Purchased a vehicle that had aftermarket wiring harnesses coming out of the back of the cab into the bed of the truck, along with several other issues that are normal wear and tear The pictures never showed them and according to Arbitration, this is something that Manheim doesnt have to disclose. Stuck with a boat-anchor with no chance of being made whole. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this Auction for the rest of my career.

Busy yet very nice place.

Had a very crazy situation happen today where I was trying to buy a $3000 SUV and the website had a glitch and moved so fast to the next car I clicked in on a $9000 starting bid for the next car that was only worth maybe $3000. Of course the seller had no conscience at all and tried everything he could to stick me into the sale however Laura and Dave the managers looked into the situation and saw that something wasn’t right with the whole scenario and with the grace of God let me out of this mess. I am a new small business and really appreciate everything they did for our business and the mistake we made. God bless you and thank you Manheim for protecting you’re customer’s it means a lot!

Always a pretty easy place to pull out your cars unlike 90 percent of other auctions

Lots of vehicles to bid on. Must have a gate pass to enter. Children are not allowed on the property. Clean restrooms and facilities.

Mostly great items some not sure should be auctioned but rather scrapped.

It looks fairly professional expansively large lot of vehicles however I did not go there purposely it was more of a turnaround in the parking lot therefore I cannot fairly read them on anything as I had not requested nor received any services

I started working at Lakeland when I was about 16 years old and I stayed in the auto auction business ever since because of Lakeland. Every time Ive been there it has been a great experience. Its a great auction to work for. Owners have always been outstanding management has always been outstanding customer service is always been outstanding. I used to work as a laborer and detail and now Ive become a buyer. Its always been an awesome place to work. My mom worked there for 25 years since the 70s. Back when sales were 24 hours Marathon sales. So needless to say the auto auction has been in my life I was born.

I’ve been a member of auction access since 2011 and have been to most of the Manheim locations on the east coast and this one is by far the worst being a small dealer means nothing to them they favor the big dealers I sold a car here red light ran perfectly fine 2 weeks later I get a call saying I have to buy the vehicle back guessing the arbitration manger knows the buyer and it is in non running condition now go to the Orlando or Tampa locations are highly recommended this one is a total joke

BUYER BEWARE! This is unlike any Manheim I have seen before. I bought two jet skis from the seller “Fun Watersports” both are INOP but but instead of auction requiring him to run through that lane they ran on red light. I understand this is “As-is” but in these time when everything is strictly online sales only you can’t even go look at items before purchase. So you count on the reputation of Manheim not being the local dealership junk auction (everyone knows theirs). This auction does not hold dealers accountable for anything and should be avoided. At the very least anything sold by Fun Watersports should be considered a total loss so bid accordingly. If you question this review go ahead and look at other reviews. Only 5 star experience is from workers and people that make money from this place (sellers and trailer business)

Got car from them Tesla and condition report didn’t specify the charger wasn’t there and the charge left was for 4 miles. So catch 22. No charger and how to make it back

Unfortunately, this auto auction is only open to car dealers. If you ARE a dealer, its the place to go. Acres upon acres of cars, trucks,SUVs, boats, RVs and travel trailers.

Car transporters are not allowed to stay overnight anymore so dont go there unless you have hours to leave..Hope the general manager sleeps well at night in his own bed.SMH

Bought a car there, the dealership who sold the car should not have sold it and then the title clerk went on vacation. After 30+ days we were told to bring the car back. Manheim didnt do their job and mediate the situation. They also did nothing for the buyer. They allow shady sellers to do shady things and then back them up on shady business dealings. We dont do business that way and will never purchase with Manheim again.

Clean organized easy in and out pickup

Staff may be friendly during Manheim approved hours. Drove 10 hours for pickup and was 10 minutes past the time due to traffic and no dice. Too bad wait until tomorrow. Unbelievable.

Bought a moter home there came from Costello rv had a misfire ended up with a bad moter 27000 miles cant tell me they didnt no. Manheim talked to him. They dont want anything to do with it buyers be where of that name slipping in junk .

This company is really awful to deal with!!!!!! The manager Dave Rathjens and his assistant Laura could care less about customers. Weve contacted them numerous times by phone and emails with no response. Our next step is to contact Manheim headquarters and the BBB. Stay away from this company! Worst auction ever, would give a 0 if possible!!

Not happy 😄 at all, because of them not doing their job, and sendingba gate pass to the guard shackafter they released it to meits cost me a overnite stay and to not be able to be at my business the following day. This could have easily been taken care of by the female manager who the guard spoke to but she didnt do the right thing when I had all kinds of paperwork to validate me as the truck owner as well as having a release form in my name from the auction company. Just a lack, of care to inconveinance my plans completely, I had no clothes or anything for a.overnight stay. Compleatlely ridiculous and uncalled for. My name. Is Craig Floyd owner of import truck parts, very very disappointed 😞 in the way this was handled with any lack of consideration for what I had to to do at the shop tomm. Tjat I now cant

Bought a 2009 Ford F150 4x4 unseen through Manheim of Lakeland from Ford of Clermont.The seller nor the auction disclosed that the engine was knocking. I called them and they told me: Sold As Is. We cant do anything.I would stay away from Manheim and Ford of Clermont. Both of these companies are interested ONLY in profit, and they dont care how they treat their customers.

Very courteous staff

They have many hidden mechanical issues with these vehicles that are not reported on the CR. we understand these are used cars so we come and physically inspect them with a check engine diagnostic. Now we find out that we cant use a scanner to diagnose the vehicles. These people are up front thieves!

This place has the highest buyers fees of all the auctions I have bought cars at ..... Mind you bought a car for 1300 dollars paid $240 in buyers fees that is like around 25% very high
