The couple were both VERY nice people. She was very sweet on the phone and he came right on time for the appointment. He even went back and got change for me because I didnt have the exact. He got the seats done well and even got a stain out that I really had trouble with. Most of the interior roof was done really well, except theres this wet dirt looking stain behind both of the visors (see photo). :( The dash wasnt cleaned or wiped down, the lights were not touched (see photo) and even dirt and crumbs behind and around the seats were just left (see photo)... :(. As mentioned, he did a great job with shampooing the seats and interior roof but the details and deep cleaning I was expecting-- didnt happen. If I saw it before, I would have mentioned it.

Ron provides excellent service at a great price! Be aware that the number listed is for his wife I believe who coordinates his appointments, but shes very friendly and works best through text. Ron was early and finished my car in 2.5 hours and left it looking like new. He had all the professional equipment necessary to get the job done right and had no problem going over some areas twice at my request. Would recommend to anyone!

This is my first time leaving a review on Google. I like to support local and family-owned business, and Ron provided excellent and high quality service. I bought a used 1998 Nissan Altima from a smoker with stains on the floor, hair/debris in tight spaces, and a bad smell. Ron was able to bring the car back to life, so to say.The interior, exterior, wheels, trunk, and gas cap reservoir were all cleaned. He showed up on time, very respectful and friendly, and definitely good at what he does. His coworker was very friendly and communicative when it came down to scheduling an appointment and going over price.This was my first time getting a car detailed, and I appreciate the experience and result that was provided. On top of all of that, I have a tight-budget, and their services were very budget-friendly compared to other business in the area. Very professional, great service, great price. Did an amazing detail, my truck looks brand new. Results are better than I expected. He even when the extra mile and buffed out scratches which I was not expecting to be done. Will use for now on.

The owner did an excellent job cleaning up my dads Jeep. It had been sitting under a tree for a very long time and he made it look as spiffy as a 14 year old car with peeling paint possibly could. Plus, he was prompt and quick with the communication.

RV Detail-Ron did a great job on my RV which had severe exterior oxidation. I had attempted to detail it myself without success. I started researching having the exterior professionally detailed and found that few worked with RVs. Including RV dealers. Then I found Elite on FB, spoke with Sarah and felt confident that they were right for the job. Communication was excellent, price was very fair and having them come to my home was an added bonus. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Best detailing I ever had. I had cat urine on my seats and the smell is completely gone! Ron knew what he was doing. Worked in the rain for almost 3 hrs. Not only that my car is over 25 years old and now looks brand new.

Ron was incredible! Showed up 15 minutes earlier than the appointment. Detailed my entire SUV in less than three hours. It looks brand new. Very expensive, didn’t clean my steering wheel, and the doors still had dirt on them. My trunk was still dusty and the dash didn’t look like it was armoralled.

Ron does really great work. He takes his time, and you can tell from his work, that he really cares about what he does. He really pays attention to detail. The first time he came to detail my truck, it was a rainy day, and every time it started raining, he would get in his truck until the rain passed, and then would dry my truck off. This happened 3 times that day. When he left, my car was perfectly dry and shining. :) I would recommend him to anyone. Very good service!

Ron and Sara from Elite mobile detailing provide great service and excellent detail work. When we came to Polk County we tried a few detail companies until we tried them and now ONLY use them exclusively.Ron is very thorough, takes his time to make sure all areas are detailed and waxed, both my wife and I love his work.Ron does both our personal car, but also our company car that has a wrap on it that requires more care.
