I dropped off my 2021 Tahoe to have a ceramic coating. It was ok that it took a few extra days. I told him I was more concerned with quality than rushing. I went with the 7 year coating at $1700. I paid more than most other places charge because I thought he does a better job. I was expecting that when I received it back it would be cleaner than when it was new. That was far from the case. When I got it back I noticed the rims and tires had not been washed. He added a thick layer of oil on my tires to cover the dirt that I had to wash off. I sent him a picture and text to show him they did not even open the back hatch and wash it. They did not vacuum it. Two days later I received a text back to call him. I would have thought with a $1700 ceramic coating it would include washing and cleaning the inside and rims.
