Buddys is a great place. They have reasonable prices and a great selection of furniture. You can go in and get anything from an electric bicycle to a couch. Also if you go in you have to talk to stephen he is a great salesman and he talks to you like a friend would not like hes trying to make a dollar off of you. Tell him mr hester sent you.

Went and got a bed from these guys. Told me the mattress was nice and nothing wrong. Was delivered in a nice bed cover, but under it was a NASTY stained mattress that looked it was used a 1000 times. So there sales manager stephen straight up lied to me and is a crook! There store manager Luke wont return any phone calls and Im told hes always busy. Way to bait and switch your customers STAY AWAY from these rip company

I saw a love seat and recliner set I fell in love with for my apartment. Delivery was prompt and the staff was very professional. About five minutes after they left a roach crawled from under the couch. I assumed it was because they had just moved it from outside and a bug had gotten in during the transition. I left and went to dinner and came back and killed 3 different roaches in my living room where the couches were placed. I have NEVER seen a roach in my apartment before today. I aired my apartment with Raid. I called and they’re closed but I’m calling again tomorrow because they haven’t been here 6 hours and I want them out NOW. Why would they sell furniture INFESTED?!

Heard good things about this store from my friends said there prices were good. Went to check them out and as I was walking around looking at bedrooms I seen dead roaches in one of the dressers. I dont play that your not bringing those things in my house. Not messing with any store that has roaches nope not doing it

Luke Stephen and Danny are all great very nice and helpful, but the credit manager they call boston is a jerk! He has little man syndrome and a bad attitude. If your looking for good deals and ppl to take care of you this is your place

This One person named William, constantly calls just because Im a week or so past due reminding me like as If I dont know, if I had the payment I would obviously pay at the moment but they instead calll you like 4 times a day until you are able to make a payment. They even called a family member. Ridiculous.

My first time trying buddys and was very exited because the prices where great but was very dissapointed, the customer service was great, but the delivery was horrible, one of the two men stold my rent money, now im going to be homelss with my wife and kids thanks to the men, they are supposes to be trusted and honest workers.. I dont like to accuse people but i know for a fact that they took it and they got away with it .. Very dissapointed very upset

I was in desperate need of a washer and dryer set. I called and completed the application over the phone with Daniella. They delivered the appliances the very next morning. I did have trouble with the washer because of a crazy little sensor that I did not understand. So Luke the store manager came out and exained everything. The washer and dryer work perfectly. In addition, this was all done in the weather of Hurrcan Matthew. Thank you to all the great staff at the North 98 location.

The guy named William there is VERY rude talks to you like your stupid and your putting him out. Furniture was dirty and had holes and tears in it. Even seen roaches climbing on furniture. Will never buy anything from them and good luck getting there manager to call you back

They had me wait over 5 hours for a tv delivery. All management keep saying was we are sorry. The delivery drivers are about ten minutes away from you and they Will be there tonight. This to me is not great customer service.
