Very disappointed in the outcome of my wash. Did a full service wash and there was still very visible dirt cacked in the wheel wells of my car. The vacuuming was ok up front but the back was horrible. The plastic area in between the door and the carpets was dusty and dirty still. My dashboard,electronics, mirrors,etc were all still dirty. Area for cup holders were still dusty and actually had smeared water and dirt. And the worst issue was that somehow they managed to start the batteries in my hybrid to overheat. When I got in to leave there was a notification on my dash and phone (connection through Ford Pass) telling me to pull over and restart my vehicle because the batteries were overheating. There was no issues when I pulled in.Seriously... a waste of 24$ plus the tip I left beforehand.Wont be returning.

I took my car there to get it cleaned inside and out. Windows and all, they did a good job. And I didnt have to wait too long, maybe 20 minutes?

Shut down early Saturday because of mechanical problems. I was disappointed. Monday only 3 people working. Took 50 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Workers here truly work their tails off graciously and car looks great in end. TO THE OWNER: paint the outside, grease the machinery and update, pay and attract more workers!

Will have your car looking and smelling new we usually do our own but sometimes you gotta let a Pro do it

Lately service is bad, when they say we close at 3, they mean they want to be in their cars at 3. Passenger back seat floorboards wasnt even touched with the vacuum and the backseat its self was not wiped down. Mirrors all smudged... Come on Superior Carwash, you can do better than that, take care of your customers

Very rude lady working inside today. My wife went inside to pay as I waited outside near the car. She came outside and said I couldnt stand there while they are vacuuming and they wouldnt start working while I stood there. I moved outside the building onto the sidewalk but she said I couldnt stand there either. I had to go inside before they started working. I told her I was on the sidewalk, she said it didnt matter and told them to stop working until I went inside. So I left and went to Affordable Mans car wash. They did an excellent job there.

Decent car wash, staff super-nice, the auto-wash didnt get my car completely clean this time. The wash on Cleveland Heights is less expensive but does as well. Important to note that Superior has a full-fledged menu up to & including full detail service.

This place has been one of the landmarks in Lakeland for decades. They have a large clientele. And they have a lot of young people working on your car, vacuuming it, and making sure its clean.The same family has owned this car wash for decades.Its highly recommended by everybody that I talk to.

They dented my brand new vehicle, refuse to show me the video, admitted my Jeep jumped the rails. They are rude, unprofessional and have no idea how they are still in business. If you love your vehicle like I DID, do not take it to them!!!!!!

The car was clean enough.However, vacuuming was not done under the driver s seat. There was popcorn under the seat that was not vacuumed, and the floor mat on the driver side was still dirty. I paid for a wax, and I dont believe there was any wax applied.

I chose the good carwash the car was not vacuumed properly and my rims were still dirty but hey they put the shine on the tires though

Wow. I’ve been coming here for years and no problems. Always good service for the price, but today I purchased the Ultimate car wash which is about $30 and they only half cleaned the front of my car inside. They didn’t even touch the back seat of my car. Still had dirt and dog hair everywhere. They did vacuum the front, but not under the seats or under the floor mats. I usually wash my own car, but was tired from working the last 12 days straight and figured why not pay them to clean it. What a waste of time and money. I had to come home and clean it myself anyways. Thanks for nothing, I will use Cleveland Heights in the future.

They cant properly wash a vehicle, my wheels were still filthy and when they notified me that the mirror cap came loose, i took a look and noticed broken tabs. When i tried to point it out, the lady said ok thanks bye and ran inside. The mirror was clearly one touch away from falling when the employees drying it pushed it back on. The tabs were clearly damaged from them trying to push the mirror cap on themselves. They are paid to wash vehicles, not try to repair them. If you want a fair inexpensive car wash, go down the street, pay a dollar less, and you get someone who will hand wash your entire car and even clean your rims lol

This was my fourth visit to Superior Car Wash in Lakeland, Fl.I went at 0830 AM on a Thursday and there were three cars in line ahead of me already being worked on. I was greeted by a friendly woman and ordered the basic outside wash. (No interior, no tires etc.)Only a mere 28 minutes later, my car rolled off the end of the line. I heard screaming from one of the woman drying the car and asked her if everything was alright. She said the other woman employee wouldnt stop my car long enough for her to dry it and she was yelling at her.Apparently the employee driving it, felt it did not need to be dried also, because it was wet when she delivered it to me. Upon inspection of my car, there was still dirt on all the body panels that could be wiped off with my bare hand, not scraping with a fingernail. A different employee (White lady with a limp) worked for five minutes cleaning up the mess the other lazy employee had left. She did her job very well and was polite and courteous.I got the impression that the other employees do not care if the car gets cleaned.There are always police and municipal vehicles getting washed. They must have a contract with the city and make their money from them and do not care about regular customers.Save your money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of better Car Washes in the area.

Best carwash in town!

I used to love Superior, however took car today and the lady in the office was so rude. She snapped at another customer and ended up getting into a verbal confrontation with him. The customer used every profanity word Ive ever heard in my life and she just kept going right back at him telling him he was stupid because he didnt bring his ticket up and she had to go dry cars. A separate customer stood up and said thats enough since this all was happening in front of my 9 year old son! The lady working there said yeah there is a child present after provoking the whole situation and then ran out. What a mess, so unprofessional and horrible situation for my kid to be in. No apology from staff, however the other customer apologized. Wow!

I literally can not believe how poor the level of service was. I paid for the most expensive wash (D ultimate wash) and apparently because someone didnt put a sticker inside the car that indicated ultimate wash I got the basic one. When I came to the check out counter to pay...there was no one there because she was outside drying off cars. At this point I didnt know that my 2016 explorer limited had only gotten the basic wash so I paid (for the ultimate) and proceeded out to my vehicle. It was obvious that there was no attention to detail...only 3 of the floorboards had been vacuumed all of the seats were left scooted all the way forward, both mirrors were not folded back out. My wheels and tires were not cleaned and my floor mats looked to have been just thrown back in, one of them upside down. If all that wasnt enough, when I brought it to the attention of the lady behind the front desk (who was still drying cars) she told me that I could go back through the line or DO IT MYSELF! Seriously!?!To make it worse, I attempted to call to speak with a manager (which I assume was the same lady) the phone was picked up and set on the counter (I could hear a customer checking out at the register) after 3 min and 42 seconds the phone was just hung up. So I called again... hung up on again. I called a third, 4th and 5th time and got a busy signal...she had taken the phone off of the hook.Wow! I will not be going back!

Took our Honda into Superior Car Wash filthy. When we left it was essentially still dirty.There were bugs still on the front and mirrors.They barely wiped down the inside.There were still stains on the windows.Bottom line is simple - there are too many other car washes in the area. I wont be going back to Superior. They definitely fail to live up to their name.

I have utilized Superior Car Wash twice within the past several months. I was happy with this business on my first experience. I went back to this car wash this past week and got the Ultimate Wash. After the wash I had two issues with the visit. Their were still bug droppings on my front windshield after the wash. The BIGGER issue was that when going through the car wash my antenna was broken off. I departed the car wash. I noticed that I no longer had an antenna on my vehicle. I immediately drove back to Superior. The worker found my antenna. One of the first things that came out of the workers mouth was that they were not responsible (as she was pointing to a poster on the wall as you walk to the office). Their was a list of things that they were not responsible for noted on this poster. (everything and the kitchen sink) I never noticed this poster before. My antenna was not lose before it went through the car wash. In fact the screw holding my antenna on was snapped in half. It was obvious that the screw left in the antenna itself was securely in the shaft. I guess I learned a lesson...take your antenna off before you go thru a car wash, however, negligence is negligence. A NOTE TO SUPERIOR,,,,IF YOUR EQUIPMENT IS TEARING UP CLIENTS VHICLES AND YOU ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE...MAYBE YOU OUGHT TO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. STOP TEARING UP THE VEHICLES WITH YOUR CAR WASH.

First time here told I wanted inside out clean wipe down he said this superior package is all you need so I paid he pulled it up and the only thing clean was the outside the inside was still filthy everything had smudges and still had dirt in seats so I went back inside to ask about it and the nice lady inside said that the wipe down was a extra which I would have paid for if told but its not worth going here I paid 21 dollars for a 5 dollar wash that I ended up pulling back around to finish the vacuum myself before the lady got upset that I was doing their job will be going back to Pats

Just had my car washed and waxed for very good $35 - 3rd time they have done it - was early so she called the detailer in early for me - very courteous and reasonable - treated very well with v gd customer service. I did point out some tar marks missed but he corrected ASAP and courteously

Wish I could do a review with 0 stars! I went there today and paid $29 for a detailed wash and I had a dried rose on my dash from my boyfriends funeral that was givin to me and they completely crushed it. I went into the office and spoke with the attended that always has a attitude and all she could say was Im sorry would you like a bag to put it in. I drove away almost in tears. Called back after I got home and she proceeded to become very rude with me stating a police officer that was in the office even said that was not a place for it I should have kept it somewhere else!!! I kept it there and it stayed there perfectly fine being moved around a couple times to be cleaned. It was literally smashed! She had absolutely nothing nice to say to me except put it in a bag n keep it in your Bible like I do with my dads. I had a card almost full for a free carwash from going there frequently and told her she lost a customer for good she said thats fine have a nice day.So dont go there unless you want your belongings trashed and destroyed.
