They did a great job. They called the day before to confirm. Delivery and pickup were on time. Bounce castle was clean and worked great. Will use again!

This place is horrible. You can never get someone on the phone. You call and they text you back saying they are on the phone. You ask for so.eone to call you back and they never do. I text them at least ten times with no return call. JUST ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! WOW!!@

Very rude and unprofessional. Weve been trying to reach the company for weeks and no response. Finally was able to get someone and was treated like we were a bother and hassle. Plenty of other inflatable companies around to waste time with this one. Save yourself the headache, avoid if you can!

The staff at this company is amazing... we rented a combo slide for my baby shower and they were extremely accommodating. I was out getting last minute things for the shower when they arrived and they actually waited there for me, WHILE I had to search target for my keys I dropped during shopping. It was one hectic day and they were so nice about everything! The jumper was great, the lowest price I found in Lakeland. Kids had a blast!

My brother order a bounce house this weekend from this company. The bounce house was delivered on time and was picked up when they said. The bounce house itself was very clean and was in good shape. The young man delivering the bounce house was Dalton and he was very respectful and pleasant. He took the time to blowout the bounce house to make sure it was clean and ready for the kids to play in. I personally will be ordering from this company in the next few weeks.

We ordered an obstacle course, cotton candy, snow cone and bubble machine for my daughters 7th birthday. I had never rented anything like this before so I called and the guy who answered the phone helped me pick the right stuff that was within my budget. I definitely got a bunch of stuff for my dollar. My friends, family and most importantly my daughter where definitely happy and enjoyed the whole day. The guy on the phone told me what to expect from set up to take down. The guys who delivered it did just what be said from ensuring my childrens safely by putting the stakes down to making sure it was clean when setting it up and taking it down. We ordered a water slide but was unsure of the size we needed. After a 10 minute phone call we had set up a day and time for delivery, they were on time and had everything set up in a timely manner. Also, they waited for the guest to leave before taking the water slide down. Very reliable and professional company.

Great service ! We called last minute needing a dunk tank for a charity event . With in 10 minuets I had a call back confirming it would be there free of charge, with delivery and pick up.
