Not coming back here ever again. Someone had suggested them at my work so I tried it out, I asked for the OWNER because this is the first set I’ve ever gotten. It hasn’t even been 3 days and they’re falling off. I don’t work a labor job I work customer service. There is NO WAY they had fallen off from me. I haven’t gone anywhere since getting them because I wanted them to stay nice. The manager had me immediately sit down in a chair, didn’t make me wash my hands, didn’t use a clean brush to brush off the powder and didn’t take her time. She rushed and was taking breaks between to get up and talk on the phone. She didn’t do anything before applying my nails for prep as you can tell by my horrible cuticles. She just slapped them on top. After finding out I wanted to pay with Visa, which I saw a customer before me do visa, she had asked me to do cash from the ATM. Charged me an extra 4 dollar fee from that making my total 62 because I tipped her 10 dollars out of courtesy. They’re not clean, not done nicely so do not waste your time here.

I have ombré acrylics. Tan does an awesome job and doesn’t rush through. Top Nail Spa staff is always friendly, place is clean/sanitary and there’s a good atmosphere emanating from within.

Extremely kind and talented staff! The spa is clean and comfortable. Had lovely music playing. Great experience! They took great care of my grandmother who came in with a walker. Highly recommend.

I am sooo happy I finally found a new nail spot. I moved to the area recently and had tried 2 other spots with good reviews but my nails came out horrible. Third times a charm I guess. This place is great. Shout out to May for the gorgeous set!

While the set I was given was beautiful, my natural nails were destroyed by the woman who did them. Now I have deep grooves in my nails where she went too far with the nail tool, not including the various times she cut me while doing them. Wouldn’t recommend the woman I went with, but I’m sure there are better manicurists.

I have been coming to Top Nail for three years and will say this has been the worst experience!!! I brought in my niece for a full set. Michael was the nail tech. Once he was done, my niece had every shape but coffin!! EVERY finger was a different shape and a different length!! Some of the nails were warped!! The owners offered to fix it BUT YET they had Michael fix them. THE MAN WHO CLAIMED HE KNEW WHAT A COFFIN SHAPE WAS!!! I attempted to explain to MichaeI what the issue was and he continued filing the nails away. I had so much respect for the owners until Katelyn said I had no time to wait for her husband to fix it! Which was never said on my end. All I had asked was how long it was going to take. I had previously had an issue with Michael and preferred it was not him who fixed her nails. In my last interaction with Michael he claimed he knew how to do ombre and Katelyn ended up fixing my nails. The owners should be more transparent and let the customer know if a tech doesnt know how to do something in particular that way the customer has a choice. I didnt make it a big deal then but this time I will not be returning.

I got my nails done here a few times. This last time I had a lady do my nails she was horrible had to go back the next day to have my nails fixed by the owner whom was super sweet. However, it’s been five days and my nails are broken and cracked after just a few days! I spend too much money every time I go to have this happen not to just me but my two best friends and our daughters whom all go with me!

I have been going here for three years. I have only been twice since the pandemic. Today I took my granddaughter and niece and I wasn’t worried at all. Very safe, very clean and following all of the guidelines. Highly recommend this place!

I wanted to get nexgen first off all and she did a dip acrylic brush. then as i proceed to tell her she was cutting me she continued to cut me and did it 4 times. didn’t even clean around my nails and left them black. as i told her i wanted 2 gems, she put about 10 on like other nails but then charged me after saying she wouldn’t.

The only place I go to get my nails done. They are all super nice and makes sure their clients are comfortable and satisfied. And they all do great work. Definitely recommend Top Nail!

SO HAPPY I found this place. I drive a little out of my way just to come here. Every single nail tech is amazing. They never rush, always make sure youre happy and theyre just organized in general. Oh and did I mention clean and sanitary. They open a new sanitary tool kit for each pedicure and the pedicure foot bath always has a fresh liner. Huge choice of colors for gel polish and the dip powder. Prices are also reasonable. Cant wait for my next appointment.

If they are very busy they will try their very best to accommodate you.But dont take my word come and experience it yourself. Overall, great experience. Ive been wanting to try a new salon since I moved four years ago, but feared change, so I traveled 35 minutes to my previous salon. After seeing the previous reviews here, I decided to try this salon. I had a great experience, they were very accommodating, flexible in their schedule, clean and professional. Moreover, my nail tech, Helen, was FABULOUS! She is new to the salon as well. She took her time (so yes, a little slower than others) but paid so much attention to detail. She was also very gentle. I love that its only 10 minutes from my home, affordable, and clean. I would totally recommend this nail salon if youre looking for one in this area!

I asked for a basic manicure and the lady insisted I got gel polish because it would last longer. I said no and she kept saying it’s only 3 dollars more I told her no again because my last gel peeled and she told me the last people didn’t do it right and this won’t peel so I got it and the polish peeled off on one of my nails, it’s only been a week.

This is the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. The service has been great and the staff is excellent.

I went to then for a couple years, knew the owner from work and generally enjoyed it. They were always friendly to me and accommodating...but the last couple of times I went, they were very rude to my mother, she is not a mean person but she told me when she went by herself they were not nice to her and only asked where I was and how I was not how she was. They barely talked to her and when she requested a simple ombre nail the man doing her nails acted like she asked for the world, was on his phone alot and when he was done after not talking to her the entire time even when she tried to talk to him he expected her to give him a tip. I am very disappointed at how my mother was treated multiple times here and I will not be returning because of this. Most of the staff there are very sweet and the way their prices are decent but the way they play favorites with customers is not okay.

Wow! What a great find! Open early New Years Day, no wait, and LOTS of nail color selection. Super clean and organized, and smelled refreshing. Most relaxing nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice. Massage chairs are new, and even have USB chargers. I wish there was a place like this in KC, I’ll be back when I visit again. My feet felt amazing, and look awesome!!

Literally the worst customer service and pedicure Ive ever had. They never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted, just started the water and started working. Or at least theyre version on working, never touched my cuticles, you cut and shaped my toe nails, just put a terrible polish job over it. I will never go back again, and will never recommend them.

They take walk-ins; even within an hour of closing time!! Had a fantastic spa pedicure. I would totally return and recommend this salon.

Amazing job on my nails! Just a little upset when I was asked to dip my nails in acetone for a few minutes and my nail tech went on to do someone elses nails. The 40 minutes was unnecessary. Overall, my nails look phenomenal!!!

Good day,I just got a new set of acrylic on July 3rd while I was getting my nails done the lady that had taken care of me she was rushing and I didn’t feel like I was getting good customer quality service that i usually get. So the next day was July 4th I was doing nothing but simply doing my hair when my index nail just fell right off so I was like okay I’ll wait till the next day since there closed so while I go in and wait for the service to take care of me the lady was rude about me going back in and I could tell she was aggressive towards me so I ignored it this time so I get home on on July 5th I’m doing my normal routine nothing dramatic and I itch my arm and my left hand index nail falls off ! I hate to complain but the second time ! I’m wasting gas money to go back to the place to get this fix I got my nails done 2 weeks ago but a nice man in the front of there store believe his name is tam and he did a great job and they lasted for 2 weeks and that’s normal for me but 2 days and already falling off that’s crazy. Ive had two special events I had 2 do that day with engagement pictures and I had to cancel due to the inconvenience of bad service from this lady who seems to not care about her job and nail style reputation. I would think you would want to do a good job to build up clients but that wasn’t the case. I would definitely recommend the guy in the front of the store and his wife but the other I feel like like they just don’t care.

I got a nextgen manicure and I was completely blown away by the outcome. What a talented shop. My nails look fabulous. To top it off, it was not expensive at all. $30 for a nextgen manicure!
