We used Chair Affair for our ceremony chairs and cocktail table rentals. They were recommended through our wedding planner and we were so happy with their service! They were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend to future brides / will consider for future events when I need rentals! The added ease of set up and breakdown was especially nice. My fiancé Joe and I got married on 3-1-2020 at the Acre in Orlando Florida. I myself am a wedding photographer and I knew for certain that we would love working with A Chair Affair. Our venue came with white folding chairs and quite a few tables but I knew immediately that we had to have a budget for different chairs. Honestly, I loathe those white folding chairs! Our venue was all outside and we wanted it to feel whimsical, bold, and modern. Those chairs just did not cut it. We found the perfect ones with ACA. We rented these amazing acrylic ghost chairs in black. They were amazing and made such a huge difference in the aesthetic of the day. We used them for the ceremony and then moved them to the reception. We also rented 5 heaters from them at the last minute to make sure our guests were warm during dinner. They were professional and reliable. If you are looking for unique seating and rentals to complete your wedding vision I highly recommend them!

We rented our table cloths, napkins, and extra chairs from A Chair Affair, and they were so incredibly helpful. They understood that I was setting up the venue with my wedding party + close family members, so they dropped the chairs off the night before the wedding, allowing me to get a bright + early start to decorating the day-of. They laid everything out for easy access, and were so kind throughout the whole process - even though I had to change my order several times due to family members changing their minds about coming/not coming at the last minute!

I had scheduled an appointment to meet with someone to view their showroomabout a week prior. The day before the appointment, they asked if I could change it and come in the next week, due to some staffing changes. Normally I would have said yes, but I couldn’t due to starting a new job. I emailed back and told them that I really needed to keep my appointment because of this. I showed up the next morning with my mom and sister, waited 15 minutes, then found out no one was coming. The woman who let us in and was communicating via text to staff members, let me know that someone would call me to reschedule immediately. No one ever called. I gave it a few days, then emailed them and expressed my disappointment. Still never heard back.I’ve heard great things about them, but unfortunately just had a very unprofessional and unresponsive experience.

From the first email/call to the final set-up and break-down, Carly and her A Chair Affair team were amazing. Carly made herself available every phone call I had with answers to all my questions - even on weekends - was very flexible with changing/updating our proposal based on our wedding day needs leading up to our big day, had staff show up early with extra guys there to help with the room-flip and made sure everything looked great and went smoothly! Highly recommend A Chair Affair as a reliable vendor, with a great team on staff and excellent selection of decor and rental equipment to make your wedding all that and more. Also really need to note that they have all GLASS chargers, a lovely upgrade to your already beautiful day.

I’ve called left a voicemail, sent an email and my fiancé sent a text message. Neither one of us have received a response. It’s been difficult to get a hold of someone for chiavari chair rentals.
