I had a purse strap shortened & I needed it fast. It was a last minute purchase & we were going to a wedding out of state. They got it done for me & they were very reasonably priced. The purse looked perfect like I bought it that way. Now that we are back I will be bringing them a pair of shoes that broke while on our trip!

Had two pairs of boots in and had them both were to get new soles. I didn’t get to wear my boots cause I was sick when I got them back. I went to wear them for first time. The whole sole came off after a few hrs. Will not ever use them again.After all the money I spent to get them resoled, I had to take both pairs find another shoe shop and pay to have them resoled again

I was thrilled to get my deck shoes repaired quickly and inexpensively by Edgewood Shoe Repair. I did not think they could be repaired because of where the damage was, but they managed to get the job done and the repair was so smooth you cant tell it was done.

I took a pair of high end Gucci sneakers to this location to have both the soles glued back due to severe heat exposure. I was skeptical that it would look original possible minor flaws but upon picking them up I was really impressed. He did an impeccable job and you cant see any glue residue around the edges. This location is highly recommended for expensive shoe repair.

Repaired an old pair of Allen Edmonds for me. Great work. Bryan took the time to do it right. He listened very carefully and repaired the shoes with the issues I spoke to him about. He fixed a heel height issue and dug out an extra set of stitches out of the welt from a poorly done previous repair. Bottom stitches are well set down into the sole. Heel properly shaped. Bridge of the shoe is perfect after wearing. Acquired the leather for a 10/11 thickness sole custom for me. The sole was also decorated 2 tone colored burgundy faded to black. Shoes look and feel fantastic. I will do business with him in the future. (Picture Below is after a few wears!)

I think the price was a little high but the work was good. I brought in some Allen Edmonds. I have had these a number of years and really love these shoes so I was willing to pay a little bit of a premium. The work was quoted as being ready to pick up on a Friday after dropping them off on Tuesday 6/26/18. I was called on that Friday because they were not ready yet. I am glad I got a call. I was told on that Friday to come in Monday and that I can pick them up. I am here waiting because I am told it is going to take another 30min.....that is fine. Some caps were added to my shoes for the wait... regularly $16 bucks.

This place is AWESOME, I never knew they repaired almost ANYTHING leather.I was and had been looking for a place to have my handbag repaired .I took my handbag in to be repaired and not only was it repaired, he done all 4 places where the handles were attached (he asked me before the repair if that is what I would like for hi. to do ) just so you know he did not do something I was not aware of .He done an amazing job .I could not beleive how inexpensive the repair was.The work was fantastic,the folks that own/operate this place/business are very friendly, cordial .I was given a date it would be ready and it was .When I went back to pick it up I noticed quite a few shoes that had been repaired and were ready for their owners to get them I just have to say It looks like a lot of people are going to be very happy as I was with this gentlemans work.I took several business cards of theirs to give to a couple of places I had previouly went to and asked about getting it repaired only to be told they did not repair leather or could not (did not have correct equipment).I will certainly sing their praises to all of my friends, family and their friends,and I will most definatly use this place again should I need anything repaired .Belts, Shoes,(dress, sneakers, sandles,boots ) I saw some of all of them there .They are easy to get in and out of and nicely located in a conveinant area .If anyone has any repair to be done, maybe your favorite tennis shoes are coming unsewn, or your best dress shoes are a little to worn, I would not give this place a try.

Great place! They fixed my shoe in a couple of days and it was very inexpensive to replace the zipper.

Good qualty work, however, took 8 days to get shoes and were pricey, paid more for repair than for shoes when new! (they were Rockports)

Had an rather worn messenger bag with a big rip and they fixed it all up for me! Excellent and caring service.

Day of Pickup the zipper broke, i took it back and wanted it fixed with some other alterations (I assumed Id pay for other alterations but not zipper as the boot is for a prosthetic foot and it broke upon initial try on) very rude and condescending assuming I wanted it all for free. Not great customer service and not great quality
