This is the largest Dollar Tree Ive ever been into The staff is friendly Wasnt the cleanest But it Has an extremely large selection of seasonal iseasonal items food items craft items Is party supplies toys household cleaners And personal hygiene products I would recommend if you are in the area and you like shopping at dollar source that this would definitely be one to stop by

This dollar tree is the most dirtiest dollar tree ever. I always drive further to go to a different one that is much cleaner and organized. This location need a overhaul of ownership. Its clear whoever owns this location doesnt care about it. Items are just thrown around and all over the floor. I gagged the last time I was in there and it was definitely be my last. Its just awful.

Had everything I was looking for and more. I like going that particular store out of all the ones in Lakeland. They always have a good selection.

Dollar Tree always gets 5 stars from me! These folx work so hard! Great crafts selection, but Halloween stuff has been picked over already, hopefully they get another shipment soon!

A few items I was there to shop for were not in stock, olive oil spray and Coconut oil spray. Then when I went to the aisle that usually has plastic freezer bags on it the whole aisle had a half dozen items...no gallon size at all.Guess these are the essentials they are saying are selling fast. I was able to buy my favorite Lemon cookies in a small package.I still Love Dollar Tree !

I love the Dollar Tree! They have so many things to choose from. I always buy my batteries there for all my household gadgets and kids toys. They also have greeting cards and most of them are 2/$1.00. If you have never shipped at a Dollar Tree then you dont know what you are missing. If you go through a lot of socks then definitely get them from the Dollar Tree. They also have party decorations and paper plates, napkins, tablecloths and more! You will get addicted!

Say what you will about the dollar tree, but it has all the stuff I suddenly need for just a dollar. Cant find scissors? Cool. Misplaced the tape? Got it. Wondering where folks are getting intimate in the parking lot? Look no further.

Everything was good except checkout. It was worse than Walmart. People down the rows before another cashier opened.

The store and staff wasnt good nor bad. However, I was disgusted at the bathroom. As someone who has IBS I use a lot of different restrooms while Im out and to me that reflects on the establishment I am shopping at. First off there was urine all around the toilet. Im not talking drips but puddles. There was something yellow, looked like feces, smeared on the side of the toilet and splattered on the wall behind. The amount of dirt was appalling. Needless to say after entering I went to my car and used disinfecting wipes to clean my shoes. I will say I did let one of the cashiers know and she seemed genuinely apologetic.

Love Dollar Tree. People that work there are nice and helpful. They seem to be expanding more and more with new products. I appreciate the store.

It was very clean there were quite a few workers stocking shelves for what I can see they had all their cash register lanes open. it was quite a few things I havent seen at a few of the other Dollar trees it is a very large Dollar tree which is really nice. Who definitely be going back after Christmas to get a few things.

This is the largest dollar tree in Lakeland. It is usually very tidy and stocked well.

Had essentially everything i needed. My dollar tree in bartow didnt have no where near the amount of stuff that this one has. Well worth the drive in my opinion.

Great Im getting thing together for the homeless and the had most everything I needed

I went there with my family on Nov 21, 2020. The store is very nice but when the cashier (Tami) gave my change, there was a $ 5 bill completely ripped. I asked for a different bill. She called the manager (full size lady with hair by her shoulders colored blonde, this happened around 6:40 pm). Manager came and said I would have to wait for somebody else to pay with cash, I said no problem. The she said the cashier was too busy to have me waiting there. Then she said that was my $ 5 bill and they couldnt change it. I insisted that they were the ones who gave me that bill and I needed that changed. The very rude and full of attitude manager finally gave me a different bill. That woman should not be working as a manager, she has no customer service skills. I would never want her anywhere close to a business if I was the owner.

Its a dollar store. Good prices lots on front lane service. Some areas in a bit of disarraybut seasonal stuff to be expected.

Did not have pennies so I was shorted 4 cents. Not a big deal but the cashier was super rude about not giving me my money. People.

The store was a little more organized. I noticed that the cashier doesnt sanitize the counter nor the scanners after each customer. The store n3ds more employees.The bathroom is sometimes very dirty.

DT is well DT. This store has more food since no grocery chains to block them out (due to lease conditions). Variety is subject to whims and differences between DTs. Need to be an educated consumer when shopping DT, espevially food! Manwhich $1 v. the major grocery chain $1.79+ same size.Would be great if they were better on the POG presentation, but since the peofit on most of this razor thin, its not going to happen.Still great deals on lots of stuff. Wish more was made in the USA.I go here, DG and DGM over that other place from AR! Have for years!Love DT but wish the variances and stock levels were not so wildly variant.

9-11-19, between 1p-2:30pCashier was extremely nice, the store is large, and I found some great deals on multiple items. The store was a bit messy with bare shelves, but I think theyre remodeling the snack areas so it may not be like that the next time.With that said, Ive been in well-stocked DT stores across the country and treated horribly by associates, so Ill take this one over them any day. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Store is well stocked and organized. This store carries merchandise that is impossible to find at smaller stores. It is easy to find personnel should I need help. This is such a great store that I drive 2 hours to shop there.

I believe that this is the largest dollar tree in Polk County. That equals allot more bargains. They even have a Frozen section. They have something for everyone. Visit this store and youll leave with things that you didnt even come in looking for, whos to blame? No one is going to pass up these deals. And yes they have plenty of school supplies as well.Happy stopping...

This is a good Dollar Tree. However, they appeared to be out of several items when I was there last. I stocked up on party supplies for a birthday. You cannot beat the prices for this. Their selection and prices were also better to me than Party City, especially since I wasnt going for a particular theme.

My Dollar Tree stores are fine, gave 3 stars just because usually didnt find most of the craft materials I can see on most of the You Tube channels haul from there. Been looking for this beautiful stencils for my craft (by Jots) and only found one long time ago, the only one the store had.Will check online. 🙏

Why pay a fortune for a greeting card when people read them and toss them out. I get two for a dollar or a dollar and theyre perfectly fine. I always go in for one thing and end up coming out with five or six things which is a dollar a piece. Theres so many things that I see in regular stores that are three or four dollars and I can get the same thing for a dollar. Believe me its worth shopping at the Dollar Tree

The Dollar Tree located in Merchants Walk is one of the best Dollar Trees in town. They have an extensive freezer section. It is usually fully stocked and has plenty of selection of Frozen fruits and vegetables and plenty of other Frozen items. This is by far my favorite Dollar Tree in Lakeland.

Very spacious, easy access, great variety, always clean, well organized, and stocked. Staff are nice and friendly, and very helpful. Did not give 5 stars, because they do need to work on having enough shopping carts.

At checkout the cashier was too busy talking to another cashier. They were making fun of customers. She rang up a item twice and when I told her she gave me a snarky remark. I would never rip you off at the Dollar Tree. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Great products and usually in stock of what you need. The two products I look for at Dollar tree rip it energy drinks and Arizona nacho trays are always in stock for me here! Keep up the good work!

Usually have a good experience,,But today waiting in line with 8 plus people in each line..The Manager Greg just up and turned off his light said Im closed..Go to other 2 lines..Now waiting in lines 20 customers long.. while he went in office.. Not good customer service from the Manager

Best Dollar Store. If you are refurbishing your house, doing a craft project, or just organizing things at new home after moving from another location forget Walmart or any other department store...this is the place to visit first...

A variety of things to choose from. Cant beat it even if some of its cheapy stuff. Still a good place to shop especially on a budget.

Prices are very good. For some items you can save a good bit of $, even over Walmart but for others, the quality is just a bit lacking. Plenty of selection, worth a visit or two.

I love this store, I thought it was weird that all food items arent taxed but some curious George fruit snacks cost 1.07 I thought it would only cost one dollar. Probably just a glitch or maybe its not that way for all food products.

I am always in this store. Its a very friendly buisness. All the associates treats you as if you are family. The Store Mgr is also nice. I give this store 5stars.

It was a really big dollar tree! The reason I dont give it more stars is because not everything was for a dollar (how confusing is that!). I think it was because it recently changed from Deal$ to Dollar Tree and they had leftover merchandise.

Waited 20 minutes in line, only one cashier. Poor girl kept asking Ron to come to his register on the PA system. Finally a customer went looking for Ron. Found him in the stock room. Ron finally came out, with a very rude and ignorant attitude. Proceeded to open his register, all the while speaking in a very demeaning tone to both the only cashier and the customers. Repeating Oh well, I didnt hear. Sad part is, I think he was the manager. Over 10 peace in line.

It wasnt very crowded but the place looked like a hurricane went through it, It was so messy trash everywhere, I just couldnt believe it there were plenty of people working at the time,no should of took a picture but I was in a hurry

If i could give this store a 0 star i would. Today i came in to grab some candy for a quick snack. This store is being inventoried at the moment and i witnessed the district manager yelling at an inventory person about trash everywhere on the floor and ive been here on regular days and its always a mess. I cant believe the district manager made him go around and pick up trash when their own workers dont do the same. Theres dried up gum every where on the floor its disgusting and so is the manager or district manager because ive never seen him here before.
