Excellent job on the tint, and done in the time promised. They are not cheap, but buying cheap is almost always a mistake. You get what you pay for at Tunes n Tint. What more could you ask for?

Terrible tint shop. I am very unhappy with the results of their work. They left bubbles in my tint. There was a puddle of water on my dash, scraps of tint all over the inside of my car. They didn’t wipe anything down nor vacuum after they finished the job. They left streaks of soapy water to dry on my paint out in the sun. Worst of all they killed my battery (which they denied) and refused to replace it. I paid a lot of money to get my car done at this shop just so they can do a cheap and poor job. I would definitely not recommend spending your money here

I was referred by a friend to have my 2008 Mustang GT windows tinted. Tunes -N-Tint did a terrific job! They really went above and beyond. Jessie and Austin were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services.

I recently installed a budget system on my boat but have blown two sets of speakers in less than a months time. I wanted someone to look it over and tune it so it wouldnt keep doing that. Brought the boat in and Jessie spent a few minutes adjusting everything for me and educated me on what to expect and not to do... Super friendly and didnt make me feel like I did anything wrong.. And didnt charge me a thing... Wow and Thank you... Ill be back when I get the wife to approve upgrades... Lol

Was told it would take 2 hours or longer to finish, but since I was waiting they tried to expedite and finished a little over an hour. Very pleased with their work.

Tunes n Tint is the best! I shopped around for a lift and install on our 2021 Jeep Wrangler and Austin called me with the best quote. After meeting with Austin, I asked about tires and under lighting and he patiently showed me all my options at a great price. Even with a couple of third party delays, Austin and his team delivered the finished Jeep on time for Christmas. We love the new look and will be returning for tinting. The reason why they do this is so they can charge you $50 fee to reserve a day and time. And even if you pay the fee, they’ll still keep you waiting if they’re busy EVEN THO YOU PAYED FOR A TIME AND DATE.-You cannot bring in car parts and ask them to install them for you because they want you to buy their parts (and most often it’s not that great and overpriced)Overall I would only recommend this place if you’re looking to lose money, but otherwise looking elsewhere is the better option...Thanks for reading, here have a cookie 🍪

I just bought an Audio Control D-4.800 from them that was fairly priced. Service seems good and they certainly sound confident in their abilities. I trust them to pretty much do anything to my vehicle that I want.

I came in to get new speakers and a factory radio replaced. The sales people are very knowledgeable about products and what can and will make the best sound for your vehicle. I bought new speakers and a whole new stereo with other items added to the package. I paid for it in full all at once and was told 90% of the parts where in stock and that I would have to wait for the rest to come in. I was also informed about how COVID has shipping times delayed and that it might be a few extra days before the items where delivered. I waited a week before called to find out what was going on. I was told that I would get a call back in 30 minutes while they sorted thru shipments and let me know when they would schedule my install. 3 hours later I called back to find out what was going on, I was told that they didnt have the parts needed and that they would be in next week and an appointment was scheduled for the day after Labor day. I dont know much about shipping but Im pretty sure that no one delivers on Labor day. So I drop my vehicle off for install and find out that its going to be there for 7 hours for an install. I come back to pick it up and realize they are exceptionally busy and do not have the room to get all the installs done that they have scheduled. I could totally be wrong but from what I seen and what it feels like to me was I was lied too about parts being in and waiting. Seemed to me like paying up front meant that I wasnt a thought in the minds of them. If I spend that kind of money for stereo equipment I shouldnt have to call you to find out where my items are. Stereo looks and sounds great but I wouldnt take my vehicle back here for more work to be done. Customer service is lacking if you pay for all of your bill up front.

Wow this place is terrible. Garbage customer service and extremely expensive.

Horrible! Keeps getting worse! I bought a promotional backup camera and monitor for my grand-daughters car in January. They tried to up sell me to a more expensive model with more features but she could only afford the base model so thats what we went with. I asked about a warranty and he said my receipt was proof for my warranty. After a 3 hour installation we took the car home. I almost hit the mailbox backing in the driveway. I thought it was because my newer car had a better monitor with multiple views and I just wasnt used to a single fixed view. The next day we went to the store and almost backed into another car using the monitor. After we looked at it, we realized that what we were seeing in the monitor was backwards from what was behind us - left was right and vice-a-versa. The camera was wired backwards!! I called and told them that I was seeing a reverse image in my monitor and I asked them to also look at the monitor because it was loose and they said bring it in and they would fix it. They fixed it in about half an hour. About 2 days later, the monitor was coming loose and dropping down to the dash making it hard to see the picture. I called and they said bring it in and they would fix it. I took it in and they tightened the screw in the mount and sent me on my way. A few days later, the same thing, the screw loosened and the monitor drops. Im over 30 miles away from their shop so I just tighten the screw myself. This happens on almost a daily basis now so after a month I have to head into town so I stop in to see if they can make a more permanent fix or replace it under warranty. I tell the guy that I had brought this back 3 or 4 times now for the same thing and I would like it fixed correctly this time, not just have the screw tightened. His response was Youve only been back once for this, Ill look at it and Ill see what I can do. So he came out with a screwdriver and moved the monitor around and then he tightened the screw and said Thats all we can do - I offered you options when you bought this and walked away. So I guess there is no warranty, I should have bought a more expensive model if I had any expectations of the product working past 1 week. Poor workmanship and poor products from the start. If it is good tell some people, if its bad, tell everyone - believe me, with the attitude I got from him I will be telling everybody to avoid Tint-N-Tunes in Lakeland like a plague. See the 2 attached photos of how the effective the monitor view is in the daytime and night time. I have to hold it up to use it!

Highly, highly overpriced services/products you can buy online cheaper. They require you to buy their overpriced products to do an installation and then charge an absurd amount after. You shouldn’t be paying more than $250 for an installation in most vehicles.

Very satisfied with their quality of work and selection of products. I had them replace a Harley Davidson amp on my Road Glide and the difference in sound is amazing. If I decide to install saddlebag speakers Tunes-N-Tint will be the ones.

Went in to look for a new radio spoke to Austin and had a new radio picked out in no time and his knowledge on radios was impressive to say the least. They didn’t have all the parts on hand so we had to order a couple of pieces which I was okay with. Honestly I thought they would be closed or extremely booked but nope wasn’t the case fast forward a week and I love my new radio and extremely excited to see what next project I can come up with that will take me back to Tunes n Tent ! I call the asking if they had speaker adapters. The guy on the phone said they had all that stuff that I should come down. They did not have anything in stock, and it was a waste of an over a 1/2 hour drive. Now I have a 35 minute drive back home also. He was also telling the guy on the phone that he had all sorts of stuff that he should come on down to. I sure hope he doesnt waste a trip too.

3 weeks ago I went to ask if they could install some fog lights to my toyota camry and they told me yes and that it would be from 150 to 200 dollars the installation, today I went to do the installation and they wanted to charge me 320 dollars. They are thieves, I do not recommend them.

I brought in my 2019 Street glide special in for the radio flash and update. Austin and Chris are the best told me no more then 20 minutes plus being able to now have apple play and Android play on my motorcycle. Customer service is next none friendly honest with a smile. Even quoted me for the Rockford fosgate upgrade package especially design for the street glide and Road glides with financing options. Definitely will be seeing my business again. I was referred to Austin at Tunes-N-Tint by a peer on Facebook to install a subwoofer in my Jeep. With all this craziness going on I figured I would have to wait forever but I heard they did great work so I decided to go ahead and get a quote and attempt to get an appointment in somehow. Mind you the referral was on Tuesday. I got the quote on Wednesday. I now have my speaker installed and it’s Thursday. They made quick work of my tint. I purchased the front windows and strip of the premium 3M tint. They were reasonably priced for the tint.The store itself is quite packed with various equipment to demo. The showcase was quite impressive in general, and extremely impressive considering this is Polk County. lolSome other prices were a little high for various items that may be priced better elsewhere. However, the showcase and quality answers you get may make the few dollars worth it. They have experience and likely won’t sell you something you won’t actually like or won’t perform as you want.

They did a great job installing an alarm and window tint on our company van. The alarm was priced less than the competitors. The tint pricing was comparable to other local companies. We dropped the van off on a Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday morning. We are satisfied with the results.
