to pick up my order with my ID and confirmation number. I was in line and waited and when I was at the register i explained I was here for a pick up . 1st they made me step aside and wait then they did not have my order nor could they find it. The manager, John, called me Janet after I had said my name 3x . The online system is very disorganized in the store . It seems like everyone was lost, confused and there was no one managing the store. I felt bad for the new hire because this is not the correct way to be train someone and for Chris because he kept repeating himself trying find the order . It was the worst experience ever. I will not order online unless I get a ship directly to my house.

Very average Party City store and prices are higher than vendors on Amazon or Ebay. For example a mask I was looking for was $34.99 but on Amazon was $13 after tax. Even for a brick and mortar store there is no explanation for such a drastic price hike.

One of the cashiers could not do simple math, ie. .85+.15=$1.00. The cashier literally asked her coworker for help. She was not helping me at the time, I was in line and watched this whole scene play out. Just a suggestion to the manager, when hiring new employees, have them complete a short math test before actually hiring them.

If you CONSTANTLY want to be followed around and asked a million questions by an associate, while trying to shop... This is the place for you! #nevershoppinghereagain
