I signed up with this company over a year ago and several times Ive requested information on the SEOs they said they report for you and the Tradeline that was supposed to be reported on the business credit. Nothing was completed. I was told several times that someone would get back to me and I never heard back form them. Dont pend the money and time with this company. They will not provide the service they promise to provide.
I signed up with the company about 2 weeks ago and I have requested via email as advised, via the chat on-line and over the phone that someone please give me a call to configure the phones and I have yet to speak with anyone. In addition I have signed several of my clients up with them and when we have had problem we can not get assistance when needed. I am very disappointed in my experience thus far, it appears to be a great product however I have not gotten a chance to figure it out!
Weve spent hours trying to contact them and no one answers the customer service line. If I cannot get through to this phone company, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Bureau Business. We are having issues transferring calls within our law firm and its unacceptable. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

The worst customer service ever. I’ve had nothing but issues since I joined. When you call the same exact person answers which tells me they are short staff. They will keep you on hold for a while then say customer support can’t fix your issue they will call you back then never call. I had numerous billing issues. I am not receiving calls for my business and they can’t even fix me being able to log into my account page. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ill gladly remove this review when they do what they say theyll do, just once Id be fascinated to see if they do anything...have called, chatted. I explained I was ready to charge back because they had sat on a pending order and my money for 3 weeks.
