Jennifer, Casie, Andy, and everyone else at Premier Party Rentals were fantastic. I host a large-scale, multi-day festival in central Florida. They were incredibly professional with coordination leading up to our event. I was blown away by their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs. The festival went very smoothly, and the breakdown was just as professional.I would recommend Premier to any individual or organization that’s looking for rentals. They are THE BEST rental company that I’ve ever worked with.

Wanted to love them. Unfortunately service from the delivery employees was terrible, we even had a knock on the door as one of them was urinating outside our home facing our neighbors, when confronted they laughed. The rental farm tables were extremely beat up and chipping so much so we ended up having to cover them and taking away our whole vision on why we went with a rental company. The chairs were left on the side of the house still covered in dirty covers for us to move and deal with. Was not happy :(Edited to update stras as I did receive communication from the manager who was extremely sorry for our experience.
Amazing People and Amazing staff. We rented chairs for a small wedding and they were professional, friendly, affordable and absolutely one of the best companies around. We are from winter Haven and went to Lakeland just to rent them from them because of their amazing staff and customer service. You need to hire them for your event! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the near future.
We used Premier for renting tables for a school event and they arrived for delivery and pick up perfectly on time and loaded and unloaded pretty quickly. We had a great experience.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! To start off, they were 4 hours late delivering the dance floor and the ceremony chairs. Then when they finally did arrive they were missing chairs. We were quoted for 215 chairs and they only showed up with 150. The delivery guys were very nice and easy to work with, but the owner on the other hand was very rude. ON THE DAY of the wedding we called to get things figured out and the owner had an attitude and kept cutting the BRIDE off and would not let her speak. She then proceeded to say we would have to pay another $300 for the other 66 chairs that were ALREADY paid for. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of the owners and staff of Premier Party rentals. They are a true gem in our industry and we couldn’t be more happy to work with them. They have helped us with their rentals at a few events now and they are always very knowledgeable in their products, services and their staff always gives the best advise as to which set-ups work. We trust their knowledge as they have been in the industry for many years. They know their stuff. Do your self a favor and hire them!
I just LOVE all the party rentals. The showroom is so pretty,very organized warehouse,friendly,helpful staff. Cant Thank the owner Jennifer enough for the warehouse tour. They have SO MANY choices for your PARTY NEEDS!

Setup team told us first thing . we’ll we can’t put 120 chairs here, they won’t fit. Not something a bride and her coordinator wants to hear right off when you show up at a venue. You FIND a way to make it work! So I rearranged chairs as you can see below for them correctly once they left to make room for people to sit more comfortably. The lighting crew also was either inexperienced or had no familiarity with the hanging lights and poles as we avoided more than one situation during the set up inside the venue while we were trying to decorate. I suggest you make sure a Scott is on site as they kept having to try and contact him for instruction. Lastly we had been told pickup of the rented chairs and lights was scheduled for 10 pm so were had cleaned up were ready for them to show up to take down the lights, tables and pick up the rented chairs well before 10 but no one showed up until 11:30pm and when he did he finally said I’m not supposed to be here doing this. I was ready to haul it all outside by 10:40 myself and left them deal with in the parking lot but the coordinator agreed to stay behind and wait for them. Beautiful wedding but disappointed with lack of professionalism in communication by Premier Party Rental.
My Best friend reached out to this company for her wedding reception needs. They were rude and really unprofessional. A week away from her wedding reception had to cancel services. Would not recommend!
These guys are great. Actually stayed till well after hours to make sure everything was perfect for my company party. Very responsive and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire planning process. Also, prices were great. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future. I am a business owner in Lakeland. I have used Premier for all of my event needs. I usually get chairs or benches for my events. The equipment is always delivered on time, the chairs are great and the staff is friendly. I know when I use Premier, Im supporting a family owned local business. Thats important to me:)

Pick up was suppose to be at 10 pm. We had to call them, they didn’t have anyone scheduled to pick up stuff. Someone finally came at 11:30 pm and he was by himself. We had to wait for him to take down all the lights and roll them all up. Carry the tables to the Truck and load all the bases. It was after 12 am by then and he still had to load the outside 120 chairs. We decided to lock the building and leave. Was not the delivery guys fault. He was very apologetic and nice. When we called to complain she said she would not give any kind of refund and hung up. She was pretty rude. Not happy with their service.
Premiere party was great! The staff accommodated everything for my wedding. The staff was very diligent in making sure we had the right number of tables, tablecloths napkins, beautiful dropping, and everything else that we need it for that day. Even with my last minute venue change they continued to very be helpful to the end. They where on time for the delivery and the pickup of the rentals. Thank you Samantha for handling all my calls, and thank you very very much to the boss/owner he was very helpful! I highly recommend Premier Party!
They worked with me for my daughter wedding. I rented several things from them like columns, linens and things. I walked in Friday needed a few more things the wedding was on Saturday. Boom I had more than enough to make this wedding spectacular. Thanks to Amanda and the staff
I hired Premier to help with my wedding. I rented market lights, chairs, and barrel tables for my reception and ceremony. Everything went great with the wedding day and set up. They made my wedding look like my dream! My only frustration is their workers who dropped off and moved the whiskey barrel tables dragged them on the floor and caused significant damage. So I was not able to receive half of my deposit back from my venue. So my aunt called for me this morning and the response we received from the worker was “it was not their responsibility.” How is it NOT your responsibility when the ONLY reason I could get half of my deposit back was because of the scratches on the floors from the barrel tables your workers moved and not us? It’s unprofessional and rude to not care about damage that was caused by your own company and you should take responsibility for your actions.
I chose premier party rentals as our exclusive rental company (Over 1000 dollars in rentals). They were awesome up until the day of the event. The delivery time was completely ignored. We were told that they will deliver at 11am. They delivered well before 10am. We were told that when it was delivered we will be shown how to work the projector and PA system and because they delivered it before time we were not shown how to use it. All of the rentals were scattered throughout the building. We could not find everything. We called Premier Party Rentals back to ask the whereabouts of a bar skirt and they came back.... awesome service there. However, what we were not told is that we will be charged a separate delivery fee for them returning because we had found it. I called and spoke with Scott to find out why I received an additional charge and he was completely rude. This could have been avoided if he had simply called and informed me that I would charged and the reasons why.
Great team! Prices were great! They helped out so much and with a smile on their faces. Worked around our schedule with drop off and pick up. We rented everything for a small wedding reception at home and it was perfectly beautiful! Highly recommend!

Let me just start off if I could leave negative Stars I would. my brother and sister-in-law use them for their wedding they forgot most of their equipment and had to leave during setup. and after that they didnt come till midnight and pick up their equipment with only one guy. one of my friends had to stay behind and help the guy then we called them and they were disrespectful and rude never using them for anything again.
My wedding dreams came true because of Premier Party! I was extremely happy with everything from the beautiful tent, the chairs, dance floor and bar! Everything was perfect! The customer service was great the staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend choosing them to make it the wedding you always wished for and any other party or event you may have! Thank you to everyone at Premier Party.
Scott and Mandy turned our everyday backyard into an enchanting wedding space. Scott has a true eye and vision. Mandy is thorough, kind, congenial, and all around more than helpful! The two of them manage a wonderful staff to provide the highest quality service for any special occasion.
If we could do zero stars that what they should get. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, would not fix our drapery and lighting for our wedding. Then proceeded to tell us for them to fix it for our wedding they would charge us another 500 dollars.Very rude people, after we fixed it ourselves on our rehearsal day. After our wedding they called and threatened to charge us a 100 dollars a yard if there were any snags in the drapery.... but the owners husband was sitting there watching us fix all the drapery ourselves. Horrible customer service.🤦🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️
Just finished second wedding through Premier Party and everything was awesome just like the first time. Thank you so much for your help on finding us the perfect linens. I know my daughter was tough to deal with sometimes but you remained professional till the end. The tent was beautiful and your farm tables were an absolute hit. Mandy Sue was great to work with during ordering.Melissa and Scott, these are some of the rudest people Ive ever met in business, especially Scott. He should not be in operation for anything, he was so rude to ask me to do him a favor and not ever call his company again. Who says that to paying customers? Very impolite he was. Note: One of his employees assisted with loading our trailer improperly and four chairs were damaged during the transport, which I later paid for the three he wanted to replaced, however, when I asked him about the seat covers accompanying the chairs he rudely responded, if you pay for them! I was charged $40 per chair (used chairs that is). He is NOT professional at all. Be ware and take your business elsewhere!!! Good service includes good manners which he definitely lacks!!!! I will NOT ever do business with them again. In fact, I have reported them to the BBB...
Very friendly and helpful. I get all my table linens from here. If i know what i want i call them and they have it ready for me when i arrive. I would highly recommend to a friend.
By far the worst co ever!! One of the employees told me as they were setting up for a party at my house that if only I had as much brains that I had money! They were cussing using the MF word, throwing equipment, etc. we had to call security to get them removed. The owner could not be reached. He finally called me back 4days later.We did not use any of the equipment the employees took it all with them. The owner will not refund any of the money. We ordered a tent, dance floor and several other items for a childs birthday party. The dance floor did not fit in the tent plus was cheaply made and was missing pieces. The co stated they thought the DJ and dance floor were going to be outside of the the tent! Who does that! Thank goodness to our local party rental co who have everything think we wanted and more had everything delivered in about an hour! The owner even personally delivered sides for the tent in case it rained! How nice is that!!!

I am the bride of the Rao/Medley wedding on November 9th, 2019. We ordered our chairs and lighting with them months ago before the new owners took place.The old owners were amazing people. The day of my wedding we receive HORRIBLE service and even the day after when we talked to Stacey on the phone. She was the rudest person ever and I cannot believe she would talk to my husband that way on the phone. She hung up the phone on us. 0/10 experience. Don’t know if Stacey is the manager but someone needs to check her customer service skills before they go out of business.

Im not sure where to start because I was dissatisfied from the time I put the non-refundable deposit down, straight through until the end. I felt deceived by an initially low delivery estimate. If you need delivery during ANY specific time frame, no matter how broad, go somewhere else, or you will pay at least double. When we finally figured out the delivery, they said they were totally booked for a Monday pick up, made it really hard to coordinate with the venue, and made us pay triple the initial delivery cost. When I paid for it, they agreed that they would call the venue before they arrived for pick up, but they didnt call and I had to intervene, as I was leaving for my honeymoon. The quality of the chairs were fine, but the tables are REALLY crappy. Very poor condition. They looked fine under the tablecloths we rented elsewhere, but if you arent planning to cover the tables, make other arrangements. In addition, the customer service was really poor. Working with this company was the ONLY stressful thing about my wedding planning. Save yourself some stress, read the reviews, and go find something way better!
Let me begin by saying that if your business is in customer service you should probably know how to treat people with respect. Unfortunately this company came highly recommended by several friends and also the venue my son and daughter-in-law rented for their wedding. It started with sending 2 inexperienced workers (inexperience in setting up at this venue, this is what they told our family) to hang lights in the building and set up chairs. We were told the chairs would not fit in the area we had requested they be set up in, even though there are pictures of this venue with chairs set up the way we requested. They did set them up but my husband had to reset the first 3 rows. When hanging the lights one of the poles almost crashed down on one of the tables. If my son in law had not come in the door at that exact moment and caught it we would have had one big mess. Ok so that was all unprofessional in the way set up was handled BUT it did get set up before the wedding. Time to pick up rentals was 10 pm. At 10:30 Premier Party Rental was called and asked when they were coming. We were not on the schedule for pick up! The venue contract stated that we could not leave until all the rentals had been picked up. The brides Aunt had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get there AND THEN they sent one guy to pick up 120 chairs, 3 tables and 6 20 foot heavy metal poles to hold the lights and the lights. She didnt leave the venue until well after midnight. Ok, we are not happy about this sssooo my son sends an email explaining why they were unhappy and would like to be refunded at least some of their money. He receives a phone call from Stacy informing him they would not be refunding any of his money, that there was no problem just sending one guy and that she herself could have taken down those lights by herself. She was rude to him and showed no concern for customer service or professionalism. She ended the conversation by saying, Have a nice day, Buddy, sarcasticly and hung up the phone on him. Can we leave negative stars?

I worked for Scott he was a good boss and the crew he had were very professional and took their jobs serious and we always got jobs done in an orderly and timely fashion...I would recommend them for any party needs.
We use them quite a bit at Union Hall. Best rental place in town for tables, linens, dishes, and other major party supplies.
Horrible, unless want to be accused of lying, dehumanized, harassed and deal with unprofessionalism then take you money else where. They gave me dirty champagne flutes. Damaged city property and accused me of lying. I was promised a refund for the inconvenience and they resided to doing all of the about to get out of it. The owner of the company, Scott is insanely rude. Look at his profile page on Fb. His profile picture is harassing a client! I would give this place zero start, zero of your business and zero of your time! DO NOT BOOK! HE EVEN MADE RUDE COMMWNY ABOUT MY MARRIAGE. Hence the fact I booked them for my wedding.

Absolutely horrible management.Constantly getting orders wrong the office is very abusive. Their treatment of their employees is absolutely terrible the old owner refuses to go back to work with them and he was doing it for free. This company by far has given the most awful service I can even think of.

The staff was very helpful and informative when we were planning our wedding with them. However, they scheduled delivery at 6am to be ready for set-up for an 11am wedding and didnt show up until 3 hours later!! Then, they agreed to a 4:30 pm pick-up from a reception that ended at 3pm and they didnt arrive until close to 6pm. We called several times to check on their location both times and never were able to get through. We left several messages to express our frustration and concern and never got a call back. We ended up having to start our wedding late because all of our family and Groomsmen were late getting ready as they were the ones waiting for and setting up the tables. My wedding turned out beautiful and was a happy occassion, but it was NO thanks to Premier Party Rentals and their poor customer service. I used this company upon high recommendation, however I cannot refer them with such praise and high regard. In fact, I will most definitely NOT be recommending them for any events done by Lakeland locals. Id give them NO STARS if Google Reviews would allow it.
Premier party employees are very professional and very friendly! I have never had a problem with Premier, they work around my schedule to the best of their abilities and whatever you want, they always make happen.
Premier party rentals has the contract with the terms and conditions listed on the website for everyone to see. It clears stats tents can not be cancelled .Your quote directs you to there site for terms and conditions.
I was recommended this organization from the great staff at Haus 820 to help supplement some extra tables and chairs. However when my staff inquired about possibly adding extra to our order they became rude and unapproachable so we were forced to go with another company for our extra items.For the actual delivery of the tables and chairs I told them we would have the venue open at noon, so on the invoice the delivery window said anytime after 12:00pm. When I asked the staff at Haus 820 they assured me that is standard and they should be there close to noon.Day of the event rolls around and around 1:30p the delivery had not arrived so I thought to reach out for an estimated arrival, only to find there is no way of reaching someone on the weekend. Seemingly dead in the water we continued on with the tables provided by the venue. The tables and chairs did not arrive until 30 minutes before the event started, 6 hours after the original start time, and we scrambled to get the set up in place before more guests had arrived.I recognize we may not have been their largest order, but that doesnt give th ed m any excuse to treat us that way. Knowing how they handled a small order, I know not to trust them with a large order and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Worst customer service. Agreed upon time to deliver tables for our daughters wedding was ignored. They were three hours late. They were emphatic about pick up time and we waited two hours for them to pick the tables up after the time they committed us too. No remorse or offer of apology even after I called the owners. They added so much unnecessary stress to a very important day.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had to cancel the tent for the event but wanted to keep everything else, he charged is 1k for restocking fees. Another red flag is one of the reviews here is with the name Scott Wade which is the owner of the company.
