Excellent service, I order online 2 days before my son’s birthday and was good, they call me to confirm on Friday and on Saturday they deliver the inflatable 3 hrs earlier, so my son and neighbors start the fun early. Excellent service and equipment, my party was awesome and the kids and teens enjoy a lot.

We ordered for a 12 o’clock drop off, and it was confirmed for 12:30 at the latest. It was nearly 3:00 O clock before it was delivered. No one let us know, answered our calls, answered our emails, Facebook messages, NOTHING! The people who dropped it off asked us not to say anything about it being late. I was on a Facebook group and asked if anyone else had this issue. Four others responded saying it was the same issue. Still haven’t heard back! Absolutely terrible!!

Rented one a week ago for the 4th. Confirmed on Thursday that they would drop off on Sunday afternoon. 1 o’clock came and went. 5:30 came and the guy said well where do you want us to set it up? I said well you’re 4 1/2 late so take it back. Called this morning and the lady said ok refunded it. Now it’s 2:30 in the afternoon and some random guy comes up and said we are here to pick up the water slide. Okay well it’s not here. Ridiculous company to deal with run and run quickly.

We rented a spiderman bounce house for my sons birthday party. It arrived early which we were originally excited for. My son was able to use it until the party began. Set up as break down went smoothly. However, around 2pm is when the party began and we had 6 kids in the bounce house. When the kids, who were all small and under the age of 10, were in the house, it collapsed. We tried to pick up the corners so they didnt get stuck but the roof remained down. We called the company and they told us we should have called earlier. After paying an additional $30 for delivery, we were overall extremely disappointment with the customer service and the overall bounce house. You could feel air coming out of holes in the floor and there was NO bounce to this specific bounce house. No one in the company wanted to accommodate this issue. I will not use this company again!! And would not recommend it to others! I wish there was a way to attach pictures/videos as well.

I ordered my for 07/4/21 they said it would be here around 12 to 1 that Sunday they didnt get here till 6 pm and I paid for the 24 hours so that would be 6 pm to 6 pm they pick it up at 1 pm on 07/5/21 thats not what I paid for I will never use this place again and the water slide was dirty and air was comen out of everywhere . So not worth it at all

Best value for an inflatable! They arrived early for to set up (7:45am arrival for a promised 9am start) and were quick and efficient in setting up. Inflatable was clean and worked great for the duration of our party. We paid the extra fee to keep overnight and kept the fun going in the evening. Will definitely rent from them again!

We rented a big slide for our daughters 5th birthday and the slide was great, company was on time for delivery and pick up, HOWEVER if you dont want anything stolen from your home I would recommend watching the guys or having them deliver and pick up during the day!! I will not use this company again because of this matter

There was no problem with the equipment, just a little upset that no one mentioned an overnight option and in the middle of my kids party they came and took the equipment down and swiped the chairs and tables from up under my guest that were sitting down eating. It was awful. When I spoke to whoever on the phone. I was told it was only from 8am to 8pm. Never gave me the option to choose anything else. A little disappointed.i would have payed the extra and saved myself the embarrasment😡

Worst customer service ever, they are very unprofessional. They set up water slide wrong and didn’t want to come fix it because it was too much of a drive for them even thought it was their fault. She want it to leave my son with out slide the day of his birthday party instead of fixing the problem they left on back yard. Please save your self a headache the day of your party and find another company. Connie is very rude and takes zero accountability for their mistakes instead blames you as if you set up the water slide . They set up wrong after I finally broke down and cried she decided to have someone fix it hours into my party.

We ordered a Bounce House for my sons birthday on the 16th online. We trusted it because we never called to confirm. They called the day before to confirm. And they were there to drop it off, they set it up and left. At night I had to step out but when I was back they had picked it up. I’d say it was successful. It was our first time and I loved it. Very professional and efficient. Next time I need a bounce house it will be from them. I definitely recommend them. Thanks, my son had a ball.

Great place to plan a party. They have bounce houses, foam party pits, water slides, and all the party food machines you could want for your party. Table and chair rentals, balloons, and even a dunk tank. The price is best in market and the rentals are 8-12 hrs with another option for overnight. Check them out.

Showed up in a big yellow truck, promptly unloaded and set up 2 tables, 16 chairs, 18 ft waterslide, huge inflatable twister, cotton candy machine in a quick professional manor 2 hours prior to party starting. Adults and children at the party enjoyed the rented equipment. Not to mention in comparison to the other bounce house companies...Fun Factory Inflatables were had the lowest rates on everything!

Fun Factory Saved the day! I would recommended them for any of your events! I was hosting a party last weekend and I ordered a waterslide from I different company who never showed up. I didn’t want to let my party guest down so I called around to get another waterslide to my house ASAP. Fun factory was the best price and had the waterslide delivered within the hour. They allowed me to keep the waterslide overnight like I arrange with the other company without charging an overnight fee. The lady I spoke with was understanding and very friendly. I will be using them again for my events in the future. 😊

Terrible customer service. I was threatened with additional fees for compiling about a bouncy house that was not install correctly. Told that I will be charge extra if the owner had to come out and redo her employees work. Craziest thing I ever heard. Was waiting for them to show up, they never did. My kids party went on with an ill placed bouncy house and no explanation or apology for their shady equipment. Would have given 0 Stars it they would let me.

I rented a bounce house for my daughters 2nd birthday this past weekend. From my first phone call ordering to them picking up the equipment was a 5 out of 5 in my book. Overall great experience. Ill be using you again in the future.

Was very pleased had over 30 kids no problems with slide. Mrs.Connie was awesome very helpful and we will get another slide soon had so much fun!!

We rented a water slide for our kids birthday party. 30 minutes into the party, the stitching came apart and the slide collapsed on the kids. I was told at that time, that I could have a refund or another slide. I chose a slide. (we rented it for a reason) It took 2 hours for the new slide to arrive! The driver had said he would be back on Sunday morning to pick it up. He showed up at 9:30 on Saturday night. I was sick in bed and woke up to their loud truck. I went outside and informed them that I had to go next door to get my boyfriend and that we would be right back. The 2 guys took it upon themselves to undo the chain on our gate and enter the yard with no one home. in doing so, they let my dog out of the yard. When I called to speak with someone about the situation on Sunday, the owner just kept repeating that I chose a replacement slide so she cant give me a refund. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I would not even give one start. Service was terrible. wrote a lengthy review on Facebook and hoped they would be professional and take care of the customer. Wrong. She deleted the whole page and will delete any negative review written on the other. The owner Connie Shockey, yelled at me on the phone! Before hanging up!!! Poor inspections caused my nephew to get a tooth ripped out from thick strings hanging down a bruised cheek from the hose hanging down and his cousin to get a bruise by her eye. They had to come out and fix the positioning. Which only made it worse. We asked them to take it back and they refused. And she blamed everything on me!!! Saying we were not watching our kids and I was just mad that nobody showed up.At least 3 adults were outside the entire time. And everyone showed up. not sure where she got her information from. Nonetheless. This is a terrible horrible business! And if there is an issue. She will tell you that youre not a verified customer. Even with copy of the bank statement smh. They lack professionalism, customer service, common respect, and integrity. All things that are important in business.This was my daughters first birthday party btw. I wish I could post all the pictures and screenshots so you could really see the faulty inflatable ( that we got blamed for ) and the injuries these kids got from it! And our conversation. Quotes because, Im not entirely sure she is capable of having one. All I wanted was a well deserved refund.

Today was my sons party, we purchased the trackless train party package, Mrs Connie on the phone was knowledgeable and responded to every question very nice and respectful; today the guys droping off the inflatable and train were amazingly compasionate polite and curteous, i paid online with my card super easy i had an online receipt right away, the equipment was great looking durable and stable, the snow cone machine wss superbeasy to use, and the syrup feed everyone and i had leftovers; the train was beautiful the conductor was patient, nice and polite bit not overly friendly with the kids (which in this case is a tremendous asset) making sure in every ride everyone was safe in their seats with the seatbelts... At last my son (who has special needs) was crying because the ride was over the conductor waited until he calm and then very compasionate made eye contact with my son and told him it was a pleasure to be his conductor for the day. I recomended this company to everyone at my party and will wish for their business to get better and better. Thank you for orchestrating everything and make it all run smoothly.

I was happy at first until......I needed my cash back for my personal reasons and all I got was excuses after I tryed to reason with them and nothing was done to satisfy there customers i will never ever recommend or go back to fun factory inflatables in lakeland fl 33801 1029 S Combee Rd.....i also gave it one more day to think about what i wanted and i tryed to all back just one more time to see if we could try to figure something out and the lady was very rude to me....I will neeeevvvvveeerrrrrrr recommmend them to anyone!!
