Staff was very helpful in that they loaded my rental while I was still inside and to my amazement unloaded to show me how it functioned only to reload it. A To Z youre alright by me!

Price was good but when we went to pick up the chairs for my wedding they were dirty and covered in ants. If it werent for that I would give five stars. They were very flexible on when you could pick up and drop off the chairs too.

Yeah i know this review is based on past experiences and things could have changed since but just walking to the front of the building made me cringe this time. I rented tables and chairs from this place years ago! But, I am having my wedding next year and I stumbled upon this place again as I forgot the name of it but as soon as I stepped foot in front of the place I knew it was the same place as it still looks really bad outfront and it makes me mad to see this place still in business. Do not rent from this place they give you tables with huge holes in them and chairs that the legs are bent. Their customer service is non existent. We had to use huge pieces of plywood underneath the tables to keep things from falling through they didnt even know what tables and chairs we rented and we didnt have time to find anything else to rent. It was embarrassing to have to explain why there was big holes in the tables and why their seats did not sit properly on the floor.

Called to reserve tables and chairs for a wedding shower to be picked up on Friday (7/5). Showed up to pick up reservation and found a sign on the door saying they’re closed until Monday.What about our reservation?Poor communication.
