Tried this place because it’s super close to home. I had nexgen and a pedicure. Both services were excellent. The prices were great as well. My nails and toes lasted over 4 weeks no chips. I will definitely be back.

I was there over an hour just to have a set of NexGens taken off. I walked in first before two other people and both of them were done before I was even finished soaking my gels off. I got bounced around to 3 different people just to get a simple manicure. They left the cotton and acetone wrapped on my nails for so long that all the acetone dried and the cotton was completely stuck to my fingers. I asked the lady to manicure my nails, make them even and round my natural nails. She clipped my nails but they are all uneven, and NONE of them are rounded like I asked. I was just so annoyed at that point that I just paid and left. I didnt even want her to bother fixing it. I will never go back here. Huge mistake trying this place.

The fact that it is very close to my house encouraged me to try this place instead of going to my usual nail salon, and become a regular to save time.I requested to file my own toenail because I like it a certain way and the technician wasnt doing it that way but he was upset. I dont think it needs to be a big deal. He was extremely rude.As I wanted to file my own toenail he wouldnt continue working on me, so he switched to another customer and told me I had to go with a different technician.I had to leave since she the other technitian was busy with other clients and I would have had to wait for a long time. Although he had removed my old dip, he had done a very poor job. For years, I have been going to get my nails every week and my feet every 2 weeks and I dont remember anything like this ever happening, even when I have asked to file my toenail before.A nail salon has never mistreated me like this. And the worse is that I travel tomorrow morning and I am uncertain if I will be able to make it to my usual location. I feel upset, sad, misstreated, and humiliated.

Have been a loyal customer now for a few years- ask for Jennifer, she is the best! I do SNS on my nails & gel pedicure every time. But she does many other services too: microblading, permanent makeup, facials, etc. You will be so happy with her!

If I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service and the worst nail technicians I’ve ever seen . I had to tell her how to do my nails didn’t know what she was doing at all. And on top of all that they are overpriced. Place needs to get closed down for good

Not worth saving a few dollars. Been there before and it was ok. Decided to try again and was very disappointed in the work and the whole place smelled like rotting food.When there is a nail salon on every corner you have to do better.

First and last time to this salon. I was pressured by the owner to do a more expensive gel. I agreed, only to be so disappointed by her work. My nails looked horrible. So instead of redoing my nails they added more coats of gel. They were rude and unsanitary. Never going back!

They really take the time out to get to know their clients, the space is welcoming and you dont feel rushed at all.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star horrible customer service and they did a horrible job I would not recommend any one to go here you are better off letting a 5 year old do your nails
