He came out and gave me a estimate and I was shocked at how affordable this was. He scheduled a time around my work hours late in the day for me. When they came it was quick and the results were awesome! My house feels so clean! They even took about 30 minutes to fix my daughters bike for her, pulled out tools and all and took it apart. Geoffrey and his team are exceptional and provide a high quality, convenient and full professional service. I called and within an hour they were over to give an estimate on my floors. While most companies may try to up sell you on services you dont need, Geoffrey was up front and honest about what the floors needed to get the best appearance without creating a long-term high maintenance issue. I.e. He didnt try to place me on some cleaning schedule I didnt need or lay some wax coat that would cause me headache maintaining in the long run. On the day of service, the company sends text alerts concerning their ETA (they were on time) and alerted me when they finished which was barely two hours for a two story home! Impressive. I paid attention to their preparation work and they were very detailed in ensuring that all corners and surfaces that hoses/equipment would come in contact with were protected by chaffing guards. They left behind brand-new looking laminate and carpeted floors without any other signs that they were there! Afterward, Geoffrey educated me on maintaining the floors and, again, without pushing services on me that I didnt need. These are guys you can trust! Ive already recommended them to my family.

Very happy. Ive used them multiple times. This was a big project and they came and did follow through spot treatment after our event, as we had agreed on prior to.

I have a not-so-favorite terra cotta floor in my dining room that I recognized needed to be resealed. I called Frogs off of the recommendation of someone in the neighborhood. He was great! He explained the process so thoroughly that I asked him about the kitchen tile while he was there, and plan to use him once I can decide what I want to cover the broken tile with. Him and his employee were on time for the job and sent a text when they were on their way; and communicated frequently as the seal was drying to make sure I was happy.

I scheduled FROGs Floor Care for the third time, and this was the best yet. They typically distinguish themselves by their prompt, courteous and careful carpet cleaning service, especially because they will place plastic and styrofoam coasters where furniture legs meet damp clean carpet (to protect the furniture they moved as the carpet dries). However, this time, Geoffrey and his crew made me so relieved I selected them. Geoffrey pointed out that he has the experience and equipment to repair a spot in the doorway that my dog dug up. Yay! That has been there about 3 years, covered by a bath rug. Geoffreys work was complete and efficient .... but I am pretty picky. I saw that the repair was not at a 90% angle as I expected. Geoffrey agreed to come back and do it again .... and then he actually did it, which also sets him apart. And he would not accept a tip. Integrity is hard to find.

They worked me in short notice with a day turnaround. Did a great job.

Some people come and you have to tolerate them because you need the work done. It was honestly a pleasure to have them in my house. I have used Jeffery and frogs for at least 15 years. Another friend recommended them. I have some rooms wall-to-wall carpet and I have several Middle Eastern rugs. I should get rid of the wall-to-wall carpet after all these years but they keep cleaning it and it comes out fine. The Middle East rugs are taken outside on my carport and are given several back-and-forth with the cleaner. I have never had a problem with anything bleeding or anything getting damaged. Their prices are so much better then all the other carpet places and they take their time. They are never in a hurry with me.
